reading greek magical papyri for fun (as one does) and i am thrilled to know there are not one but two spells invoking the bear constellation that claim to "accomplish anything"

what they dont tell you about being loudly transgender is sooner or later someone will say you helped/were the reason they transitioned and you just have to. sit with that for a while and how wonderful it is that a person can inspire others to take better care of themselves like that. the louder you are the better, you help strangers more than you know

taking up hiking as a regression activity… cool new hiking boots, choosing a big water bottle to carry, packing fun snacks in my lunchbox, carrying out around a little teddy and taking pics of it sat on a tree branch or perched on a rock by a stream, exploring for bugs and birds, learning the names of flowers and trees… heaven <3

- you're disabled (invisible or visible)

- you're bodily 30+ yrs old

- you don't/can't regress as often

🌷 and so on .. every baby and kiddo and teen is valid no matter why they regress or who they are outside of their regression — it's not our job to fully understand why someone might regress, but to simply just accept it and help them feel safe in their own skin
