Her feeding on someone had been an act of desperation only for her to end up poisoned for it

The siren couldn't help but smile at that and shook her head, heading over to the bar, she technically didn't have to eat or drink, but sometimes it was nice to share a beer with a friend... or whatever the fuck Stolas and her were at this point. She batted her lashes and got them for nothing, coming back to sit opposite the vampire she was with, massive grin on her face.

The siren rolled her eyes, they'd been playing this game for decades, and it seemed neither of them refused to quit after any of their little visits.

"Could be that I'm just into you... or I could be trying to drown you a different way"

She should have stayed away after the first time she tried to drown him, but she found herself unable to, and it was nice to have someone outside of the ocean and her sister sirens that she could actually talk to.

The siren laughed after the door was closed, less risk to humans hearing her that way.

"Even if the ocean dried up, you think I wouldn't find a way to come and see you?" She asked with a shake of her head. though that seemed unlikely given how much the planet was covered in water and how sea levels were rising.

"Heh a hug? - now I know you really are up to something." Stolas remarked, his tone relaxed as he headed inside his apartment knowing full well she was going to follow. "-Has the ocean finally dried up this time?" He joked, "That puts our weekly outings out of the running."

And spending time with the vampire was kinda nice as she didn't have to hide so much around him.

The siren was a little relieved that she wasn't the one responsible for his death. She'd been responsible for so many in her service to the ocean. Turning the tablet back around, he might be dead but she wasn't exactly comfortable trying to speak around him, just in case
