The last 6 months have been super tough. Changes in every area of my life but I’ve delved into my spirituality and belief system, trusted and surrendered to God and I have been guided to some wonderful things which are still unfolding before me.

Got a case of the blahs? 

We all get stuck and frustrated. It's part of the challenge 🤓 - the key is to figure out how to get yourself motivated to get back in action. Here are some of my favorite ways to get out of a funk.  

1️⃣ I have a playlist with my favorite tunes. (Also highly recommended? "Songs to sing in the shower" playlist on Apple Music or Spotify!) Put it on and dance it out or get outside for a walk to lift your energy! 

2️⃣ I phone a friend. As an entrepreneur, having friends who "get it" is key. Find your tribe! 📲

3️⃣ I get into some kind of inspired action. I remind myself that I don't "have to" - I "get to". Favorite trick? I set a timer ⏱ and just get to work for 30 minutes.

✨Bonus Tip: Remember to celebrate yourself and realise when you might actually need a break. You can't pour from an empty cup.

Do you ever feel stuck in your life? 

I get it. Our world is filled with comparison and distraction and sometimes it fees easy to say "forget it - it's too hard". 

But truth is, feeling stuck feels awful. And so does letting yourself down. My shortcut for getting unstuck? I do something that inspires me. Here are some of my favorite ways to get inspired and unstuck: 

🏃🏽‍♀️ Get up and move - doesn't matter what just move. 

🌳 Spend some time in nature.

🧎 Get quiet and meditate, journal and/or pray.

📚 Read a motivational book

🎧 Listen to a inspirational podcast

💥 Start working on a project - even if it's something small

😊 Go be kind and generous to others 

📞 Catch up with a friend who is inspiring

📝 Re-set clear goals and clear away any distractions.
