Note
low empathy plural culture is everyone not wanting to front so you're stuck in co-front with the host because you're the " mediator " and everyone expects you to fix it but you can't so you're just stuck

There's this really dumb part with having DID, which is what do you mean I haven't processed this shit yet? Because, surprise! Maybe you did process it, but was it you-you, or was it another you that did the processing, hm? Oh, sorry, looks like this current version of you never actually did go through that, so you're gonna have to process through these thoughts and feelings and memories allllll over again.
What do you mean I haven't actually worked through my issues yet I thought I was already through with this song and dance months ago *grumbles*

Tips for cute things to do for your headmates! / in-sys dates!
Do a activity you both enjoy together, and allow yourselves to chat between each other during it
Buy each other little gifts and put it strategically in places only the other would find
Write each other letters using note posts, tumblr posts, etc!
In-system dates! Explore headspace together! (careful to not end somewhere dangerous)
Decorate layouts and things together, put a bit of each of yours aesthetics together
Sharing ship art of character as "us"
Self-care of the body together, somehow, when you do self-care together with someone you love, things feel a bit easier to do
Do things that will positively trigger each other! Like ordering a meal you know your in-sys date likes! Or playing that one game they really love!
Most important of all: Don't feel ashamed or weird for having in-sys partners! They're very common and at the end of the day, that's just another way of telling yourself "I love you" <3

i dont know if anyone has asked this but; i have 2 really destructive alters and i dont know when they mess things up until its too late and recently we moved to Ohio to be with someone we have wanted to be with for like 4 years *even though we met 8 yrs ago) but now those 2 alters/parts are starting to reach out to my Abusive Ex who basically molded some of my alters who had just come out at the time into what he wanted them to be and now i dont know how to stop it SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!

Shoutout to all those systems that were "perfect" and "easy" in childhood, but were actually deeply traumatized and isolated.
Shoutout to those same systems that started showing signs of early trauma later on, and were then considered burdens and told that their trauma just "suddenly appeared"

Does the tl4j Captain Solo ever go to hang out with Din when he gets kicked out of the Jedi Temple for trying to teach the padawans about drug dealing or whatever?
din doesn't necessarily want to be hung out with but there's only one parent area so...

Feels sooo good
Having Dissociative Identity Disorder it feels AMAZING to have an outlet besides my journals and my husband to vent some of the things out there and possibly get recommendations or advice or even find friends that have DID like me or any Dissociative Disorder. Just can't wait to really start opening up again. Because I,Gabye, haven't really opened up i dont remember most of my life from 5-24 years old the stuff i talk about i get the info from my Parts or my family and friends that have put up with all of us for this long.
