SEBI listed 331 entities as suspected shell Companies- Directed Stock Exchanges to initiate action!
New Post has been published on http://digiboat.in/sebi-listed-331-entities-as-suspected-shell-companies-directed-stock-exchanges-to-initiate-action/?utm_source=TR&utm_medium=Tumblr+%230&utm_campaign=SNAP%2Bfrom%2BDigiBoat
SEBI listed 331 entities as suspected shell Companies- Directed Stock Exchanges to initiate action!
In a major initiative jointly by the Government of India and SEBI to eradicate the shell companies operating in the country has started its way giving a major blow to black money and havala. The effect’s also witnessed in reduced funding of terrorism, a relief to the growing economy and moreover to eradicate Corruption entirely from the Country!
These shell Companies not just block the developing economy but also encourage various sects working against the interests of the Country.
And in a process of which a World’s Largest Democratic Country should operate- SEBI, as per the rules has enlisted a total of 331 Companies which are suspected to be shell (not the word used under Companies act.)
We talk, being aware of Shell Companies but most of the people are unaware of what they really are-
The Company which basically doesn’t has any assets or proper functioning and does really have transactions, the main purpose of initiating a shell company!
Another purpose of a shell Company is tax avoidance- a tax thief can make the best use of a shell company to avoid taxes and is used from decades to do so.
Future of these 331 Shell Companies-
The companies listed by Securities and Exchanges Board of India (SEBI), has a list of 331 Companies expected to be known as shell Companies, BSE said- will be added to Graded Surveillance Measure (GSM), Grade- 6.
BSE stated further saying- if any other company listed out later, shall be directly added up to GSM!
How were these identified-
The shell Companies are especially used for laundering money- which’s a growing trend to hide the Black money and to evade tax. To avoid such growing practices in the country, SEBI has taken an initiative to track such non-operating Companies meant to only launder money and because of which a negative impact on the market can be witnessed.
Other reasons faced by a common middle-class person
An example-
When a shell Company is operated and the money laundered from the country back into the country made to invest in such firms- where, the firms further purchase Lands.
The market outlook – Increase in Buyers is proportional to the Increase in prices!
In Metro cities like Bangalore and Mumbai, the people looking for jobs in such cities find it difficult to buy Land or a house even after working a long time in the same city. Some people speak of- ‘It’s become a crime for any common-man to buy a house for him in such cities’.
This turns out to be a big hurdle and a blockade in the dream of such a common-hard working middle class family! People even do think, what’s the use of getting such high quality grades when it’s not possible for me to even buy a house?
The reasons are just simple- These shell Companies make it a tough job, to bring down the prices and should be eradicated from the system!

U.S Market on strong selling after statements made by President Donald Trump!
New Post has been published on http://digiboat.in/u-s-market-strong-selling-statements-made-president-donald-trump/?utm_source=TR&utm_medium=Tumblr+%230&utm_campaign=SNAP%2Bfrom%2BDigiBoat
U.S Market on strong selling after statements made by President Donald Trump!
Past many days, the international market’s been doing pretty good amidst of N.Korea and American relations until 8-08-2017, when the US market saw losses.
When we come to the International markets, they pose a direct impact on the Indian markets too- making people under international pressures to shed off their money to safety!
What are these international pressures?
Any of such disturbing news affecting the emotions or leaving them in a total loss of faith in the market leads to people getting their money in a much safer place hoping to re-invest only after the situation’s seen to be normal.
On Tuesday, the same happened with the US market-
Not much loses, but a down-trend was visible in the market.
Reasons for the loses in market-
A statement from a news agency of N.Korea said its military is planning out to go for a strike on America’s military Installations and also warned that its army is completely ready to launch a strike on such strategic military bases of the US installed in Guam. Further, it added saying that the military is waiting for the decision from Kim Jong-un, a dictator and president of North Korea.
This isn’t just a threat but call for a full-stretched war, leaving people concerned over how would the US President react to such a situation?
It’s evident that Mr. Trump’s infamous for his comments not welcomed by the International community and in such a situation hoping for the worst to come from him by the market- which he proved to be right!
‘Will be met with Fire and Fury’
A strong statement from Mr. Trump as a reaction to the statements of N.Korean army, with a tune of anger, he warned- “will be met with fire and fury like the world has never seen” , the statement not welcomed (fear of negative impact) by the international markets- (I think he doesn’t care about the markets before making such statements)!
The International Markets-
The International markets had to undergo losses after the statement from Mr. Trump broke out as a response to N.Korea having small Nuclear weapons also to fit on a missile and in a matter of no time it had a larger impact on the US markets which noticed a strong selling signal.
A brief report on US stocks which ended up on Tuesday with a modest losses-
Dow went down 33 points to end up on 22,085.
Nasdaq Composite Index settled on 6,370, 13 points lower.
International Markets like Japan’s Nikkei 225 saw 261 points lower and Hong Kong’s Hang Sheng witnessed a dip of 126 points along with China’s Shanghai Composite a dip by 9 Points.
Indian Markets-
As expected, the Indian markets opened lower on Wednesday as a reaction to the International markets on Tuesday!
Nifty update- Expected to be volatile, may test 9910 and 9930 or if the Bears gear up with a strong position then may able to cross the 10k mark and test as close to 10090.
Bank Nifty Update- The bears are expected to be strong on the close below 24450 and try as long as 24628-36. But, still a heavy volatile market is to be seen ahead of International tensions growing around the US – N.korean relations with statements escalating from either side! Support for Bank Nifty- 24450-80
Resistance – 25000-40

Drinking Alcohol? Is it really that good to get drunk
New Post has been published on http://digiboat.in/is-it-really-that-good-to-get-drunk/?utm_source=TR&utm_medium=Tumblr+%230&utm_campaign=SNAP%2Bfrom%2BDigiBoat
Drinking Alcohol? Is it really that good to get drunk
Too much of anything can kill you. And this can be attributed to drinking too much alcohol. Many people just don’t know when to stop drinking. And alcoholism is a major problem in the western world. Getting drunk on your graduation night is one thing, but getting drunk on a consistent basis can prove to be a cautionary tale.
There are obvious health benefits to drinking alcohol, but that does not mean you should go around chugging down pints after pints of beer. Alcohol in small amounts can reduce your risk of getting coronary heart diseases, and it can also allegedly reduce the risk for diabetes as well. But if you decide to get intoxicated before driving, that is not a good idea. Many accidents can be attributed to people driving under the influence of alcohol. Countless lives have been lost due to the poor and reckless decisions of some individuals.
Figure 2: What can alcohol damage?
One major thing most people overlook that drinking alcohol can actually make you fat. There are almost 200 calories in a large glass of red wine. Drinking beer will also get you fat. Alcohol also hampers our self-control, so eating too much after getting drunk can be a real problem. Drinking too much alcohol also reduced a woman’s chances of getting pregnant. Drinking loads of alcohol also reduce male fertility, as it messes up with the sperm quality and sperms become less mobile, thus making it harder to impregnate a woman. Drinking too much alcohol also takes a toll on the kidneys, and may introduce severe back problems. Your kidneys may give out entirely if you don’t reduce or down right stop your alcohol intake completely.

New Post has been published on http://digiboat.in/10-tips-practice-a-balanced-diet-to-lead-a-healthy-life/?utm_source=TR&utm_medium=Tumblr+%230&utm_campaign=SNAP%2Bfrom%2BDigiBoat
10 Tips: Practice A Balanced Diet To Lead A Healthy Life
For the young generation, adults of today who are involved in high levels of activity, practicing a balanced diet can prove to be pivotal. Eating healthy food that is low in calories can lead to a longer lifespan.
Maximize your daily diet with nutrient rich foods
Your body needs a lot of calories every day. But sometimes we tend to overeat and the excess calories get built up in our body. This leads to a higher risk of coronary heart diseases. One way to prevent that: pack your diet with nutrient rich foods like fish, potatoes that offer a healthy dose of all the essential vitamins your body needs to function optimally. Avoid eating fewer foods that are high in saturated fats or sugars; for example, soft drinks.
Energize your body with grains
The fastest way to get your body energized is to have cereals for breakfast. Eating eggs can also help as these are high in carbohydrates, but don’t overeat.
Lots and lots of proteins!
Protein is the building block of all life on Earth. Foods such as seafood, red meat and chicken are high in proteins.
Take your source of proteins from plants
Plants can provide you with a daily dose of proteins without the added disadvantage of fats, which would happen if you eat lots of chicken or red meat in a short span of time. Lettuce and spinach are great sources of plant based protein sources.
Incorporate fruits and vegetables into your diet
Try drinking juices that are made with 100% fruits, and low in sugar. Have your lunch with vegetables. Eat fruits before you go to bed.
Take lots of dairy products!
Do you want strong bones and teeth? Then eat lots of cheese, yogurt and other dairy products as these are high in calcium, which is essential for healthy bones.
Balance your meals
Utilize an online tool to take note of all your calorie intake.
Water is the key!
Drink loads and loads of water every day. This boosts your body’s metabolism rate and helps break down food in your stomach faster.
Don’t overeat
Yet again, use an online tool to stay in shape. And measure your weight after every week to know if you are staying in track or not.
Complete your milestones
Complete your personal milestones once you fulfill your weight goals.

How to quit smoking in easy steps
New Post has been published on http://digiboat.in/how-to-quit-smoking-in-easy-steps/?utm_source=TR&utm_medium=Tumblr+%230&utm_campaign=SNAP%2Bfrom%2BDigiBoat
How to quit smoking in easy steps
Smoking is a nasty habit that is very hard to quit once you get addicted to the nicotine that’s inside all the cigarettes that’s out there. Although rates of people smoking have gone down drastically in the western world, rates of people smoking have sky rocketed in places like Indonesia and India. Thus, smoking related illnesses have gone up by a significant proportion in India and Indonesia.
Many people complain that quitting this habit is hard. Thus, some are even reluctant to start the process entirely. Yes, once you get addicted to nicotine, there is no going back from there. But with a few small tricks up your sleeve, and a determined goal, you too can quit smoking if you stay on the right track.
An easy way to start is by removing all kinds of reminders of your smoking habits. Throw away all your lighters and ash trays from your home. Avoid drinking coffee or products that have a high caffeine content. Spend more time around non-smokers and avoid your friends who smoke. Start eating healthy and get plenty of sleep (at least 8 hours in a day). Try using nicotine patches whenever you feel the urge to smoke. Try making small goals and when you achieve it, reward yourself with something. And don’t forget to always be positive. Don’t think that your quitting smoking forever, in fact break your routine down to small days. Try to stay one day without smoking, then make it 3 days, then a week, and then gradually avoid this habit for a month. When you break your goals down to small, tangible ones it is much easier to see the progress you have made in the short term. Never shy away to ask for help. Be it your close relatives or professional help, getting an extra set of hands to fix your problem is always better. Within 3 months of quitting, your lungs would be restored to non-smoker levels, and within 2 years of quitting, your body will be able to mitigate most of the health risks related to smoking. So, start now before it’s too late. And within a year or two, your life span would increase drastically.

Spectacular Vietnam - The Ideal Tour
Vietnam is a Southeast Asian nation on the South China Sea known for its shorelines, streams, Buddhist pagodas and clamoring urban areas. Ho Chi Minh is filled with French colonial landmarks and relics from the bloody civil war.

How to avoid major heart diseases?
New Post has been published on http://digiboat.in/how-to-avoid-major-heart-diseases/?utm_source=TR&utm_medium=Tumblr+%230&utm_campaign=SNAP%2Bfrom%2BDigiBoat
How to avoid major heart diseases?
Heart diseases are one of the major causes of deaths in the 21st century. The same things that cause heart diseases can also lead to cancer. Obesity is the biggest cause for heart diseases in the modern world. As we have industrialized our economies, more people work from the comfort of homes and their offices, thus leading to laziness amongst us. Even in the 17th century, most people were farmers or labourers who had to toil hard in the sun, thus their bodies were fit from all the hard work that they had to do. But nowadays, as we have modernised and technologically improved our lives, we lay idle in our homes. This causes the risk of heart diseases to rise. Did you know just sitting at your home for 2 hours every day can increase your risk of getting a heart disease by more than 20%?
Leading a healthy lifestyle with lots of exercises is the only way to stay fit and strong and avoid the major risks of heart diseases. Stress also plays an important part, thus controlling your stress levels can prove to be beneficial in the long run. Stop smoking! Cigarettes are a major cause of heart blockages and lung cancer. Control your blood glucose levels by regulating the intake of sugar in your body. The more sugar you eat, the more the risk of increasing your blood pressure and catching a heart disease. Avoid eating so called fast foods which are nothing but junk foods. Eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables and avoid eating foods that are in cholesterol. Which means avoid the oily foods. Try to maintain a healthy weight where your BMI (Body Mass Index) is within manageable levels. Go for morning walks or jog in the afternoon. Try to get enough sleep everyday (at least 8 hours).
All these measures will help drastically increase your lifespan and make you live a healthier life. Start practicing from today and you will see instant results in no time. An apple a day keeps the doctor away!

Is India leaning towards the one-party state ambition of BJP!
New Post has been published on http://digiboat.in/india-leaning-towards-one-party-state-ambition-bjp/?utm_source=TR&utm_medium=Tumblr+%230&utm_campaign=SNAP%2Bfrom%2BDigiBoat
Is India leaning towards the one-party state ambition of BJP!
A history which, we as Indians should always remember: The sacrifice and Contribution of our forefathers, we as Indians should always remember!
A Little into history of our Country
Indian politics is evidence of changing its game ever since Independence and mainly the reasons for corruption, weak governance has played a major role in turning down major political parties ending to dust.
Before Independence, India was a colony under British rule and parties such as All-India Congress party and All India Muslim League were some of the parties which strived hard for the Independence. Then, came a time when India was torn apart in two, the most heartbreaking moment for the Indians leading to the death and misery of more than a million people in both India and Pakistan.
The religion differences which demanded a separate nation of Muslims and the high desire of Jinnah led the Congress to take a tough decision in making a new state or nation- Pakistan! Even though many Muslims stayed back and decided not to go with the state of Pakistan. But many who wished was a tough decision for them to relocate. It wasn’t just the people from India but also in the newly formed state had many Hindus living there for decades and believed to be tortured and forced to convert or leave the country.
For any person or a family to leave their home and relocate to a place from where they had to start at Zero could be rather giving up lives. The same happened with many- either they were killed by the corrupt minded or gave up their lives in a fear of threat.
In between all this was the biggest task- To annex all the princely states into the Republic Of India and without which would be impossible to establish the dream for which the Freedom fighters struggled for. It was the dream of many leaders including our father Mahatma Gandhi Ji to see India standing united as one nation.
As, the Nation struggled to get annexed into a single country under the Leadership of the then Home Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri, parallel to it, the Constitution was undergoing into a framework by the Drafting Committee of the Constituent Assembly of India under the presidency of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.
Under all these circumstances was the concern of elections for Congress and in such when most of the Indian population being illiterate, the first experiment to list out the eligible voters and a requirement to enroll the list of more than 175 million names had to be compiled ahead with difficulties, initially the Congress came to power and the first Prime Minister- Jawaharlal Nehru elected to office by the elected members.
A stone-breaking job initially for the government to set the electoral rules and the Constitution for a country with people of high magnitude! But, then the Congress had a goal, commanded a high respect in the people which strived hard donating the Youth- life for the country’s struggle.
The sentiments were high and the reward which people gave them was the power of the biggest democracy in the world. More than 70 Years Congress commanded the same respect until recent events leading to a change in tone of people- Yes, the people of India are onto their changing minds and possibly the results talk something more.
Lok Sabha election results since 1952- present (an understandable comparison of numbers in decline at Loksabha polls of 131 Years old party: Congress)
1952 Loksabha elections-
A fascinating landslide victory for the Congress party which came to power in 1952, by achieving 364 seats out of 489 giving it an entry into forming the government. Other parties like Jana Sangh managed to get a little as 3 seats and Communist -16 seats
1957 LokSabha elections-

The results are volatile depending on the cause elections are campaigned in the people. Despite, of all such volatile results, if considered elections held before 2014- Congress never came below three digits expected to be always in power, either close to it for the trust and the party with a high exposure to more number of seats since the country’s Independence.
Until what happened recently- which not just left the party in a threat and unpredicted results but the world at a very first time looked India as a hope for the future and the people of India showed it to come real exposing their unity, giving a non- Congress party for the first time a pure majority forming an unbiased government and moreover giving a blow to the Congress party reducing it to two digits!
The UPA-2 government which faced many charges of corruption, start from a tiny document to the various scams and inefficiency of the government to bring down such a system to justice where also the dignity and security of this Country was felt to be compromised under the unstoppable corruptions by the politicians showed an unforgettable example to all the parties contesting elections and overthrowing the long-supported culture by people giving it a flavor for presence of upcoming literate new voters!
Now, why is that the BJP’s dream for a Congress-MUKT Bharat seen true?
Congress has been in power since 70 years, BJP believes in the Congress party to be a party of ambitionless, lack in leadership and the most corrupt party working on a policy of British rule- ‘a divide and rule policy’, never to forget the same party worked hard to attain Independence.
It also cannot be ignored, the corruption charges which are imposed on the Congress. Its been 70 years and thus we still live on the policies and platforms which the British left. So, what has the Congress done except a few reforms which were a must and at some point was of profit for the party Leaders!
Time’s change and so do the people- and so are the people of India, the old stock of generation is closing its chapter and opening a way for the new generation to takeover its Country- is it the reason, youth not following the same path as their ancestors?
Or, the people aren’t satisfied with the work or policies held by Congress?
In a situation of such- Need to have a change, either in its Leadership or the policies!
What about the state elections, is Congress doing well?
A few election results in the states like Goa, Mizoram and Punjab proved to be good where they managed to top but except Punjab- they weren’t able to form the government due to some differences or Lack in leadership of seriousness in the National Congress party.
Situation of Congress party in States before 2014 Loksabha elections-
The Blue States indicate Congress Government and the Saffron for BJP
The Congress ruled states were apparently equal to the BJP ruled states giving a competitive score on the board for every election in states. But, the people dreamt for a Leader whose unquestionable ability can bring India back ‘the Golden Days’.
Mr. Manmohan Singh (Former-PM of INDIA)
The agitation by various sects against the Corruption and a Prime Minister (Former-PM Mr. Manmohan Singh) once known for his economic reforms looked to be a puppet unacceptable by any Indian called out for a Leader and the timing which BJP took advantage by making the most powerful person and Chief Minister of Gujarat as its Prime Ministerial Candidate i.e. Mr. Narendra Modi!
Mr. Narendra Modi (Prime Minister of INDIA)
The elections were pretty interesting in which the BJP swept keeping Congress limited to two digits. This didn’t end here, for every elections of state assembly- the Brand Ambassador for BJP wasn’t a state leader but is Prime Minister Narendra Modi under which the BJP swept most of the states. Also, a close aide Mr. Amit Shah known for his skills in politics- a key person at the backend to make the party win or open an unpredicted account of seats in states where it never contested!
States governed by Congress after 2014 elections
The States ruled by Congress and BJP as for now can be seen with Saffron and Green color indications giving a clear message of majority states are under BJP and the number is still to be expected more for the upcoming state elections in states like Karnataka and Gujarat.
The state’s count is required in order to get a majority in upper house i.e. Rajya Sabha, for both the Congress and BJP.
It’s important for Congress making them powerful to keep in check and control the decisions made by the Government in power, whereas the BJP which is currently in power requires a majority to uphold its interests in a smooth functioning of Rajya Sabha where it’s been frequently troubled by the opposition parties.
A major Comparison of India in 1967 v/s the India in 2017
The BJP is on a high par today, achieving state after state- a major blow struck Congress when the MAHAGATHBANDHAN in Bihar- the coalition of RJD, Congress and JD(U) broke and JD(U)’s Nitish Kumar formed the government with BJP- adding another state in favor of NDA!
The Congress party not just losing its ground at the centre but also state after state snatched away from it, is a fear which most people think of ‘Congress- muktha Bharat’ may come true in no matter of time but still the Congress blames it to be the fault of electoral machines and hits out at other things ignoring the key issues rather accepting to think-over the leadership questioned by people!
Top 3 Positions of the Country held by BJP after recent Vice-presidential elections-
BJP, on the other hand, even though it’s a foot away from getting majority in Rajya Sabha, has been able to take away all the 3 Top positions from the Congress i.e.
President – Mr. Ramnath Kovind
Vice-President- Mr. Venkaiah Naidu
Prime Minister- Mr. Narendra Modi

THE PRESENT STATE OF POLITICS IN THE COUNTRY: CAN WE EVER HAVE PEACE?
New Post has been published on http://digiboat.in/present-state-politics-country-can-ever-peace/?utm_source=TR&utm_medium=Tumblr+%230&utm_campaign=SNAP%2Bfrom%2BDigiBoat
THE PRESENT STATE OF POLITICS IN THE COUNTRY: CAN WE EVER HAVE PEACE?
Abraham Lincoln famously quoted ‘A ballot is stronger than the bullet’. These words accurately sum up the power of your vote while electing the right candidate. India being the largest democracy particularly enjoys the participation of more 800 million people in elections. These numbers are not a mirror to showcase the quality of governance but surely ensure the power which people have to turn the tide in any candidate’s favor. The 2014 elections saw Narendra Modi being elected the 14th Prime Minister with a sweeping majority. It’s been 3 years since the BJP government got into power and the recent incidents are proofs that there can never be a dull moment in Indian Politics. The current state of politics is largely being governed by the following factors-
Politics of Religion
India is home to all the major religions of the world. Be it Hinduism, Islam, Sikhism, Christianity or Jainism, people from all sects enjoy a considerable presence. Religion has always had a considerable presence in Indian Politics. Currently, there is a huge religious turmoil in the nation. While Hindus and Muslims have been at loggerheads over every petty issue, politicians are entirely enjoying the show.
The major cause of discontentment is the fact that when people indulge in these petty issues, the sense of being Indian diminishes. While the BJP largely enjoys support from the Hindus, Congress, TMC and AIMIM bank their vote by largely misguiding Muslims. This leads to quarrel. The aim should be to ditch the religious barriers and work towards the progress of the nation. With menacing danger already from China, such incidents will only cause harm. We need stand united to fight the outside forces and not get engulfed in doltish issues.
The language divide
Ever since Hindi appeared on the signboards of ‘Namma Metro’ in Bengaluru there has been a fresh debate regarding Hindi imposition. The census in Karnataka clearly shows Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, and Urdu are the languages in predominate use in the state while Hindi is not even making to the top five. So such imposition makes no sense.  The huge misconception is the fact that Hindi is the national language of India. In fact, India does not have one. So such assumptions make no sense. The recent incident has further fuelled the North-South divide which is largely backed by language.
The purpose of any language is to communicate and not divide. People must stop taking pride in the language they speak. Pride leads to ego and ego leads to conflict. What people must not forget is the fact that the language you speak does not define you. Also, there is often a huge sense of ego amongst people in the north who speak English and Hindi speakers are often regarded as uneducated.  This divide is idiotic and is further plunging India into a black hole of uncertainty.
Cow Vigilantism
Being a Hindu dominated country cow has always been a revered figure in the country.  The Cow is not only a source of dairy in the country it is often the source of politics which keeps the country divided. The recent incidents of lynching are enough to prove the sensitivity of the issue. The point of conflict is the consumption of beef which has caused an uproar in the past few months. The right wing groups are actively advocating for the cause of saving cows but it is often on the path of violence. The presence of politics in the issue has shifted the core cause of protection to violence. What people must remember is the fact that protection of a revered animal should not come at the cost of sacrificing a human life.
The Gau Raksha Movements seem baseless with an element of violence in them. The core issue is the protection of cow but the actions are far distant. The self-proclaimed Gau Rakshaks should instead take steps to prevent illegal smuggling of cows and stop over exploitation at dairy farms where cows have to go through a lot of pain during machine milking.  The real essence of cow protection is guaranteeing them a safe haven while not indulging in politics which deflects from the main issue.
 Irresponsible Media
Media has always had an active presence in shaping the politics of the country. The present state can largely be described as a state of discontentment among the people. Media houses are being accused of biased reporting which deludes the public. The aim of media has majorly shifted from reporting to counting TRPs. The outcome is a state of utter confusion. While the country is engulfed in fresh issues every progressing day, the sorry state of media is fuelling needless issues. The social media pages of major media houses often post baseless posts on platforms like Facebook which are driven by the motive of gathering maximum clicks possible. At a time when youth is highly active in social media, such posts only fuel fresh conflicts and confusion. The youth which follows media in hopes of being acquainted with proper news is served with lies and biased reporting. The current state of politics in the country demands efficient handling of sensitive issues. Owing to the large population of India any conflict is at the risk of being aggravated disproportionately. The need of the hour demands unbiased and responsible reporting with proper facts. Media should use its power in shaping the politics in a positive direction for the welfare of the nation.
 The Bottom Line
Government functions with pragmatic problem-solving. The scope of politics over every petty issue showcases the sorry state of affairs in India. The issues discussed above broadly define the driving forces of the politics in the country right now. The people should vouch for the right cause and help in eradicating the negative forces of the country. Elevated pressure should be made on the media to claim responsible reporting. The power of the media is large because of the silence of the public which readily accepts whatever is being served to them. While the aim of the government should be to avoid conflict on imbecile issues, the public should prevent fuelling unnecessary politics which often goes against their tide.

JAB HARRY MET SEJAL MOVIE REVIEW: AN EUROPE TRIP SPRINKLED WITH IDIOCY
New Post has been published on http://digiboat.in/jab-harry-met-sejal-movie-review-europe-trip-sprinkled-idiocy/?utm_source=TR&utm_medium=Tumblr+%230&utm_campaign=SNAP%2Bfrom%2BDigiBoat
JAB HARRY MET SEJAL MOVIE REVIEW: AN EUROPE TRIP SPRINKLED WITH IDIOCY
Cast: Shah Rukh Khan, Anushka Sharma
Director: Imtiaz Ali
Rating : 2.5 Stars out of 5
Review:
Shah Rukh Khan, Anushka Sharma and Imtiaz Ali seemed like a perfect money minting trio but the much-revered chemistry has fallen well short of expectations. There is a scene in the film where Sejal (Anushka Sharma) says to Harry ( SRK) ‘ Dhoodne se toh bhagwaan bhi mil jaate hain’  but the irony is that the director of such high stature, Imtiaz Ali couldn’t find a meaningful script for this film. The script revolving around the hunt for the missing engagement ring has highly disappointed the fans.
Harry Met Sejal is a story of a Punjabi guy Harry who is a tourist guide in Europe. While seeing off a Gujju family after a successful Europe tour he is acquainted with the fact that Sejal has lost her engagement ring. This embarks the start of a bland journey which encompasses much of the first half of the film. The ring hunt tours them through Amsterdam, Budapest and finally reaches Lisbon. The story progresses through a very predictable storyline where Sejal starts falling for Harry. This mismatching story sees a new chapter when Anushka Sharma finally reaches India after discovering her ring and Harry starts missing her too. Guess what happens next ? I guess we shouldn’t tell you that. Grab a ticket and find out.
It’s hard to digest the fact that Imtiaz Ali who has given us films like Rockstar, Jab We Met and Tamasha, delivers such a blunder with Harry Met Sejal. The fact that Sejal promptly decides to set on a ring hunt leaving her family at the airport and the manner of the discovery of the ring all seem pointless. Imtiaz Ali tries to incorporate some funny elements into the film but the weak script fails them majorly. The story does pace up in the second half but a flat climax again proves to be a dent.
Shah Rukh Khan who plays an upbeat Punjabi guy in the movie does deliver some funny moments in the film through his crazy dialogues in the typical Punjabi accent. He even shares a lip-lock scene with Anushka Sharma but its the whole script in general which fails to bank on the talent of such fine actors.
Anushka Sharma who plays a typical Gujju girl in the movie does have her moments but having set the bar high for herself with movies like PK and Ae Dil hai Mushkil falls well short of those high-quality performances. The music score given by Pritam is average though songs like ‘Radha’ and ‘Phurr’ do provide fancy beats to the audience. Although the movie might disappoint majority of the fans, the saving grace of the movie is the cinematography which vividly captures scenic locations of Europe. The mastery of K.U. Mohanan with camera movements literally takes you on a vibrant Europe tour while being seated in the theatre. Such is the brilliance.
Summing up Jab Harry Met Sejal is basically a Europe tour which is failed by its doltish script which eclipses the talent of its revered cast.

THE CASE OF BLUE WHALE: ARE WE SUCCUMBING TO TECHNOLOGY?
New Post has been published on http://digiboat.in/case-blue-whale-succumbing-technology/?utm_source=TR&utm_medium=Tumblr+%230&utm_campaign=SNAP%2Bfrom%2BDigiBoat
THE CASE OF BLUE WHALE: ARE WE SUCCUMBING TO TECHNOLOGY?
Ever since the news of the suicide of the 14year old Mumbai boy spread, it has raised some serious questions entailing the dangers of internet use. The cause of the death is being related to addictive online game ‘Blue Whale’ which surfaced in Russia four years ago. What comes as a shock is the fact that technology which was developed to aid humans also holds tremendous ability to take valuable human life too.
About the game
The Blue Whale game also known as Blue Whale Challenge is an online game which was developed by Phillip Budeikin( A Russian psychology student) in 2013. The game consists of a series of tasks which need to be completed over a 50 days period.
The tasks range from making cuts on your hand to watching horror movies at odd times of the day. Not only that, it also requires the player to send pictures as proofs of the committed action. The final challenge requires the gamer to commit suicide in order to complete the challenge. The game is quoted to be the cause of over 130 deaths all over the globe with its victims mostly in Russia.
Is technology caging us mentally ?
The outcome of the alleged game has raised the horrors that can be related to technology. We live in an era which requires active use of technology. Be it education, business or social media, technology commands the need of the hour. It paces up the work and reduces human effort. Here is where the catch comes. Humans have reportedly become lazier as a result of over dependence on technology.
Human interaction has reduced to a mere ‘hello’ on whatsapp contrary to an actual hug in person. Children no longer play on fields. Console games offer the much-needed entertainment these days. We live in a world where a person’s status is equated with the number of likes he/she has on his Instagram photos. There is obviously no harm in posting pictures. The harm comes from the mentality that gaining online attention is equated with real stature. This leads to fakeness. People are unnecessarily busy satisfying the anonymous. What for? Self-satisfaction. These are some really worrying signs.
The way forward
There are approximately 450 million internet users in India. A major portion of these users are youngsters- The young workforce of India. Thus proper care should be taken to direct the young minds in the right direction. This case of sudden death of the young boy has surely alarmed us. What people need to realise is the fact that their online activities do not reflect the realities of life. Online use should be limited to developing knowledge and connecting with people. Proper time and care should be taken to indulge in real life activities like travelling, interacting with new people and exploring the nature. The world fosters with effective human interaction. Games like ‘The Blue Whale’ prey on people who are mentally caged and depressed. The humans are in no way that weak. It’s the humans who developed the technology, so surrendering in front of it can never be an option.
The human mind is the most powerful thing on this planet. There is no way it can be caged mentally unless you allow it to.

DECODING THE ART OF PERFECT DRESSING FOR MEN
New Post has been published on http://digiboat.in/decoding-art-perfect-dressing-men/?utm_source=TR&utm_medium=Tumblr+%230&utm_campaign=SNAP%2Bfrom%2BDigiBoat
DECODING THE ART OF PERFECT DRESSING FOR MEN
There is nothing more appealing than being dressed perfectly. The dressing is an art. Be it casual or formal, you need to know the basics to help you be the winner in this game. Proper dressing not only helps you stand out but also shows the confidence you have in yourself. It makes you stand out. Women particularly have a variety in the choice of dressing whereas men comparatively have limited options. Most of them mess it up when it comes to proper dressing. Well, we are here to get your things right.
Let’s have a look at the best fashion tips to help you ace the game
 Know your Beard
Indian men are blessed with hair. Well, that doesn’t mean they all have it at the right place. Ahem ! I am talking about the beard. All men want to own a beard and flaunt it like Ranveer Singh but not all have a bush like that. Beard is often equated with the masculinity and it does offer a great style statement.  Well here is a word of advice: If you can’t go grow a beard then don’t! There is nothing more repelling than that patchy beard. Instead, keep it clean and rock the shaven look. For those who do have a beard, keep it well groomed. The best fashion statement comes with a well-trimmed beard. Oil it with a beard oil, brush it and style it according to your face. As they say, With a great beard, comes a great responsibility.
Style your hair to perfection
You’re never fully dressed without awesome hair. The look of your face depends a lot on your hair. The way you style it says a lot about your fashion sense. To effectively ace the fashionable look you need to complement the hairstyle with the shape of your face. If you cannot decide on a proper hairstyle then go for a crew cut (short hair). This style never goes out of fashion. The info-graphic aptly describes the style you should go for.
Always go with the flow. Keep your style updated with the latest trends in fashion. Maintain a good rapport with your barber and guide him for the style you want. One of the best fashion habits men should have is to always keep a comb handy. Slip into a washroom whenever you need and style it quick. Ditch the chemicals and aim to maintain a healthy diet to have the best hair.
Ace the casual look
Indian men often mess it up it up when it comes to casual dressing. They often confuse it with their gym wear which is a huge NO! Gym wear is strictly for your workout, Period. Ditch those graphic tees. Those are for boys. Be the real man. Polos and Henleys are a perfect choice.
Opt for solid, one color t-shirts. Pair them up with some chinos or a simple denim. Further, complete the look by wearing loafers or sneakers that match your upper wear. In winters you can further wear a simple jacket to upgrade your look. Keep it simple. The aim of casual look is to keep it hassle free and get dressed up within no time.
Know your formals
The first step to gain respect is to look respectful. Formal dressing brings exactly that. But there are a few things to ponder to achieve the perfect look. Always get your formals stitched by your tailor. This guarantees you a great fit. The loose saggy blazer is a huge attraction killer. Keep it crisp and well fitted.
Match your tie with your shirt and blazer. If you want to opt for a flashy look you can go for contrasting colors to ace the theme. Ditch the tie if you want a casual look. Just grab a blazer and rock the look.
Up your shoe game
A man is known by the shoes he wears. It’s hard to disagree with this fact. Shoes speak a lot about personality and fashion sense. The shoes you wear should complement the occasion and theme of your dressing. So sneakers with a suit? Naah ! Sneakers are best suited for a casual look. Pair them up with jeans and t shirts to achieve the cool look. As for suits, leather shoes and loafers are the best shoes. There is a range of shapes in formal shoes which ranges from oxfords to brogues.
Choose them depending on the fit of your feet. Also, the color of your shoes should always be darker than your pants. For example: If you are wearing a gray pant then wear black shoes. Similarly, dark brown shoes will pair up well with light brown pants. Keep this simple math handy.
Don’t underestimate the power of your ‘Kurta’
Who says kurta is only meant for traditional occasions? That’s a huge misconception. Kurta is the perfect thing to pair up with jeans when you’re tired of donning the t-shirts every day. Upgrade your wardrobe with some vibrant kurtas which may be cotton or khadi depending upon your choice of your fabric.
Pair them up with leather slip-ons to get the perfect look. Roll up the sleeves or opt for half sleeves to experiment with the look. Look for casual prints which easily available these days. When pairing them up with jeans, keep the length your kurta above your knees to ace the look.
When the world is busy wearing shirts and t-shirts, kurta will help you stand out of the crowd.
Accessories
Accessories are meant to accentuate your look. They offer the edge to amp up your style game.
Watches are perfect the perfect accessory for your hand. Be it casual or formal, a watch complements with everything. The choice of the material hugely depends upon the occasion. Opt for a leather strap which complements with your leather shoes and belt for formal occasions. Metal straps are fit for almost everything.
Sunglasses are widely popular these days. With the range of shapes available its often hard to choose. When going for a casual look opt for wayfarers, reflectors or aviators. Experiment with the color of the frame to achieve a cooler look. With formals opt for solid single color sunglasses like black aviators which may or may not have a metallic frame.

Do the people of Karnataka really wish to have a separate flag
New Post has been published on http://digiboat.in/people-karnataka-really-wish-separate-flag/?utm_source=TR&utm_medium=Tumblr+%230&utm_campaign=SNAP%2Bfrom%2BDigiBoat
Do the people of Karnataka really wish to have a separate flag
Do the people of Karnataka really wish to have a separate flag or is the Government of Karnataka playing a card of Flag and Language ahead of elections!
Karnataka is a beautiful state located in South-India and also one of the largest states. It’s also known for the only largest state left with Congress. A state with variety of cultures and with silicon city (India) situated in it is facing problems regarding the state flag and language issues!
At first- What’s all about this state flag?
Karnataka Government has set up a committee to look up for legal options and design a state flag for Karnataka and this is where the whole issue started up with.
Was it really necessary for the state government to setup a committee?
Yes, it had to be done- because the constitution doesn’t say anything about states having their own separate flag and to do so they need to get the consent from the central government which is highly impossible to get back the approval!
A big confusion- does the state already have a flag?
Yes, it does-
The state has its own state flag (but not recognized) which is of yellow and red in color- hoisted on every 1st of November known to be as the ‘Kannada Rajyotsava’ and used for other cultural activities.
So, why is a separate flag required now after 70 Years?
The Tricolor National Flag is the only flag which is recognized by the government and any other state flags are just used for the sake of sentiments of the people to be used during cultural activities. The Indian Constitution doesn’t speak anything about having a separate flag for every separate state. It just looks like anther political game by the government giving it a name of the people sentiments-
Some major questions raised by the National Media Houses and other political parties-
Then why wasn’t it taken up for the past 4 years?
Why is it really that important when the state elections are up ahead this year?
Is the Government on a path to divide people ahead of elections?
These questions are necessary and important as it’s concerned with the sovereignty and integrity of the Union of India. India is a strong and nations only because of the states are a part of it- even if one state shows such an act unacceptable by the Constitution; it may further cause serious threats to the Indian Constitution and also to the Unity of India.
Reply by some of the Congress Government Officials-
The same question when asked by one of the media person’s to a government official about why wasn’t it taken up before- the reply sounded like, why not now?
Any political party is in power for 5 Years and the people have elected them so that they can work for the welfare of the state for 5 Years and so should we stop working on the Year of Elections?
It’s a matter to think about from the side of Government in power, its their governance and when the people wish them to do so- they need to accomplish their wishes keeping in mind the Constitution of India.
Chief Minister of Karnataka, Mr. Siddaramaiah has to say that- He’s been receiving petitions from the people of various parts of Karnataka and so in keeping the sentiments of people, he’s setup a Committee to look into the Constitution for any provision available in case a state wishes to have its own state flag.
More comments and examples-
The officials from the same party gave an example of America, stating- Every state in U.S has its own flag, so what’s harm in we having a state flag?
Opinion and Clarification about America-
America is a country where states have come together and formed a nation known to be United States of America, but in case of India- the history speaks a total different story and moreover this isn’t US. In U.S, every state has its own symbol and flag but in India all the states have a same Constitution.
A point to be noted-
U.S has a history of states coming together and forming a Union, but in case of India- the states weren’t present before Independence, all were under different kingdoms of known to be as princely States.
For ex- Karnataka was a part of Mysore kingdom and also different parts of Telangana, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and so on, which proves to be for demanding a Separate state flag as a move which’s politically motivated. If in such a case of public concern, then the Government should try to re-establish the Mysore State and adopt its flag as the state flag giving it a justification of no political motives intended behind such a move!
The outcome of such a move-
It isn’t just Karnataka but Tamil Nadu too had a problem with Language in the past giving it a fresh air for now to re-start with the same problems causing a threat to the long-known and praised Unity of India. It’s a real threat which everyone feels and for sees coming in the future. Steps to avoid this- such activities shouldn’t be encouraged and that the Supreme Court needs to take a decisive measure to avoid any such language or flag issues to be raised by any state in future.
Why does Jammu & Kashmir have a separate Flag?
Jammu & Kashmir is totally a different issue as it’s backed with a special provision in the Constitution under article 370 which provides a special autonomous status to Jammu & Kashmir. But, unlikely no other state in India has the same provision. This needs to be understood before asking, Jammu and Kashmir has a separate flag and so why can’t we?
It’s been raised several times by the people who I feel are unaware of the complete truth of this article and the special provision provided to this State of Jammu and Kashmir.
The predicted outcome, if state gets a separate flag-
Every state in India will seek for the same.
A sense of enmity between states will rise- giving a blow to the Unity of India.
Every state will start acting as a separate nation.
The Long known Unity and the Tricolor will lose their importance gradually with time.
Difficult to contain states under a single flag- a race in superiority of language and culture will see a new light.
Under such drawbacks and threats is it acceptable by the people of India and Karnataka to make a separate official flag where the people of Karnataka already have their own flag used for various cultural events.
Amidst this, it only rests on the people of Karnataka on what they really wish and decide as the Constitution is for the people and for the benefit of the people!

Amidst of Floods in Gujarat, Gujarat Congress MLA’s resting in Bangalore resort- Know the reasons spoken by the Gujarat governed BJP Government and the Congress party! Is election winning of a single person bigger than the life of people?
Issue-
Gujarat is currently affected by the flood and where the Congress people representatives are seen resting in a Bangalore resort.
Congress MLA’s in Bangalore resort having their leisure time
What’s the complete truth behind such irresponsibility by the Congress representatives towards their own people?
Gujarat is to be seen a Rajya Sabha election in upcoming few days where its Congress contester Ahmed Patel know to be a close aide of Ms. Sonia Gandhi.
Ahmed Patel having conversation with Sonia Gandhi
The Rajya Sabha current M.P and a Political Secretary to Ms. Sonia Gandhi to run on the same M.P seat and expected to have an easy win but this mindset of Congress is a threat by the BJP and by its own Congress MLA’s.
The saffron party has been a place of attraction for many non-saffron party members and many such politicians are seen to join since the massive win in Lok Sabha elections. The history’s seen to repeat now in Gujarat after Vaghela’s Exit giving a way to 6 other Congress MLA’s to resign.
Ahead of RS polls and a concern by Mr. Ahmed Patel, a current R.S member that it’s a drama played by BJP due to the grudge of Mr. Amit Shah (National President BJP)allowing him to move to any extent.
This kept the Congress in a total unrest and which made them get on such a cause of move. The representatives were flown from Ahmadabad airport to Bangalore, early morning where they’re been kept in a resort little away from Bangalore city.
It’s reported that the mobile phones and any such electronic gadgets were taken away from them making it a complete house arrest.
When asked reasons for such an action by the Congress party?
The Congress party makes it say as a reason for the brutality BJP has undergone to force its members to join the BJP and named it a strategy to ensure Mr. Ahmed Patel doesn’t retain his seat.
Further on, they added to state that the BJP bribed them for a sum of Rs. 15 Crore to join the party. The BJP also threatened them to life if they failed to do so.
The Congress party also stated by giving an example of a Tribal MLA,
One of the Tribal MLA’s of Congress party has complained of been taken away by the S.P in-charge to MR. Amit Shah where he bribed him for Rs.15 Crore and from where he said to have managed to escape, with the help of a bus he’s said to reach safe back. Surprisingly, for such an unconstitutional incident, it can be witnessed only dialogues from the Congress MLA’s and no such evidence is provided to support their dialogue!
When asked for any such evidence to support their statements?
The members of National Congress party who’ve been defending their state of actions and blaming the BJP for all such is unable to provide any such so-called hard evidence supporting their statements but instead, the National Congress Party states that the Congress MLA’s are the proof for such a brutality and an unconstitutional act of BJP.
What BJP has to say-
BJP states it to be a fear of Congress party and nothing more than that. Ahead of Rajya Sabha elections, as the Congress MLA’s are moving towards the BJP has made the Congress party move its MLA’s under house arrest so that it can protect its close aide Mr. Ahmed Patel from retaining his seat.
The BJP further states- Congress is losing its hope in Central Leadership, as a result, to which the workers and the people representatives are looking out for a better leadership which can be named as BJP or Mr. Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India.
The other concern being also Congress losing its ground, state after state calling it a success to ‘Congress Mukth Bharat’, BJP states that the Congress party is seeing it to be a reality and under such a fear it has gone to an extent to keep its own members under house arrest and in a condition as such where the MLA’s are required the most among their people.
But amongst all such political Drama of blame-game, who’s the most affected?
History’s evident- to every wrong decisive step opted by a leader, it’s the people who’re affected and not him/her.
People hit by Gujarat Floods
People in Gujarat today can be seen crying and shouting for help amidst of the floods which hit this land in such a political drama and the floods unnoticed keeping the drama active for a motive of one man’s election sacrificing the hundreds of lives.
Whatsoever may be the reason, who-so-ever may be the reason, but the Congress MLA’s- called to be the representatives of the people should answer these questions, at least to their inner-souls-
Was it the purpose for which people representatives are chosen by the people so that in such a painful incident when the representatives are required the most can be seen resting in a resort far away from them?
Has the morality amongst us seen an end?
Has the purpose for which our forefathers had written the constitution seen an end?
Is the power of a single person that important than the hundreds of lives?
