Sitting through a big storm right now with the kids. Tess keeps trying to go outside and get hit by lightning, says she's hungry. On the plus side, I'm pretty sure I can use her as a flashlight if we lose power.
Or Bet's flame
Randomly wondering what Digivices even run on.

Bet ended up unlocking a new evolution stage! Lil dude can turn into a Canoweiss now!
Thankfully it happened outside, and thankfully I talked him back a stage so he'd fit inside, but Min and him have been going crazy all evening over it.

Did something happen yesterday? Might wanna think about if you did or said something. Either way, sorry this is happening!
Rookie(?) Digimon can be kinda childlike, so if something's bothering them, it can be difficult to get them to talk about it.
Help me
Kori has been in a fowl mood since yesterday and she won't tell me what's wrong, training isn't helping her which I only started on at her insistence but I digress, I played her a movie she likes, hung out in the back yard while she sunbathed, left her alone with full control of the TV, I even got a hold of meat from the digital world but nothings helping does anyone have any advice?

Crashing at a friend's place for the night (house repairs in order) and to save space, I had Min, Bet and Tess go back inside the Digivice.
I don't know what I expected, woke up to all three of them piled on top of me. Bet and Tess I get, they've always been a little clingy, but Min really caught me off guard.

The kiddos gave me a book I'd been looking at for a while, as a "mother's day" gift. Min had apparently been doing some work and she sponsored it all.
I guess I'm the closest thing they have to a mother, but still weird.

Hey Digitrio, sorry to bug you again but I was curious about how you and Bet train, Kori became an agumon and so I need advice for training a digimon with fire abilities, thanks in advance.
Honestly, train is a strong word for what we do? Sometimes I'll buy some firewood and I'll let him set them on fire
Do have to keep a bucket of water around. Or a hose

tiny, off-model, low quality digigirl

Had to stop Min and Tess earlier because they were joking about Bet only having 4 fingers and him having a hard time with game controllers
Maybe I should look into a custom one.

Hey Digitrio, my partner Kori won't stop bugging me to ask so can you tell us how Tess and Bet decided what to digivolve to? Kori also asks what the in-training form were the two because she is a koromon.
They haven't decided yet about the first one, actually, but I think Bet wants to be a Regulus. Tess has looked at every blue that exists!
Had to go find papers for that second one, but apparently Bet was a Mochimon, and Tess was a Pukamon.
Has Kori put any thought into her digivolution?

I'm always a little pleased whenever my Digimon are in the mood to stay outside the digivice.
Tess and Bet are asleep in the backseat as I drive home, and Min is skipping stations on the radio. Those two goobers didn't even work and they're tuckered out.
I think I might start letting the younger two stay home on their own more often, Min likes to stay by my side most of the time.

Since humans can produce electricity can't Tess feed on that?
Does bioelectricity count? I suppose if it does, she could, but brings it real close to a vampire-- is that why they have fangs?

Has anyone else noticed their power bill going up after having a TeslaJellymon?
Maybe more tasers are a good idea

Bet wants everyone to know we figured out how to trigger Sorshot
Something we've been practicing since Min and her Rolling Strike incident, but manufacturing the desire to fight is hard in isolation.

Min took me weapons shopping today, felt weird not being the one leading her around for once. Is it weird? I used to be able to hold her in one hand and now she's explaining sword weights and lengths and stuff to me.
Tried to get me one like hers, but I couldn't even lift it. Min then lifted it (and me) with ease, and we settled on this little knife thing instead.
I bought Tess a taser as well, she's been putting it in her mouth like it's a snack. Bet wanted a stuffed animal from some show he's been watching, so I got that too.
Min bought Henry a little sword brooch as well, guess they're going out again soon

You should get Min to teach you how to use a sword. In case you ever need to protect yourself while Min isn't there with you.
She thinks that's a great idea! I'm not sure if it's the safest option, but I suppose it can't hurt that much?

Had a rough incident earlier, some kid's Greymon responded to a tantrum and started shooting fire. Never had to fight before, so having "STRIKE ROLL" form in my head and watching Min finally make use of that sword she has, was.. really weird.
It did the trick, though! The Greymon was taken down almost immediately, and nobody got hurt-- somehow not even the Greymon. Just a really weird feeling, like some kind of connection formed between me and Min for a few seconds.
Min was doing a victory dance, and I think some officers got onto the kid and his mom about what happened.

Hey, a valid reason as any!
Kinda just out of curiosity, but why do Digimon sleep? Is it a processing thing? Do they actually get tired?
Just asking because Bet has been falling asleep in my arms a lot lately (I'm glad my job is physical so I'm strong enough to carry him)
