During the Christmas season, a small sprig of mistletoe appears over the Curtis brother’s kitchen door, but with a slight rule change: instead of being kissed, anyone caught under the mistletoe gets punched. Overnight, mass war is declared.

Johnny’s living in the kitchen because he’s too scared to try and get out.

Two-Bit gets decked the most, because he keeps forgetting and brazenly walks through the door multiple times a day.

Ponyboy is climbing through windows just to avoid the door.

Soda and Steve are either bolting through doors faster than they can be caught, or trying to sabotage people by pushing them under the mistletoe.

Dally is is relatively safe, because no one wants to try taking a piece out of him; in return, he hides behind the door and wallops whoever tries to sneak through, laughing maniacally the whole time.

Meanwhile Darry is pinching the bridge of his nose, 100% done, like “guys please stop, this is stupid”

Then turns around and absolutely DECKS Steve as he tries to sprint into the kitchen.

Yeah, this talk has been amazing !

I do like her music, I listen to a handful of her songs weekly - she is super skilled. It's just because the fandom is so massive, there's just that many more people that ruin it for others.

I totally understand having an artist that's super comforting, and just because TS ain't for me I'm happy she is for you !! I just have specific songs from all different artists and musicals, so it's not really an artist but that's beside the point :p

I'm also free at any and all times (I literally do nothing in life other than school and have an outsiders obsession), so if you ever want to talk about TS (I'll try to follow along) and the outsiders (I have a lot of experience) or anything else, just send something my way :)))

I swear these make sense, and they all have storylines that I have slightly planned in my head

Also, I have only listened to less than half of those songs, I was literally on genius looking at lists of her songs to figure out who goes to which

Here's my reasonings behind these picks:

Pony - #1, the sass in YNTCD, I can totally see him giving side eyes with the "you're being too loud",etc. parts

Pony - #2, I only listened to the "and you wanna scream..." part, I see it being Pony so badly since he doesn't want to be treated as a kid (taking the lyrics at face value, ik the song is about an affair but that's besides the point)

Johnny - the first time I listened to the song, I got definite Johnny vibes, especially since when he was introduced in the book he was the most law abusing but was the one to break and murder someone else

Dally - I was gonna go the reputation route, but I was like 'that's too cliche', and I remember the lyrics from a TikTok and put that song with him

Darry - I was going to go with I Can Do It With A Broken Heart, but I was like 'I have too many TTPD songs so I went with YOYOK (I know that's a message to her fans I think (I literally have no clue about TS sorry))

Here's the parts I didn't get to yet, but still am responding :))

Soda - was gonna go the cliche route with All Too Well or something else, but I found loml and was like 'not cliche, I'll pick it)

Two-Bit - literally saw the song on Tiktok about marbit

Steve - Had literally no idea what to choose, then I saw the word cowboy and chose it (that's literally what I did)

Bob - Was gonna go with Haunted or something else, but I was like 'he literally died so he can't be haunted' and saw that song and was like 'he wanted revenge to get Cherry back'

Cherry - Haunted by Bob, duh

Paul - I see the ending as him and Darry (since they totally make up at the end)

Marcia - Running away to be with Two (Made his and hers be connected)

Those are literally all of the reasons why 3 am sleep deprived me chose all of those songs, and I was literally just scrolling through a list of her songs and checking out their descriptions on genius and choosing the least cliche ones

I was also trying to not have a lot of the songs from one album, so that's why I didn't put some songs with characters
