After drawing Peter as a cop I just had to draw Hugo as a criminal as well. I don't think he'd be a debt collector - the boy's built like a drinking straw for gods sake, but considering his diligence, out of the box thinking and the fact he doesn't fear death at all... I think he'd make a pretty competent fixer.

heeeeeeey guys i'm making an attempt to get work and/or tips so i can be okay for next month.

been unemployed for a while due to ptsd and some pretty strong self harm urges. been wanting to get work via commissions for a while and have had two months where i've gotten nothing and i'm starting to panic a little bit.

Have you ever thought about the characters' MBTI types?

This question has sat in my inbox for a while because I really wanted to sit down and give it my best shot. I know personality types aren't exactly 'science', but it feels like I'd be bringing shame on my psychology degree if I half assed this. So... I did my best!

For people not familiar with MBTI, it's a way of categorizing personalities based on 4 metrics. I think the resource people use most commonly these days is this site. I'll sort my picks by category and add some key words to illustrate the types.

As always though, these are just my personal headcanon - take them with a grain of salt! Also... I'm INFJ , so be aware of my bias haha

Olivia, Clara: ESFP - entertainer. enthusiastic, fun-loving.

Peter: ISFP - adventurer. charming, humble, open-minded.

There you have it! There's a few I struggled with, like Clara, Alina, Efia and Bjorn... Whereas others - like Wendy - are very obvious. I'd love to know if you agree or disagree with some of these!

Ever since someone said Peter x Hugo role swap AU I've been going a little insane over the idea of Peter as a cop I'm not gonna lie

I've been in a weirdly mournful mood so I sketched some characters that have been haunting my brain... If you ever see any of these again, that means a miracle has happened

More progress! Thanks to the people that gave input on whether Bjorn & Lucas should be a combined charm or not. DO NOT SEPARATE THEM !!!

Just a heads up but these chibis are probably going to be little acrylic standees instead of charms - the ones that are thick double board and stand up on their own without a circular base. It just makes more sense to me that way considering people may want to get several of them - hanging a bunch of charms is not that practical... but mini standees are perfect to keep on your desk or a shelf.

That being said, I also want to try a few charms - I have some ideas in mind.

Hello! Some unused designs are bound to emerge during the character creation process. I’d love to know what the characters’ old designs looked like—were there any that differed drastically from the final versions?

Most designs went through a few explorations before we landed on the final one, yes. With some characters more than others, of course.

I'm going to have to ask and see if I can share any of this behind the scenes material, but I'm not sure I'll get permission... so I can't make any promises unfortunately. If I do, I'll be sure to share snippets!

I'll start with Hugo because he's blatantly easily flustered. Simple things like gentle ribbing, flirting or personal questions are enough to make him uncomfortable throughout the entire game. Any scenario where he's forced to reveal something personal before he's ready to would probably set him off. Something as serious as meeting his ex, or... seeing him without a shirt on or something? He'd die on the spot.

Maria is also reserved, but I think embarrassment from her would sooner come from pulling a uno reverse card and reading her like a book for once - considering how many emotions she bottles up. I especially think she'd get flustered when teased about romantic feelings, or about something she actually dislikes but pretends to enjoy for the sake of being a supportive friend.

Peter loves to act aloof by masking his true feelings with glibness, sarcasm or vague hostility. Teasing, condescending pet names, joking threats... he's got a wide arsenal alright. But as we see in the game a few times, he gets quite flustered when someone looks through this charade, because being seen means being vulnerable. So... I guess the easiest way to embarrass him a bit is to either call him out, or to just to be deeply earnest. Hell, I like to think Hugo does the latter on accident during their conversation in case 4 (though Peter deflects with sarcasm, as always).

Alternatively... A less playful way to push his buttons would be to put him in a situation where he sticks out in a way that makes him feel judged, inferior... Fancy events, the court room, even the doctor's office. He won't appreciate it, though.

For Sandra, I'm honestly not sure. I think of her as rather composed and in control of her emotions, usually. I do think she's similar to Hugo in the sense that she keeps people at arm's length until she's ready to let them in, but I don't think she'd get as flustered as he does when those boundaries are playfully tested. I fear she'd only really feel embarrassment over more serious infractions of her dignity, privacy or sense of control. Having to ask for help, being forced to show weakness... Basically, the kind of situation she's in at her lowest moment, right before case 4.

Hey! Is there anyone among the characters who acts very different when they are drunk?

Interesting question!

I find it very cute to imagine that Reece's usual flat, deadpan way of speaking and emoting kinda cracks when they've had a few, and they become more animated and even a bit giggly.

Clara is probably an emotional drunk. Even when she normally keeps it together, when she's intoxicated she'll be hanging off peoples' shoulder weeping about how much they mean to her and about how much she wants to roundhouse kick her boss on a daily basis...

I imagine Lucas is a Lot more loose /forward when he lets go too. It's just very funny to imagine him, with all his baby deer energy, drunkenly flirting with Bjorn while being carried home bridal style. In my head it's at least part of how they managed to bridge the initial gap of "does he have feelings for me or am I imagining things??"

I imagine Peter is a lot more guarded and withdrawn when sober than he is when drunk. I fear he's one of those guys that needs a little liquid courage before he can feel at ease with (new) people. Or just in general.

Hugo, too. As a bit of a control freak I don't imagine he likes being drunk - as we see in the game that it's the one time he loses his professionalism and will just openly complain and get emotional, when otherwise he keeps that stuff contained and locked away.
