Letters On Recovery- Day 1
Tuesday 21st November 2023
The day before the first councilling session always feels the same. The dread, the anxiety, the hopelessness. Will this time be different? Can this person help fix the problem? But how can I be fixed when the proffesionals can decide on what is wrong with me? Complex PTSD, OCD, Deppression, BPD, Bipolar, just my ASD, these have all been thrown around and yet no one can decide which one fits me. It's hard to get better when you don't know what you are trying to recover from. I know my past, I've worked through my trama and yet here I am 7 years later back in the cycle I thought I had escaped. I did the work and throught I was better then crash back down to near rock bottom. I am grateful that I haven't hit rock bottom and I am staying away from hospitals but I feel so close to the edge that one false move might throw me down into the spiral.
So this time I'm writing down the process. Not my day to day feelings but the outcome of councilling sessions. To see where they help my improve or when they cause a dip in the hope that future me might be able to use this to stop the cycle before it starts.
I hope no one reads this, purely because my writing skills are sub par, but if there is someone that's made it this far the chances are you feel like this too or have. So advise is welcome but also know that there is another lost soul trying to make it back to earth too.

Why am I like this?
Why do I constantly feel anxious and lonely? I’m surrounded by people and yet feel like I’m on another planet. People I thought were my friends won’t speak to me and everyone just seems annoyed with me at the moment.
