Sorrow asking so much questions, but what is the eltingville club’s views on lgbtq+?

Jerry is open and accepting. Adult Jerry would be an ally. The rest aren't really accepting but I but I never saw them as being outright hateful. They make mean jokes about a male cosplaying as Catwoman in the epilogue, but I don't see them voting Republican or hating an actor in a movie or show because they're queer or trans or anything like that. But I can see them casually dropping slurs in conversation because they don't care enough about anyone else to be aware of any hurt they cause. Or being uncomfortable around LQBTQ+ in many situations. Which sucks, I know, but I can't make them nicer and more open than they are as characters. That's why Jerry grows and they don't, I wanted someone to escape and become human. I see Josh as ambivalent if he even thinks about other people's sexuality. I see Pete slipping into shitty behavior owing to the behavior modeled by his family/brothers, especially if he's trying to be "one of the boys" with some people. I see Bill being a misanthrope first and foremost, but getting "freaked out" if he ever had to deal with someone LQBTQ+.

Except for Jerry (most of the time), it's hard to nail down these kinds of answers perfectly or with much nuance. It's hard to go back and build up motivations, attitudes and traits for the characters without working it out through stories, if you get me.
