IM SO GLAD YOU LIKE MY IDEAS!!!!!! i am very creative and think WAY TOO MUCH and always connect my favorite things together so utilizing D&D concepts in a Dandy's World x Miraculous Ladybug AU (DW is my current hyperfixation, MLB is a secondary interest)

i think the witch hat works better, it really gives more of that childish grandiosity that you would see in an eight year old. i think she should also have a giant flowy cape and a little jabot like Rodger because yes. it's adorable. maybe her dog plush's white spots could change into stars to fit with the star motif you incorporated?

i think it would also be cool if the d10 di(c)e was visible in her eye(s) (depending on if you opted for 1 or 2 dice) so everybody could actively see what number– and therefore superpower– she rolled!!! could be good for a quick indicator as to what she's about to do next

uhhh. some power rolls i thought of that you could do (just ten for now, half are self-applicable and the other half are like spell casting)

- Super Strength

- Super Speed

- Invisibility

- Telekinesis (can be self-applied for flight)

- Gigantism/Size Change

- Blazeblast Spell (shoot off swaths of fire or throw fireballs) (fire = orange = skill check)

- Stormstrike Spell (generate a powerful bolt of lightning) (lightning = yellow = speed)

- Weedwhacker Spell (summon giant vines from the ground to wall off or attack) (plants = green = stamina)

- Frigidfreeze Spell (freeze the ground to make it slippery or encase someone in a block of ice) (ice = blue = stealth)

- Cometcrash Spell (conjure magical stars to rain down on enemies) (stars/space = purple = extraction)

(these are just ideas. feel free to use or not. yeah i gave all of the magic spells alliterative names. i know, i'm corny-)

and in terms of motivation... i was thinking of maybe she keeps getting brushed off or denied because she wants to help with stuff but "she's too young" and it makes her upset because Toodles is known to want to help with things whenever she can, and this whole situation with the akumas and trying to stop Allureium could not only already put her on edge, but drive her to want to help and hence get turned away because "little kids shouldn't be messing with this kind of stuff" (which is. valid.)

and i think Rodger's tendency to exclude her from his more serious cases (like in one of his dialogues with her in the elevator) would only bother her more (even though he totally reasonable in not wanting her to get hurt) so maybe she feels like she's unable to do anything, therefore her power being able to do a whole lot of different things

maybe she even snaps at Rodger when he initially realizes she's been akumatized, something along the lines of "Beat it Dad! I can do anything now and you can't stop me!"

and Percenchild's powers do seem destructive enough that Silver Fox would have to step in heheheh. oh poor Rodger, first he's concerned about his daughter's safety and now he has to fight her 💔

i do wonder how Shelly gets her hands on more Miraculouses for lending out, since you said way earlier that she found the Ladybug Miraculous by chance while digging, does she just end up finding the rest over time, or is there a Guardian here and the Ladybug Miraculous just happened to be lost... or perhaps buried there on purpose?

i come to you with a funny little idea.

concept i thought of for Akuma-Toodles :)

so. for a little background. i was reading through a pdf of the D&D 2024 Player's Handbook and came across the Wild Magic Sorcerer subclass, and after staring at it for a little bit i was like "hold on. that could actually do good for like. akumatized toodles."

IF YOU DO NOT KNOW:

how Wild Magic works in D&D is that you roll two D10 (10-sided) dice and look up what the effect is on a table that has a variety of different outcomes based on the number you roll from 1-100 (with one dice counting as the Tens and the other as the Ones)

as you can see here, this pair of D10 dice will add up to a number between 1 and 100 that corresponds to an effect on the Wild Magic table (00 + 0 = 100 iirc)

so basically i was thinking, what if Akuma-Toodles had her own version of Wild Magic? it would just be entirely beneficial to her instead of having the chance to backfire (since the Wild Magic table has some self-affecting negative results lol).

after having her Dog Plush corrupted, the 8ball die in her head transformed into a pair of D10 dice and she can roll a number 1-100 and get a different power for each result!!! (could limit it down to sections of like 1-5, 6-10, 11-15, 16-20, etc so you don't have to come up with 100 unique results... only 50 😅)

(even then, you could keep it to just one D10 die and have only 10 options for superpowers)

and a name i thought of for her is PERCENCHILD

it's a combo of Percentile (another name for D10 dice) and, well, child... cuz that's what she is.

alternatively there's the more obvious option of Lil' Miss Fortune (a pun on misfortune)

but yeah!!! that's a little fun idea i had for her because 8ball has that stuff with probability and dice and her in-game ability is luck-based so i decided to play into that :3

also. the eight symbol on her head should turn into an infinity symbol. that's the only design detail i think should be there. hehe.

okay uh I know literally nothing about D&D but I think I understand this Wild Magic concept enough to love it- LOOK AT THE FUNNY LITTLE WIZARD

(can’t really decide if I should give Percenchild a cute little witch hat and have her hood down or if I should just keep it up to give her a more sorceress look …… or maybe she has the hat underneath her hood-)
