/🇩🇪/ “Ich freue mich wenn es regnet, denn wenn ich mich nicht freue, dann regnet es trotzdem.“ 🌨 Habe dieses schöne Zitat heute bei meiner Zahnärztin gelesen. Ich setze mir Termine immer extra früh damit ich mehr vom Tag habe. Ich hasse mich dafür wenn der Wecker klingelt, doch am Ende des Tages bin ich froh. 🤣 Kennt ihr das auch? . . . Buckwheat tahini porridge 💫 RECIPE: * 70g buckwheat flakes * 1 Tbs sesame flour (sub with protein powder) * 400g water or plant milk * 1 heaped Tbs sweet tahini (make your own by mixing same parts of white tahini & grape molasses) * Cinnamon to taste . >>> Add all ingredients except for the sweet tahini & cinnamon to a pot and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring frequently. When the porridge begins to thicken, stir in tahini and cinnamon. . Toppings: * @makri * Cacao nibs * Sprouted buckwheat * Quinoa pops * More tahini 🍯 * Fruit of your choice 🥝 . . . 🍫🍫🍫 Makri Schokolade ist mit Datteln gesüßt und besteht nur aus diesen 3 Zutaten - Datteln, Kakaomasse und Kakaobutter.
