149 even this am???? Had an absolute breakdown when I got home from work yesterday so i had alcohol for dinner and went to bed around 8pm
I'm also a little hungover and don't recommend this, but coming down 2lbs on the scale overnight was kinda worth all the sobbing and throwing myself around my room last night
In other news y0m k!ppur starts tonight which is approx 26hrs fasting so I'll prolly eat somewhat normal today cuz I can't be fucked to always count calories im almost 30 and times a wasting so I'll just focus on skipping meals whenever possible ig, I've gotten rly good at skipping lunch and having a small dinner
So ya 9lbs to ~normal weight~ and then hopefully I can get down at least 15 more after so random hot ppl start hitting on me again (I don't think I look 29 my skincare routine is too good and too expensive for that and I'm still relatively muscular)

Finally 20lbs down from my sw like 10 months ago 馃お馃お turns out close to 100掳F weather is quite the appetite killer, but I'll take anything at this point
Looking forward to hopefully being under 150 soon. Been doing some minor exercise but again it's so hot it seems unwise to do any exercise at all so I'm prolly gonna pick back up tomorrow when it gets down to a much more reasonable 77掳

Soooo total max 900 before dessert, even if I eat the whole pint it's only 1200....

N e way did ok at the fair yesterday cuz my roomie had most of my funnel cake (thank god fr cuz I wanted Some but not All by any means) so didn't gain for today, today all I've had so far was.....coffee w creamer 60ish (I cannot bee leaf I stopped measuring my creamer again like am I STUPID I never learn), my boss gave me some fiber cookies 100 (fucking good too tbh, only 2 but 5g fiber per package, might order some and do like a 3 day mono on just those), and now I'm having coke zero for lunch
Rerererestarting at 161lbs kms
Planning to make shakshuka for dinner so I'm hoping to just total the cals and then divide by the serving so I have a good estimate of how much I'm actually eating (and try to get my roomies to eat the rest lol)

Just like 1lb left until I'm pre hot pot and then brunch on Saturday turned into dinner turned into maybe not even dinner so I might just eat like 400-600cal and then make my meta day Sunday before surgery
I'm no longer one week ahead on my wl but on the bright side getting top surgery will put me back here heehee but then I'll have to recalculate everything anyway (ugh not even more math)

So bloated today, I ate almost entirely veggies plus some squid last night so I can't have eaten that much but between the food weight and water retention I went up 2.5lbs so gonna try at keep to 600 max today and tomorrow and then I'll see how I feel on Friday
