It is hard to follow the Lord. It is hard to pursue righteousness and to walk in our anointing when our flesh is constantly waring against the Spirit that God has given to us who are his children. It’s hard to pick up our cross, and it’s discouraging when we drop it. When we sin. When we fall short. When we mess up. When we walk away. For me, I have found myself in this cycle where when I sin, I hide and stray away. I have distracted myself so I don’t need to focus on the frustration, anger, and sadness. But we need to ask ourselves what Jesus would want us to do, and I am convinced he would want us to run to him when we mess up. He is the ONLY one who can set us free from the struggle of sin. His grace and mercy is enough, and he can help you to repent.

Put God First…
Deuteronomy 6:5 You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might.
Matthew 6:33 “But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.”
Proverbs 16:3 Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.
Matthew 6:24 “No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and money.”
