I am writing a post about the sunk cost fallacy and need your help gathering data!

The Sunk Cost Fallacy:

It is the reluctance to give up on something you have spent time, money, energy or another resource, even though it may be in your best interest.

An example of which being not uninstalling a game you no longer enjoy since you have spent so much on lootboxes.

This is not the only example, another could be to keep figure skating, even though it aggravates an injury because you’ve been doing it for ten years. The examples are never-ending.
