BBG WEEK 5 COMPLETE
Hey guys, so I have been M.I.A this week. 
This week was super tough. I was unwell this week and overcome with crazy fatigue. Tempretures were over 40 this week (up to 108 F) at times and I found it almost unhealthy to work out in such hot conditions. 
I managed to complete all my LISS exercises but not ARMS and ABS or FULL BODY. 
Planning on using this next week as a SUPER CHALLENGE to try and play catch up. 
Its during these hard times that my old self would have given up- but not this time. It not about being perfect, I’m sure I’ll have not so perfect weeks again, but the main goal is to keep going. I will see results if I keep going.

BBG WEEK 4 COMPLETE. 
WOW. I Can’t believe I’m a third of the way there. 
LISS today was nice. 
This week wasn’t my best but that’s not going to stop me from smashing out the next 4 weeks. 
I can feel that these next 4 weeks will be so challenging but if I stay committed, go all out and try my BEST each moment- the physical rewards will start to show. I CAN”T WAIT TO SEE MYSELF AT THE END OF WEEK 8 EEEEK!!
I’ll do a measure tomorrow and see if anything as changed in the last four weeks.

BBG WEEK 4 DAY 6 COMPLETE
Still feeling incredibly drained and tired today. However, pushed through this and after a lazy morning managed to do full body circuit. That last circuit nearly killed me haha! How long can 7 minutes be? LONG! haha! BUT I DID IT and IM PROUD OF MYSELF!
I had a house warming tonight- the girls planned a pizza party. I decided to skip it tonight. Sometimes its about saying no to look after your body. I can definitely do without pizza tonight after two cheat nights really and physically could also do with a lazy night in.

BBG WEEK 4 DAY 5 COMPLETE. 
So so so exhausted today. I think its. my period (Day 2). Decided to listen to my body this morning and sleep in a little before work (no 5:30 start today). Sometimes its about recognising when you're being lazy or when you are physically exhausted. 
Had a work farewell today for a colleague so again, had a dinner and dessert out. 2 nights in a row isn’t ideal but hopefully I can move past it and come back motivated and stronger than ever. 
Today is rest day.

WEEK 4 DAY 4 COMPLETE
Here I am playing catch up. Up early this morning for LISS. 
Went out and celebrated my friends birthday. Had a piece of birthday cake. Enjoyed life. This was a big thing for me. It’s embracing a lifestyle- not being so strict all the time or for a temporary 12 weeks.

BBG WEEK 4 DAY 3 COMPLETE
HAHA I saw this and it made me laugh because it is an accurate depiction of my life everyday. 
I definitely prefer the acai bowl part of my day. Though- I must say, the commandos haven’t been as difficult this time around, meaning I must be getting stronger. WOOOOO!!
ARMS and ABS was tough today, but again felt more confident in my sit ups and mountain climbing push-ups in particular. I usually find them tough but today, noticed an improvement.

BBG WEEK 4 DAY 2 COMPLETE
LISS tonight was really good. LISS for me is a great time to work on my mindset , get in touch with my thoughts and understand my emotions and use them to motivate myself. Plus- I get a workout in at the same time. 
I’m really going to try and get a walk in everyday for the rest of this week to keep in touch with these thoughts and listening to the voice inside my head to motivate me forward. 
I love listening to worship music during my walks. It keeps me focused on God. It makes this journey less about what I can do for myself, but what I can do for him and for those around me. 
Aiming for progress not perfection. One day, one step (literally) at a time.
ARMS and ABS tomorrow. I have a feeling there are gonna be commandoes - eeeeeek! Hahah I’ll get over it.

BBG WEEK 4 DAY 1 COMPLETE
People have started to comment 
“You look like you’ve lost weight”
“Wow, that outfit is really slimming on you”. 
These comments are making me feel really good. They’re holding me accountable. Keeping me motivated and consistent in my workouts. 
I’m so ready to make Week 4 the best one yet!!
My legs feel like jelly after that LEGS and CARDIO today but I love it. Hope everyone is having a great week. Stay motivated BBG girls

Up early this morning to crush out resistance training full body workout before heading to Sydney! I love working out in the mornings.

I know I’m a bit behind with posts! Just catching up now. Completed LISS today on the treadmill. Looking forward to being a bit more adventurous with my LISS next week. Feeling ready to take it up a notch.

BBG WEEK 3 DAY 4 COMPLETE
ABS AND ARMS TODAY! I decided to go on Facebook and do circuit 2 with Kayla from her Facebook live video. I was really impressed with myself as I was able to keep up with her all the way until she stopped at 10 sit up twists and I continued to do the 30 reps. It was my best arms and abs workout yet as I completed each circuit between 1.5-2 times - a definite P.B for Arms and Abs. 
Really feeling motivated and excited again and starting to see some slight changes I think. I was happy and confident in my own skin today which was a really nice feeling. Today was a public holiday in Australia, so I had some cheat food as we had some family over for dinner. I didn’t go overboard though and don’t feel guilty. That has been a big mind change of late. I’ll have moments where I do have some not so healthy food- but thats only occasionally and that’s okay. 
Looking forward to LISS in the morning. 
Keep going out there fellow BBG girls. Push through the low self esteem points and prove those negative voices in your head wrong. I could have given in a few days ago, but I didn’t and now I’m back and ready to keep going. I’m sure this will happen again, I just have to remember to keep going.

BBG WEEK 3 DAY 3 COMPLETE
As Monday was my rest day, today was my LISS day. Starting to get my mojo back haha. Feeling very tired and lethargic this week as predicted but still pushing through. 
LISS was great. 
I’m loving my smoothie bowls for breakfast at the moment too. Trying to mentally prepare myself for the lovely ARMS and ABS tomorrow. EEEEK. Albas happy when I complete it. A mix of happy I achieved and pushed through the circuit that I find the most difficult and not having to do that for another week lol. 
Had a sneak peek and by memory, I didn’t see any commandos...woohoo! haha! No no, I’m just joking. The best thing about ARMS and ABS is that I really start to notice that I’m improving and getting stronger each time. I’m looking forward to getting even more stronger tomorrow.

BBG WEEK 3 DAY 2 COMPLETE
Back on track today. Up at 5:30 to smash out legs. I absolutely loved it. Weirdly leg day is my favourite. I nearly got through each circuit twice within the 7 minutes - a P.B for me. Super happy. 
Had a friends farewell dinner tonight so keen to exercise tomorrow!!

BBG WEEK 3 DAY 1 COMPLETE
Minor Setback day today. My alarm didn’t go off this morning so I missed my chance to do my circuit for LEGS. 
I guess that means today is my ‘rest’ day for Week 3. Ready to smash out legs tomorrow morning. 
Trying not to get too down on myself. I knew this week would be a challenging one. I love legs though, so looking forward to picking myself back up again tomorrow and smashing out the rest of the week. I’m not going to let a little setback day stop my goals.
