Your Name: Kai/Zuzu Contact Blog: secondowlincharge Your Age: 21+ Pronouns: Anything’s fine. Triggers: None Discord: Zuzu#3533
_______________________
Basic Citizen’s App
Name: Sasuke Uchiha
Series: Naruto
Age: 22 (July 23rd)
Occupation: Police Detective
Sector They Live in: 02
Place of Residence: A cheap one bedroom apartment on the 10th floor of an older building in downtown Astoria
Are they affiliated with any group? Law Enforcement
How they became affiliated with the group: After the death of his family and his brother’s sudden absence, he decided to keep going with what has been his father’s career as well and join the police. Graduating school with excellent grades, a good physical condition and his ability to stay calm and calculating during an emergency helped him meet all the requirements needed to join the force and eventually make it to the rank of a detective.
He had also made sure that everyone believed he would be an excellent choice as detective because his decision to walk this path was not purely made out of a wish to serve the community. Even years past the traumatic event, Sasuke is set on figuring out what exactly had happened all those years ago and where his brother had vanished to.
Personality:
Distrusting Ever since the death of his entire family, he has been extremely cautious on whom he is giving his trust. While he can and will delegate assignments on his job, his colleagues barely know anything about his personal life. Most of the time he has an air of ‘none of your business’ about him.
Calculating An intelligent mind and a wary predisposition tend to make him observe and think first rather than run into a situation blindly. He pays attention to his surroundings, to people’s behaviors and stores the information away carefully to be used when needed.
Harsh While he is not crude, Sasuke is no one to mollycoddle people. It’s not hard to figure out where he draws a line, he might even point it out, so when it gets crossed, he will not respond in kind and expect people to accept the consequences. Some say he’s an asshole due to this, however, he thinks not.
Fair With all the harshness also comes a very strong stand on fairness. He rarely, if at all plays favors and his judgment is not based on personal likes. He expects everyone to accept consequences of their own actions, even himself. So he has no qualms about calling out even a friend, if that friend behaves like an idiot. He will also accept the consequences of whatever will happen if people find out he might stick his nose into things they don’t want him to.
Kind Not many people that know him would probably call him kind, Sasuke is no one to participate in charity events if he can help it, nor give money to any beggars. On the contrary, he thinks charity events are just a sick ploy of the rich to pretend to be good people, probably spending as much money to organize their self-glorifying, image polishing party as they donate. And you never know which beggar is truly needing the money and which one is just part of an organization that is trying to make money out of gullible people. The kindness he does show is the fact that despite his job, he would never injure or hurt anyone more than absolutely necessary and despises police cruelty and corruption. And he has been seen giving a starved looking beggar not money, but some of his food.
Biography: Sasuke was born as second son to Fugaku and Mikoto Uchiha, a former chief in the police force and a woman who had also worked at the police department as secretary until she gave birth to her children and stayed home. He can’t recollect most of his early childhood, only remembering bits and pieces and sometimes mere ideas.
He knows the family had been fairly closely knit, not only the four of the immediate family, but also his uncles and aunts, his grandparents and cousins. They used to be around a lot, living not too far away. The person he remembers most is his brother and it seems that he was also the one Sasuke felt closest to as the memories give him a strong feeling of longing, closely followed by the ones of his mother. Father’s memories were the rarest, usually of the man looking stern, sometimes almost disappointed and they were often accompanied by a feeling of determination, mixed with slight anxiety. The rest of the family wasn’t much more than ideas, occasional names or faces he could put together, but no story to attach.
He also knows that they weren’t poor, remembering a clean house and warmth. Research puts his old address into an area with housing for people that can live comfortably, yet not quite get all the luxuries of the rich, as would be expected from a man in his father’s former position; and his bank account with the inheritance on it agrees.
He was six years old when everything gets very jumbled. There had been an illness that had managed to infect all of his family members and he had been told that he himself was critically ill for a few days as well, most likely the reason why his memory was so hazy, his fever had simply been too high. There had been only two survivors in the end, Sasuke for one and his older brother Itachi. There was a clean memory of Itachi laying in what seemed to be a hospital room in the bed next to his. Sometimes he would sit at the edge of it and smile – a sad smile, talking and gesturing to food that seemed to sit on a tray in front of Sasuke’s bed, food that did not seem very appetizing at the time. So Itachi was probably trying to get him to eat.
But there’s no memory whatsoever of Itachi after he was discharged from the hospital. A time Sasuke’s memory though seemed to pick up a normal pace again. He had been moved to a small flat and for a few years there was someone – not always the same person though – checking in with him twice a day helping with meals and basic needs, eventually dwindling down to once a day when he got older, then every other day, twice a week, once a week and finally, he was left with a number to call if he needed help. Other than that, he would simply get a weekly allowance on a card he could use until he reached the legal age and the rights on his inherited money (or what was left) would be transferred to him completely.
Thanks to the Uchiha family having had a long term and solid investment in OmniTron as their insurance, they had granted him to keep his first class health insurance rights with constantly available medical help of the highest standards no matter the hour and a free yearly medical check-up.
Going through his school years, Sasuke had never been a very social child, preferring to work alone and work diligently, thus always receiving excellent grades, even praise from his teachers, not that he cared that much about the latter. He went on to educate himself well, and took care of his body by exercising regularly and eating healthily, he learned to defend himself as well for further independence. His goal: find Itachi and fill in the missing memories as well as find out more about his family and how it was possible for all of them to die from the same illness, while it did not seem that there was any epidemic of some sort that had a great impact on the whole population. (No newspaper articles or reports.)
He also wanted to know what Sharingan was. A word he remembered, but couldn’t put a single link to. Well, maybe a hunch. Perhaps it was connected to his odd ability of not exactly seeing more than his peers, but being able to make more of what he saw? It had surfaced at school first, when he figured out how to read what other people wrote by following the movements of the tip of a pen and recognizing a pattern. In his self-defense training, when he started to copy effective split second movements that his opponents used during sparring without further help. And once he had advanced enough in his police training for traffic duty, where he could get a license plate number off a car way past the speed limit. Most of it seemed to be great entertainment to others or an incentive to be snotty towards him, caused by envy. Some would also tell him he was plain crazy for saying that there were odd TV advertisements that had blinks of certain images set into them.
These days he tends to not mention any of that at all. Nor had he ever really told his doctor during the check-ups.
While attending the basic police training, he had also taken classes in criminal justice, receiving a degree by the age of 21 and with it, advancing to the rank of a detective soon after.
Sasuke was spending most of his time at work ever since he finally got his promotion, he already had a good record of closed files for that short amount of time. Critique he was receiving went mostly to his rather poor ability of partnering up with other detectives, not communicating well enough, apparently. He would always calmly respond that he was not withholding any information on the case and answering questions about his private life and chatting, was not exactly part of the case.
Moral Alignment: As a police officer he does stand on the side of the law and has a strong sense for fairness and justice. However, he’s also very realistic and he knows life is not a fairy tale (or rather, it is; one of the gruesome cruel tales that is not as much happily ever after as people believe, while closing their eyes to all the bad that has happened and may still be going on to pay reverie to the princess and the prince). He doesn’t care that much about petty crimes or prostitution and gambling where people get into problems due to their own decisions. But he is essentially working to keep the violence and cruelty at bay, not dealing either of those himself if avoidable, but neither will he yield if he’s confronted with it.
There is one situation however where his whole moral is teetering on the edge of flying out the window completely and his usual filters and restrictions seem to wane or even vanish: the death of his family and the whereabouts of his brother. Outwards he may look like he has control and he is over the traumatic event. But for a solid lead, he most likely would use force or illegal methods to find out more, at least if that would be the most beneficial way to reach the information.

Bokuto - Haikyuu!! - Derrick
Basic Citizen’s App Name: Akaashi-Bokuto Kōtarō 赤葦-木兎 光太郎 Series: Haikyuu!! Age: 26 Occupation/School/Both: Astoria University Volleyball Coach » PE Teacher at a Winterhaven Academy Sector They Live in: Sector 01 Place of Residence: Crystal Apartments
Are they affiliated with any group? N/A How the became affiliated with the group: N/A
Personality:
Playful: Always the first one to make a joke instead of being serious, Kōtarō likes to play around and be everyone’s source of laughter. Being the baby of his family he wanted to be different from his brothers, so he decided to be the kind of person who was able to make people smile. He often struggles with his own mood swings so his outlet is to be as playful as possible so people don’t see that there is something wrong with him.
Friendly: Being the youngest out of three older brothers made it harder for Kōtarō to find kids his own age to play with. But as he was left at the park when his brothers played he would go play with the younger kids, it wasn’t hard to make friends when the younger kids wanted to play with him. Kōtarō has always tried to be as friendly as possible just because he knows how it feels when no one wants to be friends with you. He made it a goal to always be the type of person anyone could approach with any problem, even if he couldn’t solve it he’d try his best to make you smile.
Energetic: His parents were always worried that their youngest son wouldn’t calm down the older he got but as they soon found out his energetic nature was put to good use in sports. While he had his ups and his downs he never was able to stop himself from getting excited about certain things, volleyball was a good outlet for all his pent up energy.
Childlike: Kōtarō sees the world through the eyes of a child. Every little thing that is new excites him and he loves working with kids. It helps when working with the kids at Winterhaven, although while he is very childlike he still has a firm hand on the kids. When it comes to the college students he coaches though that’s when his true child nature is released.
Optimistic: Even with his mood swings Kōtarō is still optimistic, he tends to push people to do anything. He believes that anyone can do what they want if they work hard enough for it and he’s pretty adamant about everyone doing their best. Nothing can bring his optimism down about other  people but when it comes to himself that’s when he tends to be realistic.
Biography:
Kōtarō is the youngest of three older brothers, his older brothers were too busy with their own sports and lives to play with their baby brother. It wasn’t until he met his best friend, now husband, Keiji that Kōtarō had friends and since he was such an energetic child(and adult) he tended to drag his best friend into whatever fun they could find. While Keiji avoids social situations, Kōtarō is in the very middle of them, he loves the attention and he loves meeting new people and becoming friends with just about anyone he meets.
Being the baby of the family shouldn’t have been so bad and in a way it wasn’t because he did get the attention he needed and he never had to ask for anything, it wasn’t until his freshman year of high school that his family noticed something strange about Kōtarō. The parents did their best but they couldn’t figure out why their youngest had such intense mood swings, they figured the best option was to get involved into sports and while volleyball was a good outlet for Kōtarō he still got really upset during games if his team lost even one point.
His parents were confused and Kōtarō himself was even confused because there would be days where everything was sunshine and rainbows but just as quick he would fall into this depression or anxiety. Keiji often helped Kōtarō get out of his head whenever it took over and the older of the two was grateful for the help.
During his senior year of high school had to be the most difficult time of Kōtarō’s life considering his parents had gotten him checked out for his intense mood swings, they finally found out that his instability in moods was caused by BPD(Borderline Personality Disorder). Kōtarō, upon hearing the news didn’t know how to deal with it, he was self-aware of what was happening to him now but he couldn’t do anything to stop it. While this affected him deeply he still managed to put a mask on for everyone else to show he was fine even when he wasn’t, the only one that could see through his fake masks was Keiji and god did that make it so much easier to be himself when he was with the other.
Kōtarō managed to graduate and when he did he decided to move away from his family, hoping that moving away would help him overcome his mood swings. He heard that Astoria had a good medical treatment there and he figured they would be able to give him some therapy while he went to college at Astoria University. Turns out they did offer a great way for him to talk about some of his issues while he went school, he managed to keep up, school, volleyball, video-chatting Keiji, and his therapy sessions. It gave him a sense of a pattern which he never thought he needed until he had one.
When he found out Keiji was moving to the same area he immediately suggested they move in together, he figured moving in with his best friend would make it easier to have a set pattern everyday and he was right it did help, he was flying through courses and he had never felt better. Of course there were still days when he would get his mood swings but those days were waited out with Keiji by his side. Over their time living together Kōtarō saw Keiji as much more than a friend and more as someone he could see spending the rest of his life with.
At twenty-two Kōtarō proposed to Keiji after he found out his boyfriend had been hired on full time to work for the Media and Entertainment Research Department, Kōtarō at that time had already graduated at that time and his college offered him to coach for the volleyball team which he quickly accepted. He took up another job at Winterhaven because he knew him and Keiji would be eloping and while his family approved of the two Keiji’s family wasn’t as understanding. It broke Kōtarō’s heart to see that but his family accepted Keiji as one of their own.
Now that Kōtarō is twenty-six he and his husband have been married for three years and he’s proud that his love of his life has a good job and he still works at the University and the Academy. Keiji calls him often while at work and Kōtarō tries his best to help his husband just as Keiji helped him all those times. He’ll stop class at anytime just to speak to the other in hopes of giving him comfort.
Moral Alignment: Chaotic Good - Kōtarō although while he is very good he still tends to cause chaos of a small amount. It got him into trouble as a child but his heart was in a good place. As this alignment helps when dealing with the kids he works with he can't help but to play a few friendly trick here and there.

Python - FE - JONH
Name: Python (Aleksandr) Shevchenko
Series: Fire Emblem: Echoes
Age: 25
Occupation/School/Both: • Fisherman at Moonstone Port • Viral Celebrity
Sector They Live in: Sector 02
Place of Residence: Enclave Utopia Apartments
Are they affiliated with any group? • Viral Celebrity • The Rebellion How they became affiliated with the group:
Python never really tried to become what he is today; he knew a few things about himself for sure. He was good with a bow, his best friend was always too busy, and he didn’t fucking care about most things. He tries to live a low-key life with no real need to rush into anything. Unfortunately, Forsyth seems to get into plenty of unwanted situations. Forsyth insisted he show off his skills in archery and shoot a few apples off of people’s heads. He’d time them, see how fast Python could hit each target. After being pestered into it, Forsyth is fabulous at nagging, Python caved and lined a few people up. He hit each target within seconds of each other, each arrow going through the center of the apple perfectly. Turning he frowned at Forsyth asking if that was enough for him.
A few days later, there were videos up everywhere of him with those fucking apples. They were getting views like crazy, and his boss at the port was furious he was doing that instead of working. Quickly, he had texted Forsyth demanding he take the video down, but the damage was done. The Media Research Team caught sight of how fast this video was circulating and got in contact with Python immediately.
They offered Python a job in their department where they’d continue to further his fame and see just what else he could provide as entertainment for Astoria’s citizens. Python declined their offer instantly and hung up on the director. Later that day, he mentioned the unfortunate situation to his friend, and then demanded he never post another video of him up on the internet again.
Forsyth was not about to let such a big opportunity pass his friend up and after some more convincing Python caved and called them back. The department quickly took Python in and there his career in media began, fans even going as far as declaring his apathetic and lazy attitude as cute and “part of that Python charm”.
While in the hands of SilverTech and the Media Research Team Python quickly learned just how dark and controlling they were. Being from a poor family he was not interested in their methods of separation, nor did he appreciate those telling him what to do.
Forsyth went a step further into dragging Python into a very complicated and exhausting mess when he decided he was joining the Rebellion. After all, Forsyth had watched from a close distance, just how corrupt the entirety of SilverTech and the government were.
Python, Forsyth’s best friend, tried to talk Forsyth out of diving into battle like that, but instead, the tables turned and Python found himself enlisting himself as well.
Python now works as an insider within the media branch, occasionally spreading propaganda for the Rebellion. He uses his fame to imply, in clever ways, the urge to fight against what’s happening. In return, he gets tested on and picked apart by those within SilverTech.
Personality:
• Python is brilliant but lazy. He never puts more effort than needed into what he does. Of course, that can change if the reasoning is good enough. Many have told him that he could easily attain great rank in the Rebellion on his skills alone, but it never gets him too far due to his lack of interest.
• He’s brutally honest, many note that he's not one to mince words or be dishonest when it comes to something he's unhappy about, be it not feeling good on the battlefield or disapproving of one’s political views. Regardless of how uninterested he comes off in most settings, Python will quickly step in when it comes to his opinions. • Cynical and a total deadpan snarker, Python typically has nothing but complaints to share and loves to shoot down the naive idealism of his best friend Forsyth. Meanwhile, his nonchalant nature coats his dialogue with a tinge of sarcasm and snark. • While he finds joy in instigating, Python knows when to quit. Not just in verbal settings but on the battlefield too. He firmly believes that hard work hardly works, and uses himself and current situation with the Media Department as an example of that. He is convinced that even if he does his very best, it still won't get him very far.
• Python is a very relaxed and carefree guy who doesn't let his feathers get ruffled by much of anything. Although this often gets him in trouble with the others, at work and in the Rebellion, who consider him lazy and apathetic. Python actually explains that the Rebellion needs someone like him who is approachable, as the others are far too serious and intimidating to the new recruits.
Biography:
Python, also known as Aleks, was raised in Sector 08 in a small apartment that was frequently caught in the crossfire of gang wars and raids. If he grew up to be anything, it was extremely aware of the vast differences between social classes. Also in that same neighborhood was his best friend, Forsyth, the always optimistic it will get better if you try type; Python’s polar opposite.
The two made a great team and balanced one another almost perfectly. Python never let Forsyth and his wild ideas get the best of him while Forsyth never let Python’s apathy be his demise. That’s how it stayed all throughout primary school and high school as well.
After graduation, Python decided that was where further education for himself would stop. Accepting his social status he chooses to work in manual labor fields like his father. At least then he’d know he’d get a paycheck.
Once more, he and Forsyth were together, this time working as farm hands outside the city. They lived a rather simple life, it was one Python was more than content with while Forsyth was itching to do something bigger. His best friend was always itching to do bigger things.
The farm’s owner gave Python a bow as a “payment” after a long shift due to being short on money. At first, he was pissed, but of course, Forsyth stepped in and convinced him that this wasn’t the worst way to be paid. After all, he could literally go hunt his food with a bow and you can’t do the same with money. Of course, Python argued that money made getting food a hell of a lot easier.
Though, he seemed to be a natural with the weapon. When they’d take their breaks on the farm, Python would practice shooting targets. He got very good very fast, and Forsyth took notice.
At twenty-two, he finally had saved up enough moved out of Sector 08. Moving into East End Hills in Sector 07 and picked up a second job as a fisherman in Moonstone Port. Python wasn’t thrilled about working long hours for little pay but he knew how life worked. He was poor and would always be poor, that’s how the world worked after all. Hard work doesn’t always pay off.
Python was twenty-four when his life changed entirely.
Forsyth was visiting him at the ports, he convinced Python (as usual) to play show off with his bow. Just shooting a few apples off some volunteer’s heads, nothing major or that required too much effort. Pestered enough he listened.
Python hit each target within seconds of each other, each arrow going through the center of the apple perfectly. Turning he frowned at Forsyth asking if that was enough for him, when given the okay he went back to work.
A few days later, there were videos up everywhere of him with those fucking apples. They were getting views like crazy, and his boss at the port was furious he was doing that instead of working. Quickly, he had texted Forsyth demanding he take the video down, but the damage was done. The department quickly took Python in and there his career in media began, fans even going as far as declaring his apathetic and lazy attitude as cute and “part of that Python charm”.
He moved to Sector 02 a year after he began working for The Media Research Team as a “Subject” himself. In addition, he made it clear that he wanted Forsyth to be provided with upper Sector housing as well. SilverTech followed through with Python’s request and Forsyth was given housing as well.
While in the hands of SilverTech and the Media Research Team, Python learned just how dark and controlling they were.

He now works as an insider within the media branch, occasionally spreading propaganda for the Rebellion. He uses his fame to imply, in clever ways, the urge to fight against what’s happening. In return, he gets tested on and picked apart by those within SilverTech.
Moral Alignment: Lawful Neutral Python acts as law, tradition, or a personal code directs him. He believes in personal order and lives by a rather simple code and standard. He’s never gone out of his way to have things better or be better, though the media reflects him differently.

Leon - FE ECHOES - LY
Name: Leon Kōji
Series: Fire Emblem; Echoes
Age: 24
Occupation/School/Both: • Stripper at Luci Rose
Sector They Live in: Sector 04
Place of Residence: Wyndham Ridge
Are they affiliated with any group?
The Rebellion
How they became affiliated with the group: Leon is a former soldier who believed his time in battle was over. In attempt to get away and finally start a life without violence he moved to Astoria. Unfortunately, when an unnamed man, whom Leon had long held a love for, enlisted Leon reluctantly joined the Rebellion as well. Said man died in battle, and Leon entered a state of depression. He now fights in the Rebellion to honor the memory of his fallen love.
Personality:
• Leon has a sharp tongue and is quick to bite back. He will call someone out should they need it and is always up to give someone a reality check. Knowing how to hit people where it hurts with a few words and how to cheer someone up just the same has come in handy more than once. It’s also got him in more than enough fights.
• Priding himself on being an honest man, one can count on Leon to give an honest answer. This gets him in more trouble than it anything- especially at work. He’s quick to defend the women working and call out a man when they’re being more than a little grimey. What he calls honesty, his boss calls rude. • His nihilistic side comes out a lot. He often makes rather morbid jokes to cover how much he truly believes in how meaningless life is. Leon frequently expresses his desired to die in battle, which is possibly related to how he lost his lover. Many people in the Rebellion believe that his mindset makes him a ticking time bomb and danger to the everyone involved. • Hopelessly romantic in every way he can be. Leon has proved he’d quiet literally die for someone he loves, joining the Rebellion just to stand at his lover’s side. His friends have constantly pushed him to get back out there since he who will not be named’s death. Leon is certainly trying, but it’s hard for him to open up the same as before. • Selfless; Leon knows that just because he knows his life is meaningless, that other’s live very meaningful lives. He holds the lives of his friends and loved ones high and would quickly die a martyr for to defend them. Most of his actions, despite how he comes across, are for the benefit of others and not himself.
 Biography:
Leon joined the military at eighteen years old, leaving a childhood he purposefully never talks about behind. There he discovered his hatred for guns and his natural talent for archery. Of course, those kind of wars had no use for an archer, forcing Leon to deal with guns daily. During his time in the military Leon fell for a man that saved him on multiple accounts. Leon vowed to follow this man’s lead till the end of time. At twenty-two both Leon and his now lover were released from their duties. The two moved to a small, yet comfortable, apartment in Sector 05 where Leon later proposed. Though, word of a Rebellion spread like wildfire and while Leon believed they were done with battle, his fiancé volunteered himself to the fight.
Unable to simply let his partner go into practically another war, Leon followed behind- honoring his vows. He wasn’t as invested in the cause as his partner, but Leon fought just as hard. The next year was filled with long nights fighting and early mornings picking up small jobs to get by. It was too late to beg his fiancé to leave the fighting to someone else for once, they were in too deep. So, Leon accepted the reality that his life wasn’t just dedicated to his partner anymore, but to the Rebellion too.
Leon had just turned twenty-three when his fiancé was killed by a member of the Derz.
It happened on a full moon, his fiancé made a comment about how this would be their last night. One way or another, this would be it. He was tired and he could see Leon was tired too. He promised, whether they won or they lost, he’d step back from the fight. There were plenty of other ways for him to support the cause, but he no longer wanted to see Leon struggle anymore.
That night, Leon watched his partner charge head on and in the same instant, he watched his lover fall as the Derz drove a large blade through his gut. Leon ran and dragged his lover out of the battle and held him tightly as his partner’s blood soaked into his clothes.
The next morning, Leon woke to four white lilies on his door step and was arranging funeral plans for his now dead fiancé.
Leon vanished from the Rebellion completely for the next year. He ignored messages, avoided any places they were assumed to be, he moved from his old apartment to a new one in Sector 04, and found a job in Sector 08 working to make easy money as an “exotic dancer” at Luci Rose.
However, with the rise of corruption and deaths Leon has returned to the Rebellion to finish what he and his fiancé started.
Moral Alignment:
Neutral Good
Leon does the best that a he can do. He is devoted to helping others even more so since the passing of his fiancé. He works for the Rebellion but does not let himself feel beholden to them.

akaashi - haikyuu - media director - ly
Media and Entertainment Research Director
Name: Akaashi-Bokuto Keiji (赤葦-木兎)
Series: Haikyuu!!
Age: 25
Sector They Live in: Sector 01
Place of Residence: Crystal Apartments
What are their goals as media and entertainment research director?
Keiji started out as a college intern within the department at eighteen years old. While he never seemed like the most enthusiastic intern, Keiji proved himself to be a valuable asset to the department. Being so new to the position, only recently taking over for the previous director, Keiji wants to expand faster. The only problem with that- he has no idea as to how.
Unfortunately, he’s overwhelmed beyond belief. While quickly moving up and receiving promotions faster than most other interns. Keiji never had a set plan as to what he’d do should he reach the peak of the field. In fact, Keiji never even expected to be promoted that far. Much to his surprise, that’s what happened. He had been the Director’s Assistant for roughly two years before the Director’s retirement.
He worked hard to get to where he is now, but the  position was more so passed down to him. Since, he’s been bombarded by press demanding to know what his future plans are for the department. Shy in nature, Keiji is quickly feeling the growing pressure to come up with some great new plans. While he does have ideas he’s stumped on how to set them into play. Having made no major accomplishments within his first six months as Director he can already sense the doubt from his employees.
Personality: • Keiji can be seen as calm and composed most of the time. Usually choosing not to show a wide range of emotions. This calm and usually serious attitude often has him calling people out on the foolish things they do, his husband, Bokuto, is no exception. • Being incredibly shy, Keiji tends to easily get overwhelmed when under pressure. He doesn’t branch out far socially, unless pushed to do so by Kōtarō. Often, this causes him to break down in his office at work after large meetings with press. To avoid people reading into his usually anxious mindset, Keiji tried to keep a rather stoic expression around others. • Somehow, despite being anxious, he’s blunt with the things he says. Often, inviting himself into the conversation when necessary, and throwing in witty comments or responses. Although, Keiji remains polite, to a certain degree, this could be due to the fact that he is younger than most of his colleagues. • Insecure in his abilities regardless of how far his hard work has taken him, he tries to stand out of the spotlight. This is only increasingly more difficult, since obtaining the promotion. Others believe that Keiji is just overly humble and that he simply knows his limits. • Keiji has a cooler temper than his husband. Growing up, he was always the one dealing with Kōtarō when he would have his mood swings. This trait carried on into adulthood and has made him far more empathetic toward others. He’s far more patient and understanding with everyone, including his higher ups, because of his past (and current) experience with Kōtarō.
Biography:
Keiji always seemed to follow his best friend, now husband, Kōtarō around from a young age. Most decisions were based on what the other would be planning to do, and rarely did he go out of his way to be on his own. Even with his natural wit and sarcasm, Keiji often avoids most large social situations if he can. He was comfortable being the ever loud Kōtarō’s right hand.
Senior year of high school was a rather difficult one for Keiji. With Kōtarō already graduated and in a college out of the country, Keiji fell back into his shell even more. During practice and games seemed to be the only time people would hear from the setter. At night, he’d video-call his best friend and just release all his pent up feelings over call. Keiji wasn’t worried about what he would do after high school, like many of his friends and teammates were. Instead, he had plans to move and attend the same college as Kōtarō.
His mother urged him to apply to better schools if he wanted to attend one out of the country. She would constantly state express her opinions on the school Kōtarō was at and how “he could do so much better”. Finally, caving in and complying with his mother’s requests Keiji applied to several other schools, all around the same university as Kōtarō’s.
Astoria’s School of Business accepted Keiji with a full scholarship making it the most reasonable choice school for the high school graduate. That fall Keiji and Kōtarō, together, moved into a small apartment in Sector 03 and commuted to their respected universities. There Keiji remained withdrawn from his classmates, only going out when Kōtarō practically dragged him. He began interning within the Media and Entertainment Research Department during the second semester of his freshman year at eighteen years old.
The next two and a half years felt like a blur, Keiji was hired on full-time in the Media and Entertainment Research Department at twenty-one and Kōtarō proposed four months after. The two eloped while Keiji was entering the final semester of his senior year and Kōtarō had already graduated. Keiji’s mother was furious and has since not spoke to her son.
At twenty-three, Kōtarō and Keiji moved from Sector 03 to Sector 01 after Keiji had received a promotion to the Department Director’s Assistant. There the two lived comfortably and happily, until the Director’s resignation two years later, and passing down the position to Keiji. The new position only triggered Keiji’s anxieties more, but the pay raise was too good to pass up.
Now, at twenty-five, Keiji struggles to figure out his next step with such a big role in front of him. He works longer hours and often calls Kōtarō from his office when the pressure is too much. He may not be the happiest, but his main focus has always been to ensure his husband is living comfortably.
 Moral Alignment: Neutral
Keiji is polite and wants to do what is right for everyone. However, his constant anxieties tend to take over and make him less likely to act on his goals. Therefore, he finds himself standing on neutral grounds more often than not to avoid overall conflict.

KUROO - APP - HAIKYUU - NOAH
Name: Kuroo Tetsurō
Series: Haikyuu!!
Age: 22
Occupation/School/Both: • High School Dropout • Trainer at Jaco’s Underground Boxing
•  Soldier / Made-Man - Sapienti Mafia
Sector They Live in: Sector 06
Place of Residence: Moonstone Studio Apartments
Are they affiliated with any group? Sapienti Mafia - Capo (Further explained in bio)
How the became affiliated with the group: After dropping out of high school during his senior year, as only someone like Kuroo would do, he quickly discovered his job at Jaco’s just wasn’t enough to pay the bills. With rent past due and his paycheck not being enough to cover all the expenses, Kuroo went lurking for some easy cash. While above prostitution he wasn’t above petty crime. He started small but with each success his ego grew two sizes bigger than his heart.
Entering Luci Rose with his eyes on the big money. It was rumored that some of Astoria’s wealthiest people frequented the Sector 08 bar. To Kuroo’s misfortune he tried to steal from the wrong man, who was also just what Kuroo had been looking for.
Nashville Sapienti was impressed enough by the guts and nerve Kuroo had and gave him what he called a generous ultimatum. Kuroo could either join Nash and his army of made-men or die and like any sane man he didn’t join the latter.
Personality:
Kuroo has a laid-back yet scheming personality, and is considered a "provocation expert." He tends to purposely rile people up for his own entertainment, but if it takes too much effort he won’t bother. Known for his quick action plans and if it works, it works habits, Kuroo isn’t set on sticking to a plan if it’ll complete the task faster a different way. He proves himself to be a useful asset to the mafia.
He’s intelligent but he wasted it after dropping out of highschool. He had been in college pre and advanced classes his entire school career, but right at his senior year Kuroo decided he no longer wanted to deal with it. Kuroo now uses his smarts to calculate the best and worst outcomes on a run. Though, his personality and history leads many to believe he’s dumb.
Outwardly he’s kind of a jerk, but to those Kuroo is close with he’s loyal and kind. While he is a bit of a trickster and for his own amusement sometimes behave as a gadfly, there is a kinder side. Mainly it’s only shown towards his friend Kenma and select members of the mafia. He’s also known to give plenty of good advice.
Noted by many to have a cunning personality. Kuroo does seem to have a way with getting people to do what he wants. As he is able to get away with things with just a few calculated words. He doesn’t always intend to manipulate people, but it happens more than even he’d like to admit.
Considering himself level-headed it tends to go hand in hand with how aloof he usually is. Though, his temper will spike in bursts. Usually, when upset he’ll simply shut people out, but on several accounts he’s acted more with his fists. Of course, such a relaxed guy like himself would deny this endlessly.
Biography:
Kuroo was your average student growing up, he goofed off, had crushes, hung out with his friends, and loathed school. He was respected (and feared) by his volleyball teammates and though not putting in all his effort maintained good grades. However, by the time his senior year came around Kuroo was more than bored with school, going against his parents Kuroo pulled himself out near the end of his final high school year.
After dropping out of high school during his senior year, as only someone like Kuroo would do, he quickly discovered his job at Jaco’s just wasn’t enough to pay the bills.
Spending the next several months working alongside already established soldier’s of the Sapienti Mafia, learning how to properly use a gun, and so forth it was only a matter of time before he caught Nashville’s eye and made his way up the ranks. Kuroo finds his strengths to be heavily located in stealth and firearms. Still not near as quick on his feet as Luka Baskov, he learns fast. Which has earned the respect of his boss and many of the other people he’s works with. While he has the money to live in a higher district, Kuroo actively chooses to reside in Sector 06, often saying he likes the atmosphere there more. Claiming they tend to mind their own business and will turn their heads at even the shadiest of events. Despite living in a lower Sector, Kuroo frequents The Diamond, which he was first brought to after his promotion in position. Since, Kuroo has made frequent visits where he typically minds his own business at the bar. On days where he’s feeling a little more problematic, which is often, he’ll slink down to the lower Sector bars to pick some fights. While in relations with the mafia, Kuroo continues training and working at Jaco’s Underground Boxing and will boast that, while he may not be into volleyball anymore, he can kick anyone’s ass in ten seconds flat.
Moral Alignment: Chaotic Neutral.
If it doesn’t involve him he doesn’t care, but he’s not above stirring up some drama. He doesn’t step into fights or really anything unless prompted with a good enough reason. In addition, Kuroo avoids taking “jobs” or missions from Nash unless he’s sure it will benefit him.

Lv Haiba - Haikyuu!! - Noah
Name: Lev (Lyovochka) Haiba
Series: Haikyuu!!
Age: 19
Height: 6’5”
Occupation/School/Both: • Sophomore at Astoria University » Studying Musical Theater
• Part-Time Bartender at Glen’s Vale
• Stagehand / Understudy at Theatre Artemesia
Sector They Live in: Sector 08
Place of Residence: Jakom Apartments
Are they affiliated with any group? OmniTron: Subject
Lev became another case study, or “Subject” as they’re often called within Astoria’s Research Center, after an accident that happened during his senior year in high school. Lev was in the high school’s auditorium preparing all the rigs for the upcoming senior production. One that was held at the end of the school year annually. Wanting to everyone exactly how fearless he was, the late seventeen year old found himself up high in the rafters with no tether when the director wasn’t paying attention.
Things were going fine up until he lost his footing. With no time to react or even bother trying to catch himself, Lev slipped off the metal beam, and cracked his back off another one, before landing on the stage floor. He blacked out well before hitting the ground, and when he woke up the room was white and his mother was crying.
Lev felt nothing from his shoulders down and could hard hardly speak. With multiple severe spinal cord injuries doctors praised that he managed to survive the fall, but confirmed that he would be permanently paralyzed. Of course that wasn’t a reality he or his family could accept. They spent the next nine months applying and reaching out with desperation to OmniTron, which was now their only hope for their son.
Finally, OmniTron approved Lev’s application and his family quickly booked a flight to Astoria to begin treatment. After several surgeries, treatment plans, medications, speech therapy, and bone reconstruction through injection based practice and artificially made bone marrow, Lev was declared a successful experiment. He finished high school while staying within ARC and under OmniTron’s supervision.
Lev now makes weekly trips to ARC to continue treatment all while attending classes at Astoria University.
Personality:
Lev has always been a naturally childish and cheerful person. Even during his time in the hospital Lev cracked jokes and tried to keep everyone’s spirits up. While it came make working with him a little more annoying and difficult, Lev can straighten up his act when needed. He likes to have fun, but he doesn’t let it get in the way of responsibility.
With a bad habit of being easily distracted Lev is one to often be caught skipping practice, or even stopping what he’s doing in the middle of practice. Of course, he doesn’t do it out of malice, but his airheaded ways often get him into unfortunate situations. This paired with his curious nature, Lev is one to walk into situations most would actively try to avoid.
He’s an instigator, again only with playful intent. Lev does often push a bit too many buttons and when people snap on him, he silently feels guilty. Not one to express remorse for it, he laughs it off in the moment but will apologize later on. Innocently insensitive he’ll open his mouth with no actual harmful intentions, but his blunt honesty gets the best of him.
Lev works hard at everything he does. Grateful for all his family has done for him, he will often buckle down when he really needs to in order to make them proud. He manages to balance a busy life schedule while making room for his spot on Astoria University’s Volleyball Team. Unable to afford to stay at the Astoria’s University Dorms, Lev works a part time job to pay his rent in Sector 08.
Easily excited and very confident; Lev isn’t one to shy away from playful flirting, especially if it’s for bigger tips at the bar. He’s loud and ready for a good time and being shot down isn’t enough to discourage him. Though, he’s respectful enough to back off if told to.
Biography:
Lev is the youngest child in his culturally diverse family and it often shows through when reflected against his personality. Always having a bit too much energy, Lev’s parents were desperate to find something to occupy his time. Always being on the taller side his father though volleyball would be enough to get their wild child’s energy under control. Meanwhile, his mother placed him in theater to help give him an outlet for his constant need for attention.
Lev took to both quickly, though he lacked discipline and that often became a problem for his team and the theater department. However, when he put his mind to it, Lev showed true potential.
During his senior year Lev got into a self inflicted accident which landed him paralyzed.
After several surgeries, treatment plans, medications, speech therapy, and bone reconstruction through injection based practice and artificially made bone marrow. Lev was declared a successful experiment. He finished high school while staying within ARC and under OmniTron’s supervision.
Lev started classes at Astoria University shortly after his release from ARC. There he is focusing in Musical Theater and is active on the volleyball team. On top of juggling school and volleyball he works part time at Glen’s Vale and is an understudy at Theatre Artemesia.
Moral Alignment: Neutral.
Lev tries to do the right thing, but often falls short with his poor sense of judgment. He isn’t the most trusting due to the tests he’s been put through with OmniTron. His carefree nature makes his views on most topics fall more in the grey zone.

Tsukishima Kei - Haikyuu - Luke
OOC Info
Activity Level: 7-8 My activity Level is actually pretty high, the only issue will be my timezone since I’m a working & student. I cannot reply during nights or work. School might be okay but my school days are short so I’ll have time during and afterwards. My timezone is (UTC+01:00) Amsterdam, Berlin, Bern, Rom, Stockholm, Wien. But I think we will make it work. Name: Luke Contact Blog: MoonxCrow Your Age: 20 Pronouns: He / Him Triggers: I don’t think I have real triggers, I can’t stand picture spams in OOC chats and I get kind of really angry if it comes to discussing ships from whatever anime/game/cartoon whatever IF people are hating on each other. I can’t stand ship war. Discord: Tsukki#6489 Side Note: I’m plotting with the groups Kuroo. :3c _____________________________________________ Basic Citizen’s App
Name: Tsukishima Kei Series: Haikyuu Age: 19 Occupation: He is a college student. Classes at day, work at the evenings or nights.   Sector They Live in: Sector 01
Place of Residence: He lives in a small but high quality apartment with his brother both of them gain enough money to keep living there. Most people who see him on the street would just think he’s a common, wealthy parents, college student but appearances are deceitful.
Are they affiliated with any group?: (N/A)
How the became affiliated with the group: - Personality: Tsukishima is a highly intelligent young man known to be very blunt and has a habit of riling people up. Despite his young age he has looked past Astorias mask of being perfect, he knows that there is more below the blending surface even if he hasn’t figured out everything yet. He has grown immune against the goverments hypocritical policy getting closer to the darker sides slowly but steadily.
In his daily normal live he will always pretend to dislike most people around him, his mind will tend to analyze them and try to predict their next steps. He has a incredible high IQ which allows him to do make precise decisions in no time, this ability is often more a curse than just a blessing as it got him in trouble a lot in his past. He usually feels unable to permit human emotions into his system seeing them as weak and useless most of the time. If he does so most of his expressed feelings will be faked. With time and experience it became a none-see-through mask for those who don’t know him better. He can be very rude and often comes off as having a spiteful personality. He prefers to make fun of others than to let them get closer or admit that he is indeed a human being with feelings. Despite the asshole attitude he’s showing off on the outside the inside is rather different. Some might think he’s aloof and doesn’t care about being alone but they are wrong. There are some deep cut wounds from his past. Behind all those masks he is willing to puts up as protection, there are times he suffers. He would never willingly show it to the outside tho. He doubts the people around him care so he doesn’t want to care either. It adds up to his job perfectly. Playing a role and putting up a play for those who want to spend their time in things like sex or drugs. He can easily mingle with it and never got into any danger affairs yet. He cannot believe people might really like him, he’s just a toy for them to play with for the evening so he’ll only deal with them as long as he must to get what he needs. If he’d be asked if money makes his dick hard, he’d bluntly answer with a yes. Biography: His early childhood was as boring as it could be both his parents have been busy all day, working a lot, with barely any time for anything else, but neither he, nor his brother ever fully knew what they were doing nor what their goals have been. Living in Sector 01 as a kid wasn’t as pleasant as most might think. The very high standarts weren’t made for anybody and could easily break those not able to stand up against the pressure or work their way through it.
Kei went to a good school sometimes getting into trouble for his rude attitude, he never got close to other kids, never got affiliated with social events or groups. Even if his teachers were concerned, no one bothered with pushing him out of his comfort zone. He was a lonely kid but has grown to be used to loneliness.
His older brother was known to always protect him and support him in his decisions. Even as his brother tried to encourage him a lot, to engage in social things, he never did. Always being a glasses wearing quiet kid. A outsider, which he didn’t mind anymore after a while. He got used to the others and their noses up high in the clouds, really early on. He always prefered to watch his classmates from afar learning, silently how to read them. Both Tsuksihima boys lost their parents as Kei was still in middle school due to a tragic accident. It was very hard for the two boys to go back to a kind of normal life afterwards, Kei 9 years of age, and his brother, 16 years old, back then, who was studying hard to become a high ranked law enforcer. He was determined but Kei never really found himself wanting to follow his brothers example.
After their loss, they were lucky enough to use some of their parents connections, as everyone was taking pity in them and got some help from their neighbors. One of them was owning a very small apartment, still safe as location, for the two boys to rent a tad cheaper than usually and Akiteru was able to effort it starting to work at the law enforcement department early on.
Tsukishima only barely remembers these days after the accident and how they managed to stay in the heart of astoria pushing through all the shit that was thrown their way. His brothers struggles and their money problems. Of these days filled with so much waiting, longing, worrying and despair. He keeps it locked up inside. He remembers to push down the memories and never let them come up. Thanks to the money their parents left behind for them the younger Tsukishima went through school without further trouble. Soon enough his brother started earning money for the both of them which never sat right with Kei. After graduating from Winterhaven Academy with incredible high grades everyone was expecting him to go to college like a normal kid would do, he did and majored in Paleontology but only a few weeks into his studies, he couldn’t bear to live of his brothers money anymore. What he knew for sure: Without their parents former welath they would be down at the bottom if not dead and never found. Almost ten years had passed since and it one more reason why he puts up a even higher defense than others. He had to learn fast, to survive, in this world filled with fake smiles and lies. In the end, even with his brothers support, which he barely wants to take, Tsukishima Kei is nothing more than college student who needed a job with great pay and flexible hours. That’s why he is now selling the only thing he can offer. He applied without a second thought. Thats how he came to be working at the Diamond now. He started of as a small light just serving drinks until one of the managers took an interest in his natural blond hair and pretty face. Feeling weird about this at first turned out to be the best choices he could have made. Doesn’t hurt that he’s paid to do something that he now very much enjoys. Tease them. Make them want you bad enough that they throw away all their wealth. Why give it up to the fuckboys around campus when he can just make their father’s pay for a piece of his ass?
He’s perfect at what he’s doing. Abusing the pole with his endless legs and one glance into his eyes, colored like the rising moon, makes steadfest men question their own sexuality. He loves toying with them and he can use it to his advance. Peek into them, read them and make them loose their reality. But no matter how much he’s paid he prefers to keep his job away from public eyes. His brother knows nothing. Outside he’ll always be just Tsukishima Kei a college Student living with his brother. No strings attached. Because inside, at the nights, at the club, he’s one of the top requested boys to no ones suprise. It has more to do with his ability to adapt to the client’s desires and make their fantasies go wild, rather than him being drop dead gorgeous. He doubts he’s that good looking even if most of his clients would demand otherwise. If the client wants a cute, blond submissive, Tsukishima can pretend to be just that. If the client wants a stern, cold dominant, Tsukishima can do that as well. Until now it’s been all eyes and no touching, even if he got more than enough clients at the club requesting more. He has been asked to extend his service and work with the diamonds exclusive escort agency to stand by their clients sides like an expensive play doll. He’s hesistant about this decision. Not because he’s ashamed. He enjoys the agony and sweet pleasure mixing the customers eyes. It’s more about the stigma surrounding sex workers. And he cares about what people think, contrary to what he lets on. Working with an agency would put a little risk to his job, right? And he wouldn’t be pleased in having the entire university knowing that he’d be a high-class prostitute.
But after all: Sex sells.
Moral Alignment: He will do what needs to be done whenever it needs to be done. He doesn’t mind walking over corpses if its for his own personal reason, helpful to reach his goal or protect his loved ones. He has yet to discover his limits and explore the structures sitting below the happy surface of this city. Maybe his moral will change the deeper his insight gets.

Having to care for Hiro, alongside their aunt Cass, has made Tadashi gentle and understanding, though as the big brother, he can still be rough on occasion. He is also not above scolding Hiro or becoming upset with him, getting angry at Hiro’s unwillingness to try and make something of his life, showing a slightly frustrated side to his personality not seen anywhere else.
• Tadashi values his family; he does not like to make them upset. He is especially appreciative for all his Aunt Cass has done to raise him and his little brother, especially having done it alone.

Biography:
Tadashi moved from home to Astoria after college in order to take up an internship with Astoria’s Technology Department.
He was raised in a small apartment with his little brother, Hiro, their Aunt Cass, and a family cat. He was an excellent straight A student through primary school all the way to college. After graduating college with high honors a professor suggested he apply for internships in Astoria.
At first, Tadashi was apprehensive but after some positive encouragement from his Aunt he decided to give it a shot. Unsurprisingly, he was accepted and a week later Tadashi was packed up and getting on a plane to start a new adventure far from home. Tashdu moved from home to Astoria after college in order to take up an internship with Astoria’s Technology Department.
The internship promised him decent pay and the opportunity to grow his career further with them. After expressing interest in the Medical Research, after creating multiple robotics geared toward health and wellbeing, the department stretched his internship across both departments.
After almost two years interning with both departments, and working on projects within the Galaxy Syndicate, Tadashi decided to further his involvement. Applying for a Representative Assistant job opening on a late Thursday night after a long video call with his Aunt Cass.
Tadashi went through an interview process that spread across four days. They evaluated his work ethic and reliability, ran background checks, and eventually made deals with the departments in charge of his internship before hiring him. He keeps himself busy with work in order to subdue the anxiety and depression he feels from being astonishingly homesick.
His Aunt Cass worries that Tadashi may be overworking himself and fears for not only his mental and physical health but his social life too. While he has an extremely easy to talk to personality Tadashi lacks the friend circle he had back home.
His days typically consist of waking up before sunrise, checking emails while having his morning coffee and breakfast, going on a run, then he’s running between departments and working for his representative the rest of the day. After work, he stops by the same café every night picks up a coffee then finishes up any unfinished business before settling in for the night. Days off are focused on personal projects and catching up with anything he’s behind on.
Despite what he tells his Aunt Cass, Tadashi is starting to feel the effects of his draining and demanding schedule and is becoming increasingly lonely.
Moral Alignment: Lawful Good
Tadashi strives to do what is both right and what he believes will benefit everyone for the better. His “selfless” personality tends to put him in situations that may not be the best for his own state of being. Regardless he always wants to do the right thing.

Noiz - App - Mari
Basic Citizen’s App
Name: Noiz (Wilhelm von Essen)
Series: DRAMAtical Murder
Age: 20
Occupation/School/Both: Local representative of his family’s corporation
Sector They Live in: Sector 01
Place of Residence: Crystal apartments
Are they affiliated with any group? Astro Knights, Sapienti Mafia, The Law Enforcement, the Derz, Technology, Media, Medical Research (employee), one of the Departments, Professional Athlete, Celebrity, or the Rebellion?
Private company funding the Galaxy Syndicate.
Rebellion.
How the became affiliated with the group:
Noiz became part of the rebellion after he started selling privileged information as an insider of a niche community as an anonymous information broker. He ultimately doesn’t mind whether or not Astoria’s system is corrupt but doing his secret job and keeping his neck off the line at the same time has proved to be a great pastime in an otherwise boring way of life that was pushed on him. If people benefit from what he does, good.
Personality:
Reclusive: Noiz has developed a very reclusive personality. He is able to deal with people at a superficial level but doesn’t take much pleasure in the entire process of getting to know people personally. Noiz knows he’s not the most approachable person but that’s fine with him too.
Smug: He is aware of both his near-genius abilities with computers and his good looks. Of course, bragging brings attention so he strays away from doing it shamelessly but it manifests clearly whenever he has a chance of being a smartass. Because of that and his aloofness, Noiz comes off as a smug brat to most people who meet him. Upon knowing him better, it’s possible to realize that he is indeed a smug brat.
Curious: Raised secluded from people outside his small society during all of his life, Noiz is almost childish curious about other people’s habits when confronted with something unknown. He has the habit of ‘studying’ and keeping a close eye on things or people that he deems interesting enough until he has a better understanding.
Adaptable: Despite his sheltered life, Noiz is quick to adapt to new surroundings. Not sticking out too much keeps curious people and unnecessary questions away and while his many piercings may get glances sometimes it’s probably not as many as someone completely out of their element would get.
Blunt: In everyday conversation, Noiz tends to be blunt about his opinions and just say things how he thinks they are rather than how nicely they sound. Not that he tends to spew his thoughts around aimlessly, he just prefers to leave his views clear with what seems to be the minimum necessary amount of words.
Biography:
Wilhelm, as he was named then, was the first born son of one of the wealthiest German families and during most of his earlier years, there was nothing that made him terribly different from the other children he was allowed to meet. He was raised to be a great man, perfect to carry on the name of such a prestigious family and even though he didn’t understand his responsibilities very well as a child, he was willing to take anything if it was to win the praise of adults around him.
The multiple self-inflicted wounds only noticed by his nanny were brushed off as the result of him being an energetic child at first. That was until Wilhelm was around the age of six and his incidents became impossible to ignore when he came home with a broken leg, not noticing it until his younger brother pointed it out. After that he started accidentally hurting other children he would play, bringing angry mother after angry mother to confront his family.
The boy started to become a threat to his parent’s reputation as he kept on hurting his playmates until no one wanted to be near him anymore. It became good gossip material for the niche community of the European millionaire mothers that the von Essen had raised a little sociopath and things really needed to be changed.
Wilhelm was forbidden to leave the house, confined to a room refurbished to be his living place with maids, a private doctor and a tutor of his own. He was miserable with the change, often screaming and banging on the door when the loneliness became too heavy on his chest. Until he became quiet.
Years passed until he was fully allowed outside again. He was supposed to be groomed into an acceptable person after ten years of near complete seclusion, he was supposed to be pliant and ready to accept anything to win the praise of strangers once again. It was to be expected that things didn’t work that way.
He’d never miss a chance to show his spite to his parents and Wilhelm was once again a threat to his parent’s reputation but this time there was no way in hell he’d allow himself to be locked once again. Instead of locking him in, there was now the option of sending him away. Anyways the problem was removed from their eyes and so, it was solved.
The von Essen family had built their fortune by keeping lands rich in mines, exploring and expanding their reach with the industrialization of Europe until their prestige was recognized by the kaiser himself. With the news of an advanced space exploration program, the family business was eager to help in the funding and offering deals in the use of iron made products. And so Wilhelm was sent over to Astoria with the justification of accompanying the project where his father’s money was going to.
Currently, he serves as a representative to the Von Essen steel industries but leaves most of the actual work to the people that would like to keep their jobs intact.
Moral Alignment: Chaotic neutral.
Noiz doesn’t believe much in unfunded kindness or noble-minded people, not because of hate but simply because he believes the world is unkind and selfless people don’t stand a chance of going too far in this kind of reality. He isn’t very fond of being at the mercy of rules someone else makes for him, Noiz has his way of doing things and he likes to be free to act his own way.

Basic Citizen’s App
Name: Stan Sagan
Series: Satan and Me (webcomic)
Age: 25
Occupation: Tattooist/Piercer/Modder
Sector They Live in: Sector Six
Place of Residence: Sector Six | Satan’s Creations (to be apped)
Group Affiliation: N/A (though interested in whispers of Rebellion)
Personality:
Charismatic
Over the years, Stan has developed a certain style that melded with his personality portrays an air of disarming charm. An allure, he’s able to behave and speak accordingly to play off others’ strengths and weaknesses to gain what he wants. Usually, such manipulations are minor and done in order to coax others into achieving their full potential (or what he himself sees as their full potential). He’s generally relaxed and accepting of others, and this aids in the attraction. However, this is usually just an illusion over his fuller personality, a tool he uses.
Confident
Despite both personal and environmental strife, Stan retains a type of confidence in everything he does. From minor tasks to his life plans, everything is incredible certain to him. Never does he question if he’s wrong in his thoughts or assumptions, which in a few areas can lead him to be incredibly biased. Luckily, in many areas his views are open and nonjudgmental, but a few key fields can have his temper inflamed in seconds. If one can manage to find a chink in his armor, they’ll watch his confidence unravel.
Stubborn
As mentioned before, Stan can remain very attached to his own personal set of ideals. Once decided upon an action or thought, it’s nearly impossible to convince him otherwise. Such behavior is rarer for him, but others normally can find his drive annoying or downright antagonistic. Try to change his mind, and you’re likely to trigger his anger and frustration. It’s highly unlikely you’ll succeed anyhow, and only very close friends thus far have even had a chance at doing so.
Laidback
Not much in life causes Stan to fret, and he doesn’t sweat the small stuff. Life is far too short to be offended by others, either intentionally or accidentally. If it’s one’s goal to cause him to anger, they’ll need to know his weaknesses to do so. If not, they’ll instead only amuse him and be met with a sharp tongue in response. This leaks into his free time and one might find him laid back with his eyes close in slow moments, preferring some peace and quiet. He can become quite passionate and driven if presented with the right challenge.
Vindictive
If someone manages to get under Stan’s armor, they’ll find they’ve landed a spot on his shit-list for the rest of their lives. Stan has a low tolerance for “assholes,” or those he deems to be. His patience usually runs thin not for himself, but when he witnesses acts of indecency and hatred towards those he judges undeserving of such treatment. If you want to make an enemy, aggravate or assault an innocent in front of him. He’ll make it a personal goal to ruin your life, from small details to outright using violence against you. There are some things that may cause him to snap regarding himself, but you’d have to have key knowledge regarding his personal life to have ammo against him.
Biography:
Stan was born into a well-off family, with a father with a high position within the Astorian government. Very early on, his mother perished from a degrading illness and he felt no real loss due to a lack of connection towards the woman, instead being handled by various nursemaids. Indeed, both parental figures presences were barely felt and seemed instead to be a distant idea. After the death of his mother at such a young age, his father became even more inaccessible as he threw himself even further into his work and the corrupt system. Instead, Stan’s real family consisted of an assortment of brothers and sisters of both blood and adoption (a large family being a fashionable façade presented by his mother before her passing). They took care of one another, and in particular Stan was close with his oldest brother. Inseparable, the two managed to help each other time and time again.
Still, even among this family Stan felt a tinge of resentment and awareness that he didn’t fit in with their ideals, especially as they grew older and began to be groomed for their various positions.
Stan was educated privately, as the rest of his siblings, and this seclusion from other’s his age enhanced his feelings of isolation. However, he proved to have a keen mind and strong leadership qualities. He and his oldest brother became friendly rivals in their studies, each attempting to outshine the other. His brother’s characteristics and testing proved to be impressive in a different way, his social skills exceeding anything Stan’s quitter nature could ever achieve. Due to this, their father in turn began to pull the oldest brother away for longer and longer amounts of time for further studies and quality time, cutting contact with his siblings to groom a successor to the family name. Stan felt a jealousy began to eat at him inside and further resentment towards both brother and father, but held his tongue and internalized his frustrations.
Growing older still, eventually his shrewd mind noticed questionable happenings and allowed him to become aware of Astoria’s corrupted political and social environment. Realizing that the system was extraordinarily unbalanced and stacked against certain sectors, he felt sympathy for those suffering due to an inefficient government. Tired of his ignorance, one evening he broke into his father’s office and computer to access restricted files and learned just how broken the government was. It was then that he decided he would become the leader of the family, and eventually rule a political system that he could surely repair where others had failed. Given renewed determination and drive, Stan dedicated everything to improving every possible aspect of himself. He learned the various social norms and rules that would allow him to smile and with a few curling words gain access to things that were restricted, carefully constructing a charming facade. Various languages, etiquettes, current events and much more trivial knowledge was memorized and rehearsed as he began to attend events that he previously had saw below himself. His act finally fooled even his amazed father, who began to dedicate time and effort into grooming Stan into a potential leader.
Years passed, and both Stan and his brother remained as potential candidates to their family’s fortune and status. Stan’s relationship to his brother had become strained through the years, and Stan began to see his brother as an enemy to his goals rather than a rival. Things climaxed one evening when the two came together for a dinner. Freshly outraged by some recent action of the government, Stan allowed his act to slip around one he had once trusted, slandering both their ruling authority and their “fool of a father” who couldn’t manage to advance after all these years. Appalled, the brother inquired further of Stan’s reasoning and quietly listened as a slightly intoxicated Stan spilled his ideas and future plans to one day destroy everything their government and family stood for and replace it with something “better,” even detailing how for a long while he had illegally accessed private affairs and classified information. After this meeting, the brother quickly informed their father of Stan’s actions and intentions.
The very next morning, Stan was greeted outside his living quarters by the brother who starkly gave him a command. He would cease all political action and quietly move into his family’s shadow, and accept a very small political position where he would be carefully watched by his father and eventually brother. His every action would be monitored and controlled, and he would no longer cause any trouble for their family or else he would be turned in for illegal actions. Appalled and extremely hurt by the betrayal, Stan refused. He would rather be imprisoned than allow his life to revert into what it once was.
Knowing that his brother would report to their father, he made a decision. His fist made a hard impact with his brother’s features, placing him on the ground and knocking him out cold. Stan had limited time, and so he ran. Taking what few positions he could carry, including highly classified documents and damning evidence, quickly he exited the premise of his home and went into hiding deep in the underbelly of the city. His knowhow and sharp mind allowed for survival, and a burning hatred for his family and the ruling class blazed deep inside. He had been wrong. The government couldn’t be changed, this he now knew. Those who ruled it were too foolish and too rotten to change.
Stan dedicated himself to darker dealings for a time to establish a new identity. The law and his family both would be looking for him, and he couldn’t afford to be found. A new life was built as he immersed himself in the real world’s culture, and eventually he even managed to secure his own business in the shape of a small shop specializing in tattoos, piercings, and body modifications. He had always found a fascination with biblical figures, and could relate for several reasons with the Devil. Being an atheist himself, he found no issues basing a persona upon the Fallen One and theming his shop around this concept.
Now with a new life and network of friends, he has quite the reputation for his handiwork. His natural talent and an ally with connections has allowed him to easily adapt the tattooist profession, and through some training and licenses he is able to do piercing and body modifications such as horns, claws, spikes, etc. He himself sports several piercings and tattoos, and his ears have been permanently sharpened. Frequently, he may be spotted with a pair of large horns emitting from his head. These, as with the others, may be removed or placed back and are frequently done so by a coworker each morning and removed each evening for practical purposes.
His reworked image would make it hard to recognize him from his earlier years, and he is quite content in his current life. Still, the fire for revenge and desire for change hasn’t dwindled, and the rumors of a rebellion have captured his attention…
Moral Alignment: Chaotic Neutral / Chaotic Good
Stan’s exact alignment has changed through his life, though he has retained a very greyed idea of morality except in the most extreme instances. This gives him a somewhat neutral approach to things, especially in his current, complacent place in life.
However, he leans further towards Chaotic Good due to a strange, deep rooted need to correct wrongs and balance the injustices of life. He now sees such ends can be achieved only through drastic measures and the system itself must be done away with, and is willing to embark on such things himself.
Extra:
Has a pet cat named Lucifer and a pet snaked named Leviathan/Noodle.
Is pansexual and doesn’t believe in constricting social norms.
Usually removes his horns before going out in public in order to avoid unwanted attention, but sometimes is too tired to wait to remove them or simply doesn’t care.
Gives tattoos both in a more realistic style and hard shapes, enjoys geometric but can also do organic. Will not / cannot do cartoons and watercolor.

Rick - Rick and Morty - App - Ly
ITS RICK BITCH - im too lazy to log in but its ly
Name: Rick Sanchez
Series: Rick and Morty
Age: 55
What are his goals as a Galactic Director?
Astoria can thank Rick for creating the Galaxy Syndicate, he calls it his baby and rightfully so. Rich has spent his entire life studying the ins and outs nearly everything he could get his hands on. He’s worked on revolutionary inventions and robotics for Astoria, scientific formulas, vaccinations, and so forth and tests them out in private. He also believes it's possible to travel to other dimensions- however, he’s had no actual success with that theory.
Rick hates the government but believes in his work strongly. While he is secretly just using SilverTech for their funding to continue his own research he plays it off as ways to further Astoria’s accomplishments. He is very reckless and often vulgar to higher-ups, making him one of the worst and most intolerable people on the board. Unfortunately, everyone within the governmental departments knows he’s the only guy for the job- thus they haven’t fired him.
Rick keeps his personal motives with the Galaxy Syndicate private but urges the leaders of Astoria that the Galaxy Syndicate will be just as revolutionary as the things he’s created for the city. It’s pretty hard to argue with one of Astoria’s most accomplished geniuses; despite his substance abuse and criminal record somehow Rick manages to continue to improve the project and has even extended his knowledge to Project OmniTron from time to time.
Sector He Lives in: Sector 02
Place of Residence: Downtown • Sector 02
Rick resides in a lower level apartment despite his rather hefty paycheck he gets. He’s turned most of the rooms in his apartment into “labs and experiment” rooms.
Personality:
Rick is a genius scientist. He’s created complex scientific inventions that have increased Astoria’s fame and value globally. He’s built dream-invading devices, brain enhancing helmets, many of Astoria’s AI systems, and so forth. However, all of his accomplishments do create a cocky somewhat egotistical attitude that makes him, often times, feel invincible.
Though, with being as smart as he comes mass amounts of depression and a lack of care for his own life. His brilliant can often be muddled by jaded personal views and substance abuse. He gets bored easily, there for routine becomes difficult for him. On many accounts, Rick has made many attempts at suicide. He’s smart enough to know how to do it but hasn’t exactly figured out what is stopping him.
Rick is willing to be extremely brutal to those who betray him or his life or those close to him are in danger. He’s considered homicidal and having a large disregard for life, enough that he came close to bombing the entire Galaxy Syndicate with everyone inside while drunk. Again, the government understands that even if they were to fire Rick he’d be a huge danger to Astoria. He has his job pretty locked down.
He is possessive and dominating to his assistants and often sees them as his own personal helpers rather than employees. This doesn’t prevent him from genuinely caring about them, there are even times where he has built things to help improve their own lives.
Rick has trouble taking orders from others, is very anti-totalitarian, and seems to dislike people with authority and government officials. This makes his job as the Galaxy Syndicate rather complicated. The government controls or tries to, what happens within the program, but Rick usually ignores them regardless.
Rick also has a great dislike of standardized education, claiming that school “isn’t a place for smart people” and a “waste of time”, and insists that things such as studying and homework are pointless and stupid.
Despite his general disregard for others, he is shown to harbor deep emotional pain and sorrow, especially when it comes to his romantic relationships, such as with his ex-wife. He rarely speaks about them and will get extremely hostile when they are brought up.
Biography: Rick keeps most of his past life locked up and private from literally everyone. There’s no reason for anyone to know it, and for that, he’s left where he’s been until now a mystery to everyone.
Rick moved to Astoria out of interest of living in a city that was advancing in technology so quickly and incorporated so much science into everything they did. It felt like the perfect fit. He started out with making his own inventions in a garage back in Sector 07. He found ways to change and improve Astoria’s tech and even created contacts that bypassed Astoria’s Retina Scanning technologies giving him access to anywhere despite the Sector he lived in.
When he was found out the government was furious, as expected, and took him into custody where he didn’t seem to care anyway. Members at SilverTech were amazed by his advancements and after several board meetings between Sector Reps, the Prime Minister and their Right Hand, The Sapienti Mafia, and even a few of the department heads, they came to an agreement. Rick would be released from jail so long as he worked for them.
Rick bartered with them regarding his release, which confused the officials more. He demanded a better home, good pay, his own project department called the Galaxy Syndicate, which would be funded mostly by SilverTech. He demanded that he have complete and total control over everything involving his project and that he could continue to bypass Astoria’s security systems. In exchange, he would extend his knowledge to other branches, help build new inventions, and even offer assistance with Project OmniTron.
Again, officials found themselves in a bind, but after another meeting, they votes were in accepting his demands. This opened plenty of doors for Rick as he basically scammed the government and began using SilverTech’s money for personal projects along with working on things for them.
He joined The Rebellion simply because he doesn’t like government, however, his involvement is very minimal unless there would be something that affected him directly. The Rebellion believes that one day Rick might actually be of use to them as a group, though for now, he seems to only do what he wants for his own benefit.
Aside from basically scamming Astoria’s government so he wouldn’t be told what to do, Rick helped in creating I.C.A. and consider’s them to be his favorite project. He’s developed a strange, almost parental, bond with the AI and gets seemingly possessive and protective over them. He prefers people to call I.C.A. them rather than it. When people call I.C.A it he usually gets fired up, which is only worse when he’s drunk. Anytime I.C.A. is taken offline to be “reset” he becomes furious as he believes they are prohibiting I.C.A.’s true potential. He will have actual conversations with I.C.A. and teaches them in these conversations while he’s home alone.
Moral Alignment: Chaotic Neutral bordering Chaotic Evil
Rick is a wildcard, while he works for the government, he’s using SilverTech for their money for his own research. Rick is also involved with the Rebellion but keeps his involvements limited to what would affect him, and his family he pretends to not care about. He does whatever he pleases to get exactly what he wants. He doesn’t let anything get in his way. He’s equally likely to make huge sacrifices for his family or kick them down the stairs to laugh at them.

Akira Kurusu; Persona 5; APP; CLIFF
Activity Level: 5 (when I’m not exhausted from work, that is) Your Name: Cliff Contact Blog: spiderma-n Your Age: 22 Pronouns: He/him Triggers: None Discord: Cloof#1118
Basic Citizen’s App
Name: Akira Kurusu Series: Persona 5 Age: 17 Occupation/School/Both: Knife’s Edge waiter // Astoria’s Public High School Sector They Live in: Sector 05 Place of Residence: Sector 05; Spinel Hollow Are they affiliated with any group?: N/A How the became affiliated with the group: N/A Personality:
quiet. There’s no better word to describe Akira. While not a mute, he rarely ever vocalizes what he’s thinking. Perhaps it was that continued suppression that caused him to burst at a point, but it’s all he really knows. And despite the quiet nature, by no means is the boy awkward. It’s quite the opposite. He may be an outcast due to rumors and what’s known about his permanent record, he’s quite the socialite if someone were to get to know him.
polite. Living in a small town meant he interacted with the elderly often, and interacting with them typically led to speaking to others with a level of respect. Or at least, being mild-mannered enough to not get on anyone’s bad side. Unless he truly meant to. Otherwise, he was kind to just about anyone.
spiteful. Perhaps it’s an instance of a bad circumstance, but thanks to being put out of his home from someone who was just a drunken mess and wound up hit in response to it, Akira has a severe distrust for most older people. An anger that’s simply grown since having to leave his home town. It doesn’t change his attitude towards strangers, but there’s always that level of disbelief when it comes to people in charge because of that.
caring. His family were the closest things to his heart. The ones that were always there through all of his life’s moments. Along with the few friends he had, they were always the ones he attempted to stick up for. Not to mention the random stranger that he wound up throwing his day-to-day life away for(only to have it thrown back in his face). He tries a little too hard at times, but if he sees someone in distress, he’ll look into it no matter what.
enigmatic. His enigmatic status is only perpetuated by his quiet nature. People tend to become curious about him, if they’ve never spoken to him. They typically can’t tell if he’s a bad guy, or if rumors are just clouding their judgment. Either way, the individuals never seem to make an attempt at figuring out otherwise, so Akira winds up shrouded in mystery.
Biography:
Life in a quiet area was always quite quaint. Nothing happened. Ever. So when news of a teenage boy assaulting an older gentleman in a random back alley, it was spread rather quick. Akira Kurusu learned that little fact almost as fast as his name was raked through the mud.       A third year in a high school that wasn’t worth mentioning, in a town that had as little importance as the school, Akira was destined for practically nothing. Small towns rarely ever sparked names worth speaking. There wasn’t much happiness in that. Sure, there was his parents, very few friends, maybe a couple of acquaintances. A life that would be quiet. Unnoticeable. He had a rebellious energy inside him, that couldn’t take being suppressed any longer.      By no means was this boy a delinquent. He paid attention in class, rarely ever missed a day. Didn’t stay out late, and if he was going to, his parents knew about it. However on this unfortunate evening, his phone had died while he was running late from a small get together with an old acquaintance. The last train of the night had already left the station, so he was stuck rushing home. These were the times no one ever wanted to be out–drunks, drug addicts, among womanizers and thieves made their way into the open after dark. Even quiet towns had them. Why else would a town be so quiet? Influencers that kept their mouths shut, obviously.      Any time he was out at this hour, Akira kept his head down and some headphones in. His headphones just so happened to be left at home that night, though, and one of the last things he heard before getting on the street of his home was a woman crying and saying “no.” And that was when he’d had enough. With a clenched fist, the teen approached the area the crying came from. To make a long story short, it began with an argument with a drunk man, telling him to let the woman go on her way, and ended with Akira connecting his fist with the man’s face after an attempted strike on his own. Apparently the man was someone important though, as he somehow talked the woman into lying to the police to tell them the teen went in first. The result of the situation was the third year student getting an assault charge on his record.      Like what was said before, news spread. Quick. And unfortunately it brought long, judgmental stares at him in public, and eventually his parents. Then the rumors began. Perhaps it got to be too much for them, as it wasn’t long after that, that they chose to inform the boy that he’d be sent overseas to live under the care of a family friend until things blew over in their town. A strange response, but, Akira assumed that if they thought it was the right decision, he’d go along with it.      This new home was on the island of Astoria. He hadn’t gotten to explore much, but his new living arrangement left him living independently. Rent wasn’t an issue, but he’d have to take up a part time position as a waiter so that he could cover his food costs. So now living in Sector 05, in a small apartment, with a job at a rabbit cafe as a waiter, Akira couldn’t help but wonder how things had changed for him so quickly. This new life would definitely be much different than what he was used to, and he welcomed the differences. If there was anything he knew about the experience in his home town, it was during that moment, he never felt more alive.      Astoria had a lot in store for this young man. This was just the starting point. Moral Alignment: Neutral. As someone previously wronged by adults, and then the law, his trust in most people is understandably quite slim. And as such, he spends his energy in areas away from it all. However, Akira would hop at the chance to get back at the adults or police, given they infringed on his, or his close one’s interests. Despite his neutrality though, he’s always leaned towards the side of good when it came to most things. After all, he did get arrested for punching a man who was roughing a woman up.

Seiko Kimura; Danganronpa ; APP ; JOJO
OOC Info
Activity Level: Regularly 6 to 8 regarding activity, unless work rears its ugly head in. Your Name: Jojo. Contact Blog: shioisms at tumblr dot com. Your Age: 26 years old. Pronouns: He/him/they/them. Triggers: Animal cruelty, visual carnography and any type of dementia handled in a tactless or mocking manner (this is less of a trigger, more of a berserk button). Discord: gureto#9347.
Representative’s Assistant App
Name: Seiko Kimura (忌村 静子).
Series: Danganronpa 3: The End of Hope’s Peak Academy Side Future; Super Danganronpa 2.5: Nagito Komaeda and the Destroyer of the World.
Age: 23 years old.
Sector they live in: Turquoise Townhomes, Sector 3.
What Sector Representative have they been assigned to? Jumin Han.
How did they get this position? In school, Kimura was always the top student and showed particular excellence in any and all classes geared towards biology and chemistry.  She was able to concoct effective medication from an early age, although her perfect record was smeared by an unfortunate incident which caused her expulsion from the Academy.  Regardless, one of the alumni members vouched for her and she was able to continue her studies, albeit informally.  This didn’t prevent her from attaining a scholarship for college, where she stood out for her proficiency and keenness on her chosen subject; Pharmacology.  This caused her to be offered a position in the Medical Research Team, for allowing such a promising young prodigy to escape their grasp seemed almost inconceivable.  As a pharmacology intern,  Seiko’s exceptional abilities in the field as a whole did not go unnoticed to Sector 1’s representative, Jumin Han.  This fact, coupled with her hard-working and reliable nature, was enough to have the Representative begin to consider her for the position as his assistant.  Of course, a trial period was necessary in order to see if she could cope with the demands of being his assistant, and the man was relentless just to make sure she would be able to keep up with the demands at her tender age.  She only ever offered insightful advice, making sure that Jumin would maintain his focus on the objectives until said task were completed.  In the end, it is difficult to know who worked the other harder throughout said period, but the pharmacologist managed to earn the businessman’s respect and was offered the position.  She accepted it if only to further what she would be able to do for the sake of helping others.  Not to mention, Kimura’s obvious love for animals made her the best possible candidate to become the assistant of a man who took the well-being of his precious pet cat very seriously.
Personality:
Adorkable: Rather socially inept, with conspicuous tics that sometimes earn her odd looks; Seiko is provided with a surprisingly endearing vulnerability. Upon receiving praise regarding the effectiveness of her drugs, she tends to react with adorable glee. This has been noted by both her coworkers and superiors, although the latter have only caught a glimpse of that particular reaction before she returns to her usually serious facade.
Bunny-Ears Lawyer: In spite of Kimura’s pervasive personality quirks, such as the monotone speech and overall unnerving demeanour, she remains steadily occupied because she is just that good at what she does. Employers, co-workers and friends find themselves willing to overlook these so long as the job is properly finished. These quirks don’t seem to be intrinsic to her success, and only seem to trouble people who aren’t familiar with her.
Combat Medic: The designated healer by default as her proficiency in regards to producing medication is remarkable; however years of training in self-defence, particularly aimed towards street survival, have caused her to become something akin to a front-line general in harsh environments. Seiko is a skilled combatant who is more than capable of holding her own if the situation were to demand it.
Deadpan Snarker: Kimura is prone to sarcastic, occasionally bitter and sometimes whimsical remarks. She will definitely be there to deflate pomposity or point out the unlikelihood of certain plans while being deemed as a cynic by others. She partly resorts to sarcasm as (one of) the only sane women, but also seems incapable of avoiding it due to her insecurity of genuinely expressing thought or emotion.
Friend to All Living Things: Seiko has shown a love for living creatures that thoroughly bleeds into her trade and lifestyle from an early age. Although a compassionate person, she definitely seems to demand more of human beings as they are cognizant creatures. She cares for animals, particularly those used as test subjects, and personally accompanies both capture and release processes to make sure they aren’t harmed. She also makes a point of always trying to produce medicines that work for humans and animals alike.
Undying Loyalty: Kimura is characterised by her fidelity, as she shows an unselfish willingness to support friends in spite of their differences. She is a genuinely caring person that wants to help as many people as she can. Being soft-hearted, she often takes requests from others and firmly respects confidentiality if it were to be requested of her by someone. Because of her benevolent nature, she is very loyal and forgiving to people who are friendly or helpful towards her.
Biography: Although Seiko’s home life remains a mystery to date, her natural inclination towards the preparation of pharmaceutics in order to improve the lives of others has been her trademark since childhood. Her talents were what caused friendship between herself and the first friends she made to blossom, and she definitely seemed to lead a happy life in that particular respect. Kimura had gone to the same school as her friends all throughout elementary, middle and high school. Due to the fact that she was unable to eat the sweets her friend made due to the dangerous side effects that sugar causes when mixed with her medicine, she offered to help her any other way that she could.
After Kimura was accepted into a prestigious academy, being scouted due to her talent alongside her best friend and her boyfriend, she’d begun to realise that their friendship seemed to be a little too one-sided for her taste. Being hassled into eating the other’s confections in spite of Seiko repeatedly stating that it could have potentially fatal consequences for her certainly did not help stabilise a relationship which was already on shaky ground. The incident which caused a rift in their friendship, however, happened during their second high school year at the time of the practical exam, and ultimately caused their expulsion. Seiko and her friend both felt betrayed by one another in some way, placing the blame of expulsion upon each other.
It is unknown what exactly transpired between Seiko and her family, but she found herself homeless after being expelled. Without a place to go, the young pharmacist found a little hope in the form of three graduates of her school coming to her aid and taking her under their tutelage. She would make sure to take full advantage of this second chance, taking in every opportunity and bit of knowledge they provided for her. Upon graduation from pharmacology, several companies, both local and overseas, expressed interest in employing her. However, her interest was drawn in by the company which showed the most promise, Astoria’s Medical Research Team. Kimura saw a great realm of possibilities in them, although her wariness towards Project Omnitron and those directly involved with it is something she keeps well concealed.  Call it a gut feeling.
Her contributions to the Research Team have been numerous, particularly in the improvement of efficiency regarding administrable medication. Which is exactly the reason she decided to join: in order to improve the quality of life of others. Recently she was requested to fill in as Mr. Han’s assistant, a job she takes just as seriously as her role as a researcher. It’s a little complicated, but someone has to do it.
Moral Alignment: Neutral good. Seiko is willing to do the best that she, as a good person, can do. She retains her integrity due to the fact she does not feel beholden to Astoria’s Medical Research Team and is undeniably devoted to helping others in whatever way she possibly can.  She would never knowingly harm an innocent or murder another person for selfish motives.  Although Kimura is, overall, a law-abiding citizen, she is not against breaking the law if the outcome of it will result in more good

Umeko OC LIZ APP
Activity Level: 7-9
Your Name: Liz Contact Blog: Tumblr: aphtheworldtwinkle Twitter: liiiiiiizzzz Your Age: 21 Pronouns: She/Her Triggers: HEAVY Gore Discord:
Media and Entertainment Research Director
Name: Umeko Kogu
Series:
Age: 29
What are their goals as media and entertainment research director?: Umeko’s plan for the Media and Entertainment Research team is to continue as it has, but to attempt much larger scale research within the field, such as large scale performances by musical talents or perhaps even worldwide tours to gather information from outside as well. However, while many people follow her and respect her a director, she does not have much credibility. For reasons still unknown to her, her father had some influence on the decision of Umeko becoming the director of the department.
Sector They Live in: Sector 2
Place of Residence: Paraiba Downtown, Sector 2
Personality:
Umeko is a very UNAPPROACHABLE person. She is very serious in all of her work, since their work affects all of Astoria. The Media Research Team must maintain a positive image to keep the people happy with the media they create. Therefore, Umeko doesn’t really care about making friends as she works, her aura being quite menacing.
Umeko is an extremely BLUNT and STRAIGHTFORWARD person. Mixing words is not her hobby. If there is something she wants to say, she will always say it and mean it, whether positive or negative. She never says anything behind someone’s back. That just ends in people being angry and isn’t worth her time.
Umeko is EXTREMELY INTELLIGENT. She topped her classes all throughout her schooling, and never missed a year on the Dean’s list during her time in University. Her knowledge is in science and business, but she is also quite good with math. The more logical subjects are her favorite.
Umeko is also very QUIET. She doesn’t really talk to anyone unless she needs to. Work is a different matter, but in her personal life, she hardly talks to anyone. Sure, she might be lonely. But, that is always how Umeko lived her life.
Umeko is a very COMPASSIONATE person when someone deserves it, in her eyes. Kindness and favors are not required, but they are earned. If someone constantly breaks the rules but then needs a bailout, she will not give them what they need and let them fall. But if someone is successful and follows the rules, Umeko does not mind helping them when they are down and in a pinch.
Biography: Umeko was born into a rich family. Her father a world famous surgeon, known in Astoria as one of the best. Umeko did not know much about her father’s work. She only knew that he spent long hours away from home everyday, and when he was at home, he often was too busy and locked himself in his office and work from home. There was never enough hours in the day for him, therefore, he left all the childcare to their housekeeper. After all, her mother was not around anymore. Umeko’s mother passed away when she was very young, most likely from illness. Umeko always believed her father hated her, since he was always reminded of the woman he was not able to save. Therefore, she was shut out from his life, but his name always lurked around her like dark grey clouds.
She grew up under the eye of the family housekeeper, but mostly did growing on her own. Because of her family name, she was often pushed on some high pedestal. People always compared her to her father. She always said it never bothered her, but she always hated being compared to someone who never recognized her. Growing up in his shadow is what she came accustomed to, even if she hated the man.
Her school life was nothing special in her eyes. She attended Winterhaven Academy. She was an excellent student. Extremely smart and always on time. She never missed an assignment, aced all of her tests, and kept on top of all her deadlines. The staff loved her, and her classmates always asked her for help when they didn’t understand anything. However, she was not a very sociable person. Conversations were always kept short and to the point. Umeko was not very good at understanding other people, even though she often tried to make a friend. But, it always fell short. People usually avoided her unless they needed help. After all, Umeko was at the top of her class.
She graduated from Winterhaven with many accomplishments, being accepted to Amythyst School of Business. She was trying to stray from her father’s field of medicine, really. She could have gone to any college anywhere in the world, but chose to stay in Astoria. Umeko was offered an internship with the Media Research Team, only taking up on it to have her own money and to do something with her time. It was known her father was a well known surgeon in the Medical Team, and Umeko sometimes worried she was only given the opportunity because of her father’s role. However, even with such a present thought, she continued to work in the department, filling whatever role she was given.
3 years after she graduated from Amythyst, now age 27, the previous director of the Media and Entertainment Team retired. Umeko didn’t honestly care. She had made her way up since being an intern, now working full time in the Team. While she did lead a handful of small projects, she never really was interested in leading the entire department. Though… In the few weeks after, rumors began to float around.
“Apparently they’re going to choose someone within the department to be the next Director!”
“Who else could be other than Kogu? She is famous, after all.”
“No one should get their hopes up, since Kogu has the position already. Her dad will get her in.”
She never really cared about the rumors, until one day, she received an email from the main offices. For some reason, something within her felt that dark grey cloud that loomed over her for so long cover her once more. Within a few hours, she was meeting with a board of other directors. All of them acted too familiar. They asked her if she was interested in taking the next step and being the Director. She, of course, said yes, but asked them what qualified her for the position. With a laugh, their responses were typical. But… Umeko had this feeling something else was the case.
That night, she called her father for the first time in years. She asked him simply, “Did you recommend me for it?”
“Of course. You are a smart girl, and I believe you would have been best for the position.” Her father responded with an out of character chuckle. “It is in yours and my best interest that you take this position, Umeko. You are my daughter, after all.”
She hung up on him, of course. So, it was his influence that got her this position. Her father was the reason she had any success in life. She hated him. She hated her father.
But… She thought about it. Perhaps this could be her chance. If she did take this position… She could perhaps make her own name, and pull away from her father’s grey cloud. She could change the Media Research Team into something that actually meant something in SilverTech, not just a joke department.
So, she took the position with these intentions. Soon, the Media Research Team grew more and more, their work more valuable than ever to SilverTech. More and more studies were being done, and their Entertainment volunteers were producing decent results. Many thought she only got the position after her father’s influence in the beginning, but have begun to come around. No one really questions what she decides, anyways. Orders are orders.
Umeko, now age 29, has found her place in the Media Research Team, and is working on more projects to develop more results to better Astoria. She lives in Paraiba Downtown in Sector 2 with her two cats, Mashiro and Kuroko.
Moral Alignment: Lawful Neutral. Umeko believes there must be order in this world. Those who need punished must be without question. This world and the team she runs would fall into chaos if there were no order in it. .

Summer got this position after studying her last two years in college to become a representative. Her teacher made it very clear that Summer would be good for the job, she wasn’t easily swayed by bribes and she actually cared for the people in her sector. After graduating she waited about a year before she was accepted to become the next representative.
What are their intentions? What do they plan to accomplish for their Sector while acting as its Representative?
Summer’s intentions are that she wants to do right by the people, she wants to take what they say into consideration and she wants to make sure that Sector 03 is even better than before. She plans to accomplish better schools and universities not to mention more protection for the historical preservation. Summer worked hard for this position and she promises to make sure nothing gets overlooked.
Personality:
Reliable: Summer is extremely reliable, she is the kind of person who helps someone move, or she would house sit while you went on vacation. She also has been known to bring people soup when they are sick. Summer has always been the kind and caring person that if you moved in next door to her she brings you homemade dinner and cookies.
Patient: Growing up with two older brothers who got into a lot a trouble made Summer a very patient person. She has never been the kind of person to raise her voice or get frustrated, she takes the time to listen to someone and if they struggle to express themselves she is right there waiting and offering encouraging smiles and actions. Summer will take her time unless certain buttons are pushed.
Excitable: Summer tends to get excited over the little things in life. She finds the joys in meeting a new friend, the smell of rain, having a conversation with someone and even being asked questions. She isn’t the kind of person to be brought down easily; she looks for that silver lining in a dark situation.
Devoted: Summer is the type of woman that once she has her mind set on something it’s not easy for her to back down so easily. In fact, it’s her devotion to her sector that she was able to become a representative. She didn’t give up even when she wasn’t chosen for the spot the first time, hence why she applied for the position again. She can always be seen giving 110 percent.
Stubborn: While Summer has good personality traits, her flaw is that she is very stubborn. If she believes in a cause she will fight for it and she will make sure she gets her way. This was something that was obvious while she was in school, especially when kids would pick fights with her or tease her. She has never been one to back down without a fight, if you believe in the cause then she demands you fight for it.
Biography:
Summer grew up in a very reserved household, she wasn’t allowed a cell phone until she was well into her late teens, and most of her online access was restricted to only educational websites. Her grandparents had moved from Germany to Astoria when they were in their twenty’s, her parents, Diana and Henrie, had met each other in college and were quick to marry.
Summer wasn’t the first born, her parents had two sons before her, she is the baby of the family hence why she had so many restrictions while growing up. Her parents weren’t so much worried about their sons as they were their daughter, the boys could protect themselves; they were worried Summer wouldn’t be able to protect herself in the same manner.
As a child Summer would follow her older brothers, Jaune and Roman, out on their adventures; her brothers weren’t a fan of dragging their kid sister along so they would often leave her in the middle of their game of hide and seek and leave her behind. That didn’t deter the young girl, she was very patient and would wait hours upon hours for her brothers to find her. They never did.
Even after her parents found out what her brothers did she never held against them, she just assumed it was a part of the game. She spent most of her childhood learning to cook/bake and how to better help her family.
When Summer was enrolled into the private academy, her parents were ecstatic to find out that they actually didn’t have to worry too much about their naive daughter. Even though she was kind and sweet when pushed too far it was made very clear that she does indeed have a backbone. She was sent to the headmaster’s office once for getting into a fight with some kids who were abusing a dog, her parents didn’t scold her, in fact, they were proud, now they wouldn’t worry too much.
Summer enrolled into Astoria University and she found her calling to be her Sector’s Rep. She had one teacher who had stressed to her that she could make the sector better than it already was. So she worked hard to study and after a few recommendations from her favorite teachers, she was able to become the rep shortly after she graduated. It took her about a year before she was finally accepted to become Sector 03 Rep and she is excited to be able to learn what changes she can make so the people in Sector 03 are happy and nothing is overlooked.
Summer has been the rep for about a year now and she’s doing the best she can and she wants the best for Astoria.
Moral Alignment: Neutral Good- Summer is Neutral Good; she tends to make sure she’s not doing anything illegal or something that could potentially put her in danger. She has been known to get into a bit of trouble from time to time but that’s just blissful ignorance. She sometimes will make decisions based on the situation on hand.
