My journey with bi polar
Thanks so much! My name is kate winterink and i have bi polar disorder. My message to everybody with the same problem that its not always a bad thing. You can still have a positive lifestyle with an illness like bipolar. I was in the same shoes and now im living a positive lifestyle and i give back to people by volunteering at my local food bank
