Hi, I’m Aaron, In my childhood, my Grandpa and Grandma always cook omellete egg for me and my siblings, I first tasted this dish is when I was 7 years old, Since then we actually liked it. I remember when my Grandma woke us up and Grandpa was preparing the food because my Granpa is a better cook that my Grandma.

The recipe of the dish is so simple just like and ordinary omllete it has onion,garlic ,pepper, butter and salt but it is cooked with love. My grandpa once said “The secret ingredient in cooking is love”. I can propably eat ommelete everyday, It becomes my favorite food to eat because it is delicious and easy to prepare.

My grandpa died in 2012 I mourn when I heard the news, Now no one will cook for us every morning I miss him so much there is no one like grandpa’s omellete egg. I feel nostalgia everytime I eat omelette eggs, I remember him and my childhood. For now I cook omelette egg for my siblings and for my grandma.
