"I know what they have to do. I also know what they'll want to do." He nodded. "I just want what they have to do done, I'm trusting you with this." Richie was going to let Bobbi take him in, but he wasn't going to be happy about it. 

"I don't want you to end up with your ass on the line because of me Bobbi, I'll go." He didn't sound happy about it, and glanced over to his little buddy Backpack. Who was sitting by the couch with the camera out recording the gameplay from his spot. "I'll even take Backpack, but they aren't disassembling him, no way in Hell."

"Did I fall asleep?" -displaced-genius

"No I knocked you out with a dose of fast acting antihistamines cause you were being obnoxious." The blonde said sarcastically, not looking up from the video game she was playing. 

"Yeah you fell asleep, hard, like I tried to wake you when the pizza showed up, but nothin."

"I've been stuck in a lab before. Sure I was sedated almost the whole time, but I remember bits and pieces. I don't want to go through that again." His focus was on the game even though other parts of his mind were wandering.

"I'll let you take me in for a physical and new glasses, but I'm not consenting to being anybody's lab rat. I'm still a person. Sometimes scientists forget that." He knew Bobbi wasn't one of those people, but he felt like he needed to just say it. He knew full well he was guilty of it, but just on paper and never with a real live person.

"Did I fall asleep?" -displaced-genius

"No I knocked you out with a dose of fast acting antihistamines cause you were being obnoxious." The blonde said sarcastically, not looking up from the video game she was playing. 

"Yeah you fell asleep, hard, like I tried to wake you when the pizza showed up, but nothin."

"If you can promise me they won't turn me into a guinea pig." He was reluctant to let her drag him around but he supposed if it was for the best then he'd let her do it. "I've almost got enough saved up for glasses. The ID thing is still troublesome. I can do it I just don't entirely think it's legal." Richie was trying to make it seem less important than it was.

He got up to get the pizza and drinks and glanced over towards her from the fridge. "You sure you wanna pay? I mean, once I have a solid ID I can just make it a few paydays and take care of it all."

"No I knocked you out with a dose of fast acting antihistamines cause you were being obnoxious." The blonde said sarcastically, not looking up from the video game she was playing. 

"Yeah you fell asleep, hard, like I tried to wake you when the pizza showed up, but nothin."

"Yeah, serious disconnect." Richie smiled slightly. "It's hard, but I'm getting used to it. This guy, Ry, he got a doctor to look at me when I ran into him the first time and it was pneumonia. That's better and I'm already feeling a lot better overall when it comes to health. Just some breathing problems that don't bother me too much." The blond took his glasses off and very carefully started to clean them on his shirt.

He had to be careful not to damage them more than they already were. "Yeah, sure. You have any root beer?" Richie only really drank when he was overly nervous or upset, and that wasn't a situation that he was in when just hanging out with Bobbi for pizza and games.

"Never even heard of it." He shrugged and raised a brow. Really? Emotional connection? "Then again there's movies here that I didn't have back home and places to eat there that aren't here." Richie felt the need to remind Bobbi f this just so she wouldn't give him that weird look whenever he was surprised about something.

"I like it either way. Hot or cold. But it is a bit better when it's hot."

Richie nodded with a stifled yawn. "Going back to the books?" He didn't sound all that familiar with the franchise, but that wasn't going to stop him from trying this game out. He caught the controller and was immediately starting to familiarize himself with the controls.

"I appreciate it, keeping the pizza warm I mean." He grinned a little bit at her as he worked himself back to full consciousness.

"Is there still pizza left?" He mumbled sleepily, starting to get up from the awkward position he'd fallen asleep in. "What're you playing?"

It didn't look like any game he'd seen, but he reasoned that it was probably because he hadn't paid much attention to games lately. "Can it do co-op?" The blond pushed up the old damaged glasses. He'd almost saved enough for a new pair and overall he was getting his shit together. Just, a few bumps left in the road.
