I took my PADI open water 35 yrs ago and I will never forget the first time I went down and discovered the real world! Actually that moment have helped me throw life many times.
All of you that have tried diving know what I am talking about. Once you tried it you will never forget it and at least I can’t stop it. Every where I go I try to take a dive or two.

Reeformer forever....
As much as I love to party and go crazy, just as much I love all kind of sports. A peaceful meditation (I have to do daily to have balance in my life) or a powerful yoga...or an amazing day on ski (where you get all red in the face:-) or an exciting hike with friends.... or a long swim in the ocean....
But last year I tried reeformer for the first time and since that day I have at least gone 2-4 times a week. I just love it. What I really like with reefomer is the mindfulness breathing at the same time you use your body and focus on each muscle in your body. It is just a great awareness of each movement and I don’t have time to think of shopping, grocery, kids etc. If you haven’t tried it please do......

My next trip will go to......
Stockholm! One of the moste beautiful cities in Scandinavia. The best period of visiting Stockholm is from May to September or just in December for Christmas.
You should not be surprised, if you are young and good looking the probably ask you to show your ID for knowing your age when buying alcohol. You have to be 21 when buying at “Systembolaget” the special boutique for alcohol. Some bars and restaurant you will get away with just the age of 18.
A must is the restaurant PA http://paco.se/ and then take it from there friends.....

You don’t need a special occasion to drink champagne. I love champagne and I think it is so much nicer to invite a friend over a glas of champagne than a cup of coffee.
