Today, the 20th, we made a lot of progress on the upcoming releases.

The Vebeatarian Tape, it was to be the first mixtape from the project. It was scrapped. It was included on the as of now, unreleased, 2nd vault post. That's set to drop next month. But ironically, or not, this post is about it. There's a very high likely hood this might be unshelved. If it were it'll essentially be a beat tape made by the vegetarian.

Should more release here are some future title ideas. I wanted to jot some of them down here

I'm not sure if I'll ever get to finish Minimalistic Harmonics. I'd love to, but time will tell. In the mean time here's the sheet I wrote for the track Conducted Improv intended for that album. Dated 3.14.25

So it's 5 fast forward, 1.5 stop, 3 rewind, 9 play, 6 aggro, 3 rain then 4 slow, 15 fire, 12 thunder cocaine, 7 calm trip, 4.5 cowboy

I might make another of these pictograms for compositional chance. The issue would be getting people to perform the pieces.

That being said I should note the point of the peice is left up to chance, certain words invoke specific images, but everyone has a different perception. Improvise according to either how you feel, what you think or both. Play that. The measures can be chosen ahead of time, the time signature or not. That is also up to the interpreter. There is also the option of performing it free of the pictogram diagram if you wanna go in blind

Update For The New Year (The Second Draft Post UnEarthed)

Though I don’t have definite dates here are some that I want to promote. It should also be noted a new release was just dropped the 26th of December. It turned out quite nicely. There is a plan to release The Asian Lobo2my sometime this year, release another collaboration single/ep for sure. There is also plan to finish Minimalistic Harmonics and hopefully that'll be done around April or March. There is a possibility of releasing a new album done entirely of songs written by someone new, with overdubs by the originator, or maybe not. As the project is, it is intended to release experiments to further sharper your skills. It's fun, it's daring, it's for the inner child inside of you that wants to play with rules and bend and break and have total disregard. It is also meant to grow and grow and continue to grow.

What in any reason would I re-release the Johnny Torpedo album?

I guess I was reminiscing and wanted to drop it. With some slight edits, but more or less true to the original mix of the release.

Covers from the Vault # 1

I wanted to post some album covers I had made for the project for unreleased, unfinished or even un-started ones. All of these date to prior to 2020. Tbh if memory serves nothing here is newer than 2018.

Bæ / Bœ is a record cover that was made in 2013. All I got for this is the cover. I kinda wanna make the album now after re discovering the cover.

VTN is the only one that was made post 2018. This was made more recently and was fun to make A slick way of dodging the self titled album title.

ļÇȨ was just a cover. I don't think it made it to a release date or even anything beyond the cover concept. The cover was made between 2013 and 2015. It was As much as I like the cover, I don't think I'd release it now. I already made my ice release with The AVC Companion Extended Play. Plus certain people in certain positions, I feel, have taken a word for icey cold and cubes in the winter and turned it's association to negativity. I'm taking in a round about way to say the politicians have made me not want to make this record.

The Asian Lobotomy 3 planned for a 2017 release date. A 3 hour long voice only sound collage that I still have a lot of the recordings for. This later evolved into another cover and became a slotted TAL.09. The closest thing I've released to a fair comparison is the final trackbon the recent Noise Music. release which featured soke recording that were later planned to be used for this record.

Vegan was planned for multiple release dates. I can't tell you when I first thought of it or even when I first made this cover. The most recent date was 2020 but I knew the idea came before that. The record has had a track recorded for it before it was scrapped. The most recent slotted date for release I have listed is April 17th, 2021. I still wanna make this, I just don't really have a clear direction outside of this was going to be Meat the Vegetarian but then ReHeating the Vegetarian was like a re-introduction to the first record with other people playing on it. IDK. The title comes from my desire to never truly release a self titled record from the project.

Torpedo, Johnny planned for a 2015 release date. It was to be album #22 with Castonette's are attacking the Prez and Left by The Drain II preceding and following respectively. It was to be a sequel to the original album.

♭♯♮ ฿₢₣ № ₧ ♭♯♮ was planned for 2019. The title and sound was inspired by GSYBE!. There was a single place holder track recorded but nothing more. This was to be the 39th release from the project.

Erweiterte Penis EP was planned for a 2013 release. Nothing was recorded for it. Sadly nothing was recorded for it

The Asian Lobo2my was planned for a 2015 release. Eventually pushed back to a February 13th, 2016 release date. Obviously it was never made. This would be a 3 hour track with multiple long sections much like the original. See the 1st was almost completely silence. With a few things thrown in here and there. If I were to release this, I could do the single 3 hour track but this would broken up into a sound collage. The tricky part would be keeping it interesting.

댄 & The Vegetarian was planned for a December 2015 release date. The album never had anything recorded for it. The collaboration singles were to be released yearly until I figured out the rock sound I wanted for this album.

Minimalistic Harmonics was planned for an April 11th, 2015 release date. This was to be, and will still be, a more serious venture into minimalism and modern classical music.

Finally, The First Official Live Album! was planned for a August 20th, 2016 release date. I recorded two backing tracks to play over for this. I was gonna record infront of an audience with multiple computers and had the mixing all set up in my head. Sadly it never came to be buy I'd love to do it still.

Thė Öútśįdër: Thē Çhrōñíčles Õf à Mæń Ïñ Łîmbö Øf Łóbòtømÿ Åñd Äsïâń was planned for a 2016 release date. This was to be the conclusion to the series and I've debated coming back and making it better. I feel some of the ideas were later perfected or realized on Exotic Impressions.

So, some work for t2pma has been done the last few days along with multiple remixes and additions of the upcoming singles. With exception to last minute overdubs/additions they should be done by next weekend. I'm also beginning work for the 3rd single coming in June 2026. The A side will get a video sometime in October.

Work for Castonettes might start as well. A double album with multiple stories and one offs. Atm I'm planning on maybe 20 tracks give or take. Shooting for an unofficial 2027 release date. I like this blog format. Good for posting future ideas for record keeping

Run From the Music, Before You Start to Like It / Besides - 8.9.25

This is the incomplete single covers to the newly announced, BLR.0114 and BLR.PS.0005, Run From the Music, Before You Start to Like It / Besides. Dropping August 9th, 2025. In promotion of the 2nd Pop Music Album, there will be 6 releases preceeding and following the records release. Starting in May of 2025 with I Eye ¡Ay! / An Oye Ance (The Sequel is Near) single. A Music video was also released for the A side. That brings us to Part 2. A video for one of these lucky tracks may be released. Following in November prt 3 will be a Music video for the album track Grippy. Then in January 2026 another album track video for Mr. Poopie will drop. Prt 5 is the album coming February 7th, 2026. Concluding in June with the final non album track single which has tet to be named.

This is a lot of fun and I'd love to do more of this. Don't forget about Farmer Logs coming in September and ReHeating the Vegetarian in November.

I wanted to post this, because I was in the fence about it. There are some left overs, and some newer tracks, enough to make Avant Continuations. This would be a direct sequel to Avant Conversation Pieces. The reason I'm on the fence is theres enough material is recorded or produced to make a new album. With just the spoken word and overdubs needed. Realistically the album could be done and out by the end of this year. Theres even an album cover made for the record.

Part of my hesitation is I enjoy how the Ep is a great evolution for a follow up to the record. I also like the mirroring of a trilogy with 4 parts, like the Mole Trilogy with Intermission being an EP following the first record. The 3rd being Industrial Expressions being the 4th overall. Each doing something different but continuing the process and evolving it and expanding as well. I mean if we're being completely honest that's how the projects always been. Each album is either a new approach or an evolution of the ideas of the previous or a prior record. Deviation is nessicary, so why go back so soon. It's only been 5 years and I'd rather work on TIEoTV as the next in that lane or record. I'll have to make a post on how the records are grouped together. But that's for another time.

I also feel like it'd be more productive to use some more of these for T2PMA. Some of the tracks I had made for the continuation pieces, or more correctly set aside for, have been reassigned to 2PMA related releases. I like the idea of making videos, non album/alternate version singles along side album releases. Something I have been doing and plan to do for The Second Popular Music Album leading to, and following it's release. I guess it ultimately comes down to if I could make it better or not really. Or rather what comes out of those left overs that I just haven't come back to yet.

I didn't forget about the Farmers Logs either. I'm hoping to finish that up this or early next month. This is a very productive period in my life, and I feel I need to take advantage of it. So what ultimately comes of Avant Continuations idk, but here's the cover.

After 3 years, I did it, I finished the record. Planned originally for 2021 as a follow up to ACP. Taking inspiration from non western music there may be another to come... someday. I actually enjoy this record and think it's best front to back as a listen. Grouped in sort of sections I had different approaches to how I made it happen. A far cry from the original idea, it's better that way. Fits the project better. Feels more unique. Sets itself apart from the others. Give it a listen, if you dare.

I've really been looking for something to update about. I could post about new ideas I have, for videos or releases. I could post about unreleased or scrapped album covers for the project. I could post new artworks I might use, or even just to make fake records too. Idk, I think there's something I could post about but I'm not aware.... of.... what to say..... I could post a new link to maybe. We'll see how this goes over. Ha, no on reads. But that's fine. I like it that way. Less attention means more creative freedom from lack of expectation.

I could do a post about the mission statement of the project. I know I wrote it down somewhere. Oh also the new video for Grand Pappy and Jed off The Poorly Written Poetic Devices is out. Premired at midnight

May 4th, 2025 is one for the books. The first ever Vegetarian music video is out. For the new singles a side. Check it out, and the single too. There's another track, the B side, and that has some information. Some cryptic lyrics to decipher to inform you of something relating to this project. The video doesn't, it was shot as a photo shoot for a single cover and used for the video.

Now this brings forth the question, will there be more. The short answer is yes, of course. While nothing specific has been recorded or chosen, there has been some footage filmed and drafted.

Nothing special from the project yet to say for certain is coming but there are plans. That's for sure.

On May 3rd, 2025

The new single in the proper single series will be released, I Eye ¡Ay / An Oye Ance (The Sequel is Near). Released to announce the planned February 2026 release of The Second Popular Music Album by The Vegetarian. The single features two tracks in a vein of what is going on there.
