Week 1 - About Me

My name is Danny Vincent and I’m 22. I just moved here to Milwaukee from northern Illinois and I’m already loving the city. I am a transfer student so this is my first semester at UWM. I am majoring in IST with the intent of working with web design or app development. I took this class because I would like to improve my design capabilities for use in creating web and phone applications in the future and it fulfilled my art requirement. I take inspiration from seeing poorly designed things in the world and thinking to myself that someone gets paid to create those things and I know I could do better so there’s a chance for me. I recently purchased a vinyl for the new Pvris album - Use Me. While the design of the album art is appealing the main reasons for purchasing it is the design of their sound. They have been growing in their maturity as a group and it shows in their music.
