That was her limit of her from backing out of helping someone for ‘free’. The half-elf seemed to ‘smile’, totally not angry when doing so as she placed a hand on his hand. “Let me explain this with simple words, pretty-face.” She gripped his hand very tightly, more at a certain spot like how someone would do in karate- but only to force him to let go of her. If she could be successful, she’d most likely twist his arm behind himself and make him fall, soon being followed by her keeping said arm on his back and one of her knees pressed against a part of his body to immobilize him- or at least until he is calm enough. “I don’t know where the hell your daughter is, and at this point we are just losing time. And you know what..? Unless you don’t calm down, and let me do my part to help, you can go get someone else to help you because I’m out.” She glared down at him, tone and expression clearly showing anger.

The half-elf, who was wandering and looking around the streets for any possible item that may catch her attention, didn’t seem to notice someone approaching her- or most likely, run, until it was late for her to notice the sound of someone running. Her reaction was slow, only managing to move to her side as she fell, landing like that without being successful in doing a roll-like kind of action. As soon as that happened, Sylsariph took a small yet sharp breath, letting out a low cuss. “You should pay more attention to where you are going. Things like this can tend to cause troub-“ She stopped as soon as she gazed at the orca, perhaps..unfamiliar with his appearance. She pushed aside the lil intrigue, and although she wasn’t fine with the situation at all, she’d most likely show a bit of concern for his wellbeing. “..Are you okay? I don’t think I ever saw you around this place before, nor someone of your species yet, that is-“

“..Look. I’m not assuming she could be at that place, but there could be a chance of someone from there having any useful information. Knowing where certain buildings of this place are located could be useful for you too, since you could get things for your daughter if she likes being between humans and other species, or just things that exist in this place.” She spoke kind of slowly, her tone being somewhat serious at that point. Perhaps, her patience was on the limit..? Either way, she stared mostly at his eyes, doing her best to not grip his wrist tightly nor go for any of her blades kind of weapons- more say anything that could be threatening, of course. Although, she did kind of return the glare. Sure, she doesn’t really know when a place isn’t for children at all but, she wouldn’t say anything about herself either way. “I know what I do, and I don’t wish for things to turn out rather..violent, nor add things to what you already had to experience. If she isn’t there, nor anyone has anything useful to find her, then we will check the library. If not there, then around the forest. There’s also the possibility of her being back home, with a friend of hers or someone of the family, but whatever the case is, I can get some help and information from places, and get back to you with her or at least make sure that she returns back home safely.” She took a small breath, not seeming to be afraid of him, or at least not caring that much about her situation at the moment. “So..if you excuse me, I’d kindly like you to let go of me.” She might not repeat this kind of comment next time depending on things, but at least she could finish her speech like that.

“Weellll-“ She took a bit to think. Honestly, she wasn’t planning on doing that for free, but she supposed they could look for her while visiting some places. “To your second question, of course! I can’t just do nothing to help without at least trying. Now, for your first question..well, I thought we could check the tavern first. It isn’t really too far away from where we are.”

She nodded, smiling a bit. “Of course! It’s the least I can do, though I’d love to visit your place someday. Anyways..Human’s ears are round, and Elves’s ears are pointy. As for half-elves, which is my case, our ears are still pointy but more..round. Then there are humanoid dragons, kobolds, fairies aand more species that’d make this take a while to both say and explain, so yeah-” She gestured him to follow her, making sure to walk slow as she lets out a thoughtful hum. “I don’t believe I ever introduced myself to you.. Name’s Sylsariph, Sylsariph Krimythe, pleasure to be your acquaintance.”

She listened, the word ‘mafia’ catching her attention rather than the rest of info. She knew that means something very dangerous, but then again..there could be gems and stuff- she did a small nod to show that she was listening. “Oh, Really? That’s- actually..I shouldn’t say much about species’s traditions but, hey- maybe I will visit that place and sign in as a babysitter or something, maybe I will have some luck to get a job. ..Besiiides- I’d be able to treat you whenever you get hurt! Still though, it’s hard to understand some things.” She was blunt enough, even showing a bit of interest. “Oh and..about the whole ‘human’ thing- I might have to teach you how to know someone’s species by their appearance, if you’d like to know. Or anything land stuff, really.”

“Easy now- that’s okay and everything just-“ The half-elf sighed, having a small sweat on her left cheek. If this were to be up to her, she’d most likely choose the option of leaving the problem to solve to someone else, but none of her new team are here. She carefully wiped his tears with her hands, only to then give him a comfort hug and a few soft pats to the back. “Your wife sounds er..controlling, I guess? I wouldn’t know if that kind of family stuff is common in your species or what but, if you are treated that way, Why don’t you look for some help? Your family or someone else could have helped you- or support you for it to not be that bad- but, if it is of any comfort, you are welcome to explore around these places to distract yourself from whatever happens there.”

Sylsariph narrowed her eyes for a moment, finding this a bit..odd, perhaps. She placed her hands on his cheeks, squishing them a few times softly. “You worry too much.” She stated during that, her tone seeming to be serious enough, but only for that comment. “That will ruin that pretty face of yours if you keep worrying like that.” She added, it being a lil compliment in a way, with a tone that was kind of lighthearted.

She lets out a faint hum as she listened, perhaps thinking for a bit. Dangerous things can indeed happen and all that stuff but..hm, being that blunt to him wouldn’t make things better. “Well..it is true that seeing someone of your species isn’t common as far as I know, and there could be paladins and guards somewhere, so they should do their job well with the whole helping, guiding and all that. And keeping in mind what you said earlier..” She paused for a bit, struggling for a brief moment to know what else she can say. “I believe she will be fine since she seems to be someone quite brave. Say..I don’t believe I ever got to know your name, nor your specie’s name.” She finished that like that, doing a small attempt to change of subject even if it is only for a bit, and in part to see if that helps in anything.

She shook her head, carefully placing a hand on his head to momentarily rest there. “Just trust me this time, Okay? It won’t help you in anything to look around for your daughter in your current status, less if you want to find her quick. I understand the situation, and I’m willing to help you as long as I can, but I need you to calm down first.”

“Ah- don’t worry- I assure you, I don’t mean any harm nor have any grudges against you for what happened, Sir.” She gave him a reassuring smile, taking this calmly. She also stood up slowly, as she continued listening, not bothering to fix the lil mistake for now. “Oh my-“ She managed to say, showing surprise at first. She was well aware that she can’t really..help that much but maybe, she can get something from this if it is a job. “I promise you, we will find her before your wife can find that out. But first things first, take deep and gentle breaths and focus on that, maybe count 5 colors you see, things and stuff too. You are going to be okay, she is going to be okay and safe.” She continued with the reassurance, showing a hand in an attempt to offer him pats, but making sure that her hand isn’t too close to him.

Species: Humanoid Dragon
Class: Sorcerer • Draconic Bloodline • Monk.
Height: 6’8
Age: 17

Background:
• Soldier: War has been your life for as long as you care to remember. Height: 5’0
Age: 22

Background:
• Noble: You understand wealth, power, and privilege. You carry a noble title, and your family owns land, collects taxes, and wields significant political influence. You might be a pampered aristocrat unfamiliar with work or discomfort, a former merchant just elevated to the nobility, or a disinherited scoundrel with a disproportionate sense of entitlement. Or you could be an honest, hard-working landowner who cares deeply about the people who live and work on your land, keenly aware of your responsibility to them.
How she talks: “This”
Tumblr media

Gender: Female

• Criminal/Spy: You are an experienced criminal with a history of breaking the law. You have spent a lot of time among other criminals and still have contacts within the criminal underworld. How she talks: “This”
Tumblr media

Species: Tabaxi
Class: Rogue • Combat Assassin.
Height: 6’8
Age: 24
Gender: Female
Background:
• Criminal: You eked out a living in dark alleyways, cutting purses or burgling shops. Perhaps you were part of a small gang of like-minded wrongdoers who looked out for each other. Or maybe you were a lone wolf, fending for yourself against the local thieves’ guild and more fearsome lawbreakers.
How she talks: She is unable to speak, but she will either do gestures or use the sign language to communicate with others.
Tumblr media

You act as an intermediary between the realm of the holy and the mortal world, performing sacred rites and offering sacrifices in order to conduct worshipers into the presence of the divine. You are not necessarily a cleric—performing sacred rites is not the same thing as channeling divine power.
How she talks: “This”
Tumblr media

• Haunted One: You are haunted by something so terrible that you dare not speak of it. You’ve tried to bury it and run away from it, to no avail. Whatever this thing is that haunts you can’t be slain with a sword or banished with a spell. It might come to you as a shadow on the wall, a bloodcurdling nightmare, a memory that refuses to die, or a demonic whisper in the dark. The burden has taken its toll, isolating you from most people and making you question your sanity. You must find a way to overcome it before it destroys you.
