He didn't take time from Merrily, given the first ep aired around the time he won his Tony, (and Merrily won their Tonys) expecting him to take time from the show would be wild. There is more than enough plot happening without needing to add him to the mix (aka give him his own episode again you cowards), but there is plenty of reasons for them to allude to 1. him surviving/ super hell being... reinstated? or whatever I guess since they are gonna have to save the universe lol. And the Doctor just using his big ol' brain and remembering how gay he was for that man and deciding his new mission is to find him and thank him for saving him from heterosexuality

Will Rogue play a significant role in next week's Doctor Who episode? Because I was curious, I checked on filming dates and potential conflicts. Jonathan Groff was in Merrily We Roll Along in New York from September 19, 2023 to July 7, 2024. That encompasses the whole time Doctor Who was shooting this current season- from what I can see, shooting ran from October 23, 2023 to May 25, 2024. Certainly Jonathan could have taken a few days off from the show to go film Who, but it's very likely that green screen Rogue is all we will get this season. I can't immediately find if Jonathan took planned time off from Merrily, but someone could go post on r/Broadway if they're curious- I'm sure someone there would remember.

Well lets think about this, he transmitted his image *somehow* right... Who knows what kinda tech they have in superhell, and the world was collapsing... dude was too busy saving 15 from heterosexuality to worry about the picture quality. and like it was probably filmed in some random secret room in NYC given that Jonathan is rather busy at the moment.

considering all the money that probably went into that skeleton dinosaur I don’t understand why rogue’s scene looked like it was filmed using a tiktok filter

i wasn't really paying attention to that scene until the balcony and I was still not really paying attention because I was lamenting on him having all these moments and now there's a pretty man in front of him and I didn't think they would go there but they diiiddd.

are they gonna go there with benedict? ARE THEY

People are already objecting to Eloise's future match since it would be a POC who has to die in order to 'portay two white people being happy' (you get the gist... not to mention her role in polin so i've seen people reason that's 4 white people finding happiness after the poc dies...) ... So the likihood of things being switched around a little was already high for Francesca too. (Killing off two pocs would be a problem tbh.)

I will obsessively watch and enjoy this season of Bridgerton but I don't think I can participate in the fandom after this. Polin was my ride or die. And Nic and Luke did a beautiful job of bringing that story to fruition. So I'm thrilled that I have that.

I can only imagine the discourse the fandom will be in after those reveals. To have Francesca look disappointed in her wedding kiss with John but startled by Michaela, what a significant departure from her original storyline. I can not fathom how it's going to go. I'm not opposed just shocked and confused.

Bi Benedict isn't surprising really. And I'm happy his storyline is next but it's confusing how they are going to take this free Benedict and have him catch one look at Sophie and then abandon that freedom. Then again, Colin became a male-wife the moment he kissed Penelope so what do I know?

I'll stay in my Polin bubble for a little longer. It's probably the safest place in the Bridgerton fandom these days. Godspeed!

Much easier for a man with experience to worship her like she deserves than her to make messy men fumble her like her sisters did. If you are gonna be picky about that then you should be also arguing that he should have married her before feeling her up too...

I don’t want to see any more discourse about how polins first time was ruined bc of Colin’s experience. That scene was so beautifully done & authentic.

We have had the heroine be a virgin before so I really think why this scene feels so different is bc of Colin. The way it starts not just as some lust driven encounter but as a way for him to show Pen how much he loves her. The way he makes it all about her. He’s so tender & caring through every single moment. It felt so incredibly intimate. The way he checks in with her and talks her through everything. It was absolute perfection

ugh Ruthie was the only reason I watched like a season of Supernatural once, and Cas. Cas is always perfect but they at least tortured Rowena less than Cas.

obsessed where stories where it is like. the mistakes are unfixable and the worst thing that could happen happened and nothing can go back to how it was. but there was still love in this and love will continue after this and love endures always.

They are 'teenagers' but they aren't teenagers lol. Not even close. But sureee show we'll go with it lol.

Okay so initially I filed it under Not For Me because my tolerance for fiction about teenagers is fairly low. However, having watched one (1) episode I am now obsessed & have two new beautiful adopted sons and a daughter 🥰
