I drew some fan art for one of my fav fic series, A New Beginning, by LovelyLadyCon. This fic addresses all the post-war difficulties Knock Out would face, and is filled with great character interactions. I especially love the scenes with Knock Out and Raf, where Raf questions Knock Out about Cybertroninan society. Here in the scene I drew, Raf is 5 years older, and Knock Out has a replacement hand that he is using to work on one of the projects given to him by Ratchet during his imprisonment.

In the show Knock Out isn’t that complex of a character, but this series fleshes him out to be multi-faceted and gives him so much more substance. He isn’t that deep but I Want Him To Be and this series delivers.

So I read somewhere that Knockout’s vehicle mode was based off the Aston Martin One-77, and honestly I can’t blame him for fussing about his finish so much. The Aston Martin One-77 gets the 77 in it’s name because only 77 were ever made. It can reach a speed of 220mph, and it costs 1.85 million.

In other words, dear KO is worth 1.85 million in his vehicle mode, and that’s without all the customizations he’s made to it.
