We got Dr Deep this time!
Dr. Deep finds Smoke to be tolerable. Sometimes even preferable to the other council members. He’ll pull Smoke away from his work to show off his newest sword techniques or to recite some evil monologues he’s crafted. And on rare occasions the doctor will let Smoke have the honor to spar him. Dr. Deep has yet to win a sparring match against Smoke.
