A bit of a dark, but cute idea.

Imagine a loving, cuddly couple. Their genders are up to you. They're relaxing with each other on the couch, when one lays on the other's lap and makes a strange yet sweet request:

"Could you beat my heart?"

Their partner happily obliges as if it was just a regular question. They then access their lazy lover's heart either through harmless magic or simply opening them up in any way they can. They then gingerly hold the beautiful organ in one hand and start to manually pump it. They lightly press their fingers on the atria before their palm and thumb push the ventricles into gushing their love's blood into their body.

The lazy partner will relax as their heart stops and lets the gentle yet forceful hand be its beat. It could just go on like this, orrr the helpful lover will use their free hand and start pleasuring their love during. They might even carefully speed up the manual pumping, making the heart race.

Once all is said and done and the hand leaves the heart, it may either start beating on its own again or could be given a little jolt to restart.
