AND WITH THE FINAL TOUCHES ON HER STAND SHE IS COMPLETE!!

I did have to magnetize her wig to the stand to get it to support her head but it works. I may go back and paint it or change it but for now I’m happy. All of her clothes are made from scraps from my cosplay and they all can be removed so I can make other outfits for her. Compared to Dona doll 1.0 (pictured at the bottom) she is MILES ahead

Dollblr I need to know if this Dorothy doll has an existing face sculpt. The ones I thought it might be don’t line up completely? I’m trying to figure out if it’s a new sculpt to match an actress or if it’s just an existing sculpt they used for her

can someone link me to a tutorial for lengthening body parts or tell me how to do it? i've seen people do it before but i cant remember

also can someone tell me what's the best kind of substance to sculpt with to add features to doll faces?

I hyper fixated and made a Carolyn crosson doll in 2 days. I used a wild hearts crew Kenna that I had laying around. Her dress is meticulously copied from the preshow, although the actual dress was a beige pink color I went with white to make it pop more and as a bit of a reference to the white dress from the 1997 movie.

She’s a little messy and I probably would have chosen a different base for her if I didn’t get the urge to make her right this instant but I think she’s the best doll I’ve made to date

Here’s a look at the Christmas Disney ily gift set for anyone trying to decide if they want them! The girls are easily my favs out of the entire collection now and I wasn’t going out of my way to purchase a boy doll so it’s kind of nice to have one!

My only complaint is that the green shoes are the same mold as the Snow White girl’s shoes but that means they’re too big because those shoes were meant to have socks in them! So they don’t stay on which is fine for display I guess but not good for play

that's definitely a possibility, it would make sense for takara barbie to be there i think because she's so different and also isn't even barbie anymore but i havent seen any takara clothes similar to this, i'll keep looking through them
