Tristain opened his arms to welcome Jasper while they situated themselves on his lap. Once the other was comfortable, the Dominant wrapped an arm around Jasper’s waist before taking one of their hands in his own. Pressing a kiss to his partner’s nose, Tristain gave a small shrug before replying. “I’ve been thinking about a few different things. I wouldn’t mind trying to take some small steps towards some kind of routine. Maybe just at night?” He said, his tone inquisitive and gentle, knowing this wasn’t the kind of thing Jasper would respond well to if he made it sound too much like an attempt at instituting a total D/s lifestyle. “For both of us, I mean. Stuff we could do together. Getting good sleep is important, and I just think there are some things we could be doing more regularly to make that easier, you know?” @subbae

DEVELOPMENT TASK

How do you feel about being at Bridgeport and specifically the match-making purpose of Bridgeport in general? Funnily enough there was a time, not too too long ago, that my answer to this question would have been vastly different than what I am about to say. But, I’m glad to be here this year. I’m happy. That’s something I haven’t been able to honestly say in a while. In past years, I felt the matchmaking aspect to be anxiety-inducing and daunting. It’s like watching a timer tick down to some deadline, or explosion even. Watching others around you find their happiness and move on makes you really question yourself. But...This year, I was lucky enough to have that perspective changed. I’m on the other side of the fence, now. Jasper has changed everything about how I view this place. 

How do you feel about claims and specifically how do you feel about yourself in a claim? I feel excited by the prospect of entering into a claim. It’s something I’ve always wanted to do, but in a lot of ways worried I might not get the chance to. But now...Things feel different. I’m looking forward to being in a claim. I’m thinking about what that might look like, and all the possibilities it would bring. The happiness and joy. That’s all I want, for myself and for my Claim. As far as how I feel about myself being in a Claim...Hopeful. Hopeful that I can make my Claim happy and give them everything they hope and dream for. That I can be the Dominant they need.

Is there anyone you can see being in a claim with? What do you think a claim will look like for you? Absolutely. Jasper. Hands down. I’m not rushing anything, we’ll both know when we’re ready. But, I think that with them, a claim will look like...Exactly what I described above. 

What have you been hoping to explore? This could be hobbies, kinks, people, love, etc. Without getting into too much detail, there are several kinks I’m looking forward to exploring, when the time is right. 

What are your hopes for yourself for the future? Happiness, and peace with the love of my life. Plain, and simple.

There are. Actually, you’ll find a lot of that around here. Yep, that’s definitely him. Glad to hear you two are getting along. Of course he did, that doesn’t surprise me in the slightest. Well, that depends. If you’re asking about general electives, I’ll always recommend Creative Writing first. But, if you’re talking about the D/s specific classes, I would personally go with Psychology of D/s. I think it’s a really unique class with a lot of important information and perspectives. Especially if you’re looking or hoping for something serious. What’s your major? Or, what do you do?

Sounds thrilling. Currently, I’m watching my partner cook our dinner. I am starved.

I’m so sorry to disappoint with the fact that we are required to take classes while here. But, it’s really not so bad once you get used to it. The people are pretty great, and the classes aren’t horrible. Most of the time. It sounds like you’ll get on famously with my twin, Sebastian. Have you had the chance to meet him yet?
