Moving ahead with this one, had to make a few changes along the way (e.g. the back of the hat didn't look very interesting in 3D, so it was redesigned). Currently figuring out some of the colour zones by painting onto a simple version of the model, then after that it'll be time to sculpt all the details!

Continuing to focus on creating better panels and edge details. Happier with the result this time around compared to the previous one. This is the second "giant oblong shape" in a row and I don't want to fall into a pattern of only making one thing, so the next model will need to be simpler and smaller.

Started off too small and needed to resize & remesh partway through. This wound up wrecking some areas of the model, but gave me a good chance to practice sharpening both small details and large blurry edges.
