I haven't properly introduced my versions of the toads so I'll try to be brief about it

blue toad (blue) and yellow toad (gold) are princess peach's loyal guards that protect her and her castle from threats.

gold is known for his temper towards everyone he meets and his impulsiveness and it's especially bad when he's provoked.

blue is his close friend since childhood and gold only trusts him with his true feelings and secrets. the two work really well together when they're not arguing but ultimately care about their jobs and each other

gold and blue had aspirations to become brave, assertive toads when they were younger after seeing the devastation king koopa had on the castle and the princess

this was also the event that made gold have a sour attitude towards everyone else because of how rude they had become in the absence of the princess and her magic over the kingdom

blue takes his job as a guard less seriously than gold and is usually the one to tell him to calm down when he's getting on him about practicing in the training grounds

toad and gus were newer additions to the new version of this story and their redesigns

toad acts more like a medic and a healer for the team despite being skittish at times and is very bubbly almost all the time but it doesn't annoy gold since gold minds his business more times than not.

toad also rarely attacks unless it is self defense or the situation calls for backup

gus is like the glue that holds the team together and approaches situations with more logic and serenity and rarely ever fights unless the team needs him to.

he has the ability to buck people with his strong legs and is very good at running on all fours with great stamina

here's some bonus facts too!

gus has a pet parrot with a talent of mocking things to perfection and blue has a giant pet cat named rob

toads vest is a hand me down from blue after the events of super mario bros 2

during some early thoughts on gold's personality and traits, he was going to be addicted to slot gambling but that idea was dropped

Super Mario Geography

Ok so I have a very genuine question: does the mario universe have some kind of geographical organization?

There are MILLIONS of places and "worlds". So are the worlds like dimensions? Is the mario world big BIG? And do spin-off games (sports and kart) are also part of this geographic "system"?

Odyssey brought us a map with many places and kingdoms, but there's a lot missing. Where is Sarasaland? Donkey Kong Island? Also, the world is organized like our world with clear "continents" and islands. Then, the Mario Movie (even though is not part of the games) also showed a map which only had very specific and key locations: Mushroom Kingdom, Kong Kingdom, Desert Kingdom (I'm guessing it's Sarasaland or Tostarena), Yoshi Island, Darklands, and Ice Kingdom + There is the human world. And Peach did mention there's a huge universe out there, so I'm guessing there are other places around. Now, Mario Kart World has this GORGEOUS map with sooo much, but what is happening there? All places are like mixed in one big ass continent.

What I am trying to say is that Mario's geography is so unclear and I genuinely want to figure out a way to put everything or most of it together. BTW, where are places like the Sprixie Kingdom, the locations from the Mario & Luigi series, Vibe Island, Luigi's Mansion locations, and the Flower Kindgdom supposed to go? AAAAAAAAH THIS IS GENUENLY BREAKING MY HEAD.

Warp Pipes: so in the games, warp pipes take you to the world and places. This may suggest that the world is separated into zones that are reachable through warp pipes? Problem solved then? I'M LOSING MY MIND

*paper mario is not taken in account for this since many people consider those happen separately.

Her name is Bunita

(She is probably more roughly like 5’0ft or 4’11ft really 😭)

(Her age is also a rough-guess to my headcanons since I headcanon Nabbit to be in his early 20s (23-25))

She is supposed to be like a female counterpart to Nabbit like how Toad has Toadette and Yoshi has Birdo

However, I don’t want Bunita to exactly be a love interest character. Probably more of a partner in crime type of character or a mysterious friend that Nabbit eventually makes

(Though I AM fine with ship-art of her and Nabbit, that’s completely alright)

(I left her sexuality ambiguous though since I wasn’t really sure myself what she would be)
