Okay so

Touille was born between Freddy Fazbear and Chuck E. Cheese. But they were highkey toxic which caused them to have a divorce.

Freddy Fazbear then gets with Foxy The Pirate and births Bobby Bearhug, and then Chuck E. Cheese gets arrested (for “unrelated” reasons to their son) and so Freddy Fazbear takes full custody of their rat son so now Touille and Bobby Bearhug are half siblings

Freddy Fazbear’s brother is Glamrock Fredddy, he gets with Montgomery Gator and births Allister Gator, which makes him the cousin to Bobby Bearhug and Touille
