Leg Extension: 90 lbs 8 x 3
Went with gym bestie. Good workout. Bit crowded, but the company is always good. Eat well and rest well everybody!

Tricep Pulldowns: 30 lbs 7 x 3
Pec Flies: 40 lbs 8 x 3
Assisted Dips: 40 lbs 7 x 3
Chest Press 40 lbs 10 x 3
Good day at gym, just very crowded. Kind of meh. Nothing special. But, it always feels better to go than to not. Currently eating a great pesto sandwich. Have a great night everybody. Eat well and rest well!

Row Machine: 10 Min
Wasn't originally going to head to the gym, but decided I needed to burn some energy before bed. Hit up the bestie and we demolished our backs after a few shots of espresso. Bit crowded, which dimmed the vibe but didn't diminish it. Overall, good work out.

Tricep Pulls: 10 x 2 (20 lb)
Tricep Push: 7 x 2 (30 lb)
Good but sleepy day at the gym today! It's raining here today, so it's a slow, chill day. It was a gym bestie workout today! Always good to have company, especially with such a good friend. Wasn't too motivated for the gym today, but I am happy to have gone and done it. Good way to start the week! Remember to eat well and rest well, have a great one everybody!

Cardio day today!
Stairmaster: 10 min at level 5
Sitting Bike: 20 min at level 10
Hose Run: 2 laps running, 4 laps walking
All finished off with a berry protein smoothie. Great day at the gym overall, not very crowded and the vibes were good. Later sunday afternoon is a fantastic time to go to the gym. Have a good sunday!
