For real Denny’s?

So i went to @dennys last night after playing pool with some friends.  The brand new one on boston road here in springfield mass. We are a group of 8 and get seated right away. The order for our drinks is placed and the hostess tells us our drinks will be right up and that our waitress will be right over. in about 5 minutes the hostess comes back with the waters and sodas. There are 2 milkshakes and a coffee missing but her tray was full with all the other drinks... then nobody came to check on us..... for 45 minutes. I don’t know how but the first person to notice we hadn’t been served was the cook, THE COOK, in the kitchen. He had to find our waitress and send her over. after telling her we still are waiting on milkshakes and a simple black coffee 45 minutes later she apologises and takes our food order. our milkshakes and coffee finally come up, we have the cook on our side and our order is finally in..... never comes out.. we left very unhappy and gave our money to @tacobell.  So whatcha gonna do about this @dennys
