It felt… good to be taken care of by Chuuya and Dazai let himself enjoy it freely, until it stopped and he shifted his attention to the redhead wiping himself off as well. He didn’t even notice when a soft smile appeared on his face as he watched him doing so, the remnants of their lovemaking vanishing from his body but staying inside, in that perfect feeling of pleasant numbness he was currently experiencing. 

When Chuuya proceeded to touching him in that very soft, soft way, he realized how relaxing the touch was making him and he sighed softly, closing his eyes as he put his hands on the redhead’s back and stroked it, reciprocating the physical affections. 

Even in this blessed state, he chuckled at the compliment, his ego dancing around in happiness. “I’m trying my hardest. But you know, I could say the same about you~.” He pecked Chuuya’s lips and then bit on the lower one, his playfulness shining through once again.

"Smug bastard." He replies in a loving tone of voice, his lips pulling into a smile, returning the gesure with a nip of the upper lip. God, post-sex anything always felt so damn good. Not to mention, naked cuddles were the absolute best. Bringing his hand over the other's hip, he pulls back to plant a long kiss against the fellow detective's soft lips.

"If you keep up being a little shit, you're gonna make me hard again." He murmurs, a faint snort of amusement escaping him. Though, it might not be true. Even Chuuya was extremely sensitive from their love-making. He wasn't quite sure he could go another round just yet.

His doppelganger being done right after him pleased Dazai greatly, his chuckle following the other’s. “I would love to make a break for it but I can’t afford a scandal now. I’ll pay this time, don’t worry.”

He stood up, winking at the other. “The idea of sake feels good. But I’m afraid we should pass today - I want to have you all nice and sensitive once we’re going for it.” And then, he turned around and really went to pay for their meal, as uncharacteristic as it might be for him. 

He was back in no time, offering his hand to his beloved doppelganger. “Shall we go, handsome~?” 

A smile spread across his lips at that, taking his doppelganger's hand and standing, his slender fingers curling around familiar ones. "Always, sexy~" He replies with a flirtatious wink towards his other. As uncharicaristic as it was, Dazai appreciated the other paying. Not to mention, the two of them actually wanted to return to the place, so there was most definitely that.

With a playful tug, the detective attempts to coax the other back to the apartment with a soft purr. "Well, I can't say I mind being sensitive. It just means I'll be louder for you..~" Of course, that was probably what the man wanted all along.

A winning smile crossed Chuuya’s face at the sound the other made, the tail curling around his fingers as if it had a mind of its own. Amazing. And Chuuya was hella happy he managed to get the other lose his composure. 

The other’s look, however, was the look of shock and even though the redhead felt overjoyed about winning, he didn’t feel like torturing him much. That tail, wings and horns had to be something he was trying hard to cover they were genuine - and that was to be expected - and he had just found out his secret. 

“As I though - it is sensitive, hmm? I hope I didn’t hurt you by biting it a bit, that is something I didn’t want. Don’t look at me that way though, it’s not like I’m going to tell anyone. It’s my pleasure to know your secret, I’m not going to spread it around for sure.” His smile turned gentle. 

His breathing very slowly began to return to normal, albeit his tail continued to curl around the man's fingers, almost like a little kid trying to hold someone's hand, and not quite managing to grasp just yet. "I.. I'd rather not have it spread around." He says, his chest continuing to rise and fall, expression returning to normal.

"It's why I keep traveling.. More like hoping that nobody would find out.. I think I'm.. The only one left." The demon replies, glancing to the side with a sigh.. It was truly a lonely thing. A creature who was never human to begin with attempting to pretend to be one for so long.. Now that the cat was out of the bag, his true colors seemed to show through faintly..

A very lonely, sad creature, afraid of being found out, despite wanting to die.. For believing he deserved to die. Of course, his attempts at suicide almost always seemed comedic, but in a way, they were a lonely cry for help.

“If it’s only for me, I can definitely forgive that.” Hell, if he was the only one Dazai was cheesy with, it was definitely a treat he was going to enjoy. With that idiotic grin on his face as well. At least now he wasn’t smiling that way out of amusement when he made fun of him but out of happiness they were going for a date. And that was more precious than anything, really. 

Still, as Dazai continued to talk, a dismissive ‘pft’ left the redhead’s lips. “Being called a Daddy is not my fetish but suit yourself it it makes you happy.” He shook his head. Seriously, Dazai was too much sometimes. But even so, Chuuya realized he was smiling at his antics. And that smile just turned gentler once he felt the other’s fingers on running through his hair, his gaze finding Dazai’s with a look of appreciation. Yes, he knew what he was saying by the gesture and it made him happier than he would ever admit.

"Well, I mean if it isn't your thing, I won't do it. I have no such taste in daddies." Dazai, what the hell? The male glances over, a faint comedic smile splayed across his lips. It was almost blissful to have a reprieve from all the thoughts and indescribable emotions swimming along in his head. Having Chuuya with him really did seem to brighten up his otherwise slightly murky demeanor, when he wasn't around anyone.

It was almost funny to think that once upon a time, the two practically hated one another, yet they trusted eachother with their lives.. A destructive and efficient duo til the end.. Even when in love. Slowly, the detective brings his hand through the locks, copper strands seeming to follow his fingers as he moved his hand away, only to return it, an admiring look in his own eyes..

He could never bring himself to say much out loud, but it was extremely obvious that the brunette adored the smaller executive.

-once woke me up by kicking my bed really hard until i looked at him and then locked eyes with me, drank an entire cup of coffee without breaking eye contact, and then silently left the room

-wordlessly stuck a picture of justin trudeau on my wall, left if there for three months, and then took it down without explaining himself

-walked into the house and said “is it gonna look funny?” and when i said “what?” he shook his finger at me and walked away

-once before bed came into my room and kissed my forehead, said “no homo,” and left

-once came into my room while brushing his teeth, stared at me for five minutes, gave me a thumbs up and left

-once got upset that there was no bench in a forever 21, said “they’re trying to punish us. for being hetero, probably.”

-almost fell out of a hammock while i was typing this

It looked like the two of them were on the same board there and that was making Dazai genuinely happy. Following the other, he took a sip from his glass as well, savoring the taste of the golden liquid that so pleasantly burned in his throat. 

They were both smiling at each other now and the mental intimacy between them made Dazai feel like kissing the other. Yet, instead of just doing it without thinking as he normally would, he decided to prolong the moment for a bit longer, to create a pleasant, teasing tension that would add just a tiny amount of spice into the pleasant situation.

“Your smile is so charming I really want to kiss it right now.”

"Hmmm?" He muses, as if not hearing his doppleganger's statement the first time. The smile on his face on the other hand betrayed that thought completely.. He had heard every little word of it.. "What's stopping you then, O~sa~mu-kun~?" He chimes out in his usual teasing sing-song voice, taking yet another sip of his drink.

This was still strangely nice. He felt warm and fuzzy for once, and it wasn't just alcohol doing the work. Leaning over towards the other, he rests his head on the side of the detective's shoulder.
