Side note, today I was pretty sad for a bit, so I just wanted to tell you that, if you’re also sad (or even if you arent!) That you’re gonna be okay! even if it doesn’t feel like you’re gonna be okay. as super duper cheesy as it is, theres alwayz a rainbow after a rainstorm. and heck! Even rainstorms can be fun! just get an umbrella and boots and jump in puddles! wait.. that doesn’t work for the metaphor becuz the rainstorm is inherently something sad.. uhhhh!!! ANYWAY!

You are loved, and you should also love yourself! I know it can be easier said then done to be forgiving and loving to urself. so u wanna know a trick i use? Ask yourself, if it were somebody else feeling how you feel, experiencing what you experience, would you be as hard on them as you might be on yourself? Would you be as belittling and mean to them as you might be to yourself? Prolly not! I mean, I hope not! That means you are deserving of love and compassion! It’s just your silly mind making you think you aren’t!

Everyone alwayz says treat others the way you wanna be treated, but I think it’s equally as important to treat yourself the way you want others to treat you! Wich, I hope, means with empathy, love, compassion and respect!!💕 :D
