Dos Carolinas, a San Antonio staple, was established in 1987 to design and make Guayaberas in natural fabrics. To that end, Caroline Mathews and her team make shirts and dresses from cotton, linen, silk and wool. Dos Carolinas makes clothing for everyday wear and for special occasions ranging from weddings to bar mitzvahs and christenings.
