what I know so far is he’s a drow turned drider who absolutely loved alchemy/science/magic. he was definitely poor and low class in drow society, living with his aunt and uncle who were surprisingly soft and caring. he was moving his way up in society to some degree, hoping to take care of them, through his adeptness in magic and such.

idk what exactly lead to him becoming a drider, but I’m thinking maybe Lolth had an eye on him because of his abilities with magic and stuff and decided to test him? he failed, and I believe everyone was becoming aware of the fact that he did not hold the same loyalties as the rest of the drow. He eventually wanted to leave and continue his studies (and never come back, taking his aunt and uncle with him).

after becoming a drider he’s an outcast, and from there, Peter just leaves. Maybe even leaves the underdark. He’s determined to help as many people as he can via magic and alchemy and science, and so he continues his studies the best that he can. Uhhhhhhh that’s what I’ve got
