Im a 30 year old Trans Woman who has been forced off her HRT for months due to her jobs health insurance (United lol) so if you want to help a girl possibly get a 3 month HRT supply again I have a kofi and a venmo, I know this is a stretch but I'd just really like to stop feeling dysphoric all the time even if its only for a few months again. putting together a thread of Black trans mutual aid funds / orgs since it’s Juneteenth and also the government is going all in on trying to drive trans people out of existence and Black trans people, specifically Black trans women, are at the heart of queer and trans organizing in the US:

the okra project (Black trans led mutual aid)

Black trans travel fund (provides Black trans women with financial and material support)

for the gworls (provides rent assistance and medical funds to Black trans women through parties and fundraising)

G.L.I.T.S. (grassroots direct aid and advocacy org focused in LGBTQ people of color in NYC, particularly trans women of color)

my sistah’s house memphis (housing and community support for Black and brown trans people)

I’m sure there are about a million other mutual aid groups and individual fundraisers out there and these are just a small sample of where you can direct aid, so please drop others you know of in the reblogs!
