Rewatching Jurassic World in 2024 is somehow an enlightening experience to me because since when did I look at the park and go "oh that's such an inefficient use of space" and "you could have multiple versions of this fancy escalator and immediately improve crowding issues" and "oh, a monorail? How original. It's futuristic so we simply cannot have a train despite it being a vastly better means of transport."
At what point did this become part of my personality and how did I not notice it before?
my brother kept playing with two ssds so I said "aw you're making them kiss" and he answered "yeah. and there's a 500 gb difference between them. barely legal" I'm going to blow him up
As a queer person online who is not from the dominant cultural powerhouse in the world, the most common phrase I see is "know your queer history". Australians. We now have an incredible new LGBTIQA+ documentary about queerness in Australia's colonial and Aboriginal history and it's written by gay comedians. Wins all around. If you want to learn about YOUR queer history, the three part documentary Queerstralia is now showing on ABC iView. Go go go!
