Hey Family,
I know you may be feeling a lot of emotions right now. Whether it's nervousness, anxiety, or uncertainty, it's okay to feel what you're feeling. It’s a big day, and we’re all navigating through so much – together.
That’s why I’m inviting you to join me, Dr. Argie Allen Wilson, for a special Mental Health & Wellness check-in on Inauguration Day. We’re calling it "We Gon' Be Alright," because together, we will be alright.
I’m offering three different time slots so you can join in at a time that works for you:
9:00 am to 10:00 am
2:00 pm to 3:00 pm
6:30 pm to 7:30 pm
We’ll be talking about how to cope with what you’re feeling right now, sharing practical steps to help guard your mental health from anxiety, and, most importantly, giving you a space to be heard.
No matter where you are or how you're feeling, these check-ins are a place for you to center yourself, breathe, and just be in the moment.
You can join live on Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube. Wherever you’re most comfortable, we’ll be right there with you.
It’s important to take care of yourself, especially on a day like this. You deserve to feel supported, heard, and cared for. So, let's come together. Let’s talk, breathe, and remind each other that no matter what happens, we gon’ be alright.
I hope to see you there.
In Good Mental Health,
Dr. Argie Allen Wilson
P.S. Please share this with anyone who might need some extra support on Monday January 20th, 2025. The more, the healthier. Let's heal and feel together. Have a beautiful day on purpose, from my heart to yours.
