Two Community shows booked on the 2025 Calendar. This place sure gets quiet over the Winter. Low snow and warmer temperatures are pointing towards an early Spring. Snow drops are up and the daffodils and tulips are pushing through. Stay tuned if you want to know what's up with our performances.

We had a great weekend performing at the 2nd Annual FauqFest at Whatshan Lake BC. Well organized with love, and celebration vibes for all attendees. A broad variety of very talented musicians from all over the Kootenays. We were honored to be included.

GET BUSY!
Snow is melting and we are gearing up for what looks like a busy Summer. Between 2024 festivals, planting seeds and milling logs there’s no room for shenanigans - except at one of our shows.
Keep watching for more updates to our calendar!

We’re not hiding, we’re building our homestead and keeping busy with music. Last week we went to a new venue in the Kootenay Outback and played music with new friends; it was a great afternoon. Bigger projects are in the planning stages and Dr. B and the Biscuit are gearing up. Winter in the mountains is a healthy life, all this clean cool air.

Here we are performing in San Francisco this past August at the Palace Luxury Hotel. That was a nice road-trip. I strongly recommend hiking through the Redwood Forests, the ancient behemoth groves were undoubtedly magical.

WHISTLER BC
Our latest Original song was inspired by our love of Whistler BC during the off- season. Next time you are at a show, request to hear, ‘A Rainy Day in Whistler.’ It’s a beaut.
We always have a great time with the very talented musicians we meet around the world, Whistler BC is no exception. This international town is only a two hour drive from our home base, Vancouver, so we make ever effort to get there as much as possible. Often we perform at The Crystal Lounge (pictured above) but this last trip in Oct we learned about a growing concern establishment named ‘Cranked.’ Cranked hosts a variety of local music showcases including a wickedly hopping open mic. After nibbling on a well prepared meal, wash down your sins with some delicious, cold, locally micro-brewed beer. Yum.

It was unimaginable fun last weekend performing trad jazz at the historic Pat’s Pub in our hometown of Vancouver. Doing the old stomping grounds of Jelly Roll Morton some justice, on stage were the great Oliver Gannon on guitar, Jack Stafford on Saxophone, Al Wold on saxophone and piano, Andre Lachance on bass, Craig Scott on drums, and of course, me and Dr. B!!

Between breaking up bar fights and top shelf Bourbon, we left Nashville feeling satisfied and excited to return for more opportunities to share original music with our new friends in the aptly named, ‘Music City’
