Id LOVE for Arturo to not be able to save Levi in chapter 3.... or save him but hed still die because of it like few eps later and Arturo to RLLY blame himself

Like hes already terrified cause there is literal human life in his hands to save and he doesnt know shit about saving lives even tho hes (plastic) surgeon so imagine how he would felp if he wouldnt be able to save him

Plus Ace gave up his life for the chance that Levi will make it even tho he was so scared to die, so imagine someone dying for you to save someone and youd still not be able to do that
