Headcanon:

Any Pthumerian in a cloak - basically any Shadow of Yharnam - is Queen Yharnam’s elite guard. Her “Shadow” guard, if you will, as they stayed with her everywhere she went.

Stealing Gehrman's hat.

He's sitting in the Hunter's Workshop, completely still. But he's very aware of everything going on around him. From the artificial wind blowing the lilies just outside the door, to the dust settling on the mirror next to him.

And he's especially aware of you.

Slowly approaching, or diving headfirst, you snatch his hat. The only thing that matters is that he let you have it. You'd never be able catch him by surprise.

Gehrman sighs, to think that he's been reduced from "Gehrman, The First Hunter", to having his hat stolen, worn, and paraded around by this newest Hunter.

He can't help the small smile that graces his lips.

He smiles because he’s remembering how the children of Yharnam used to play like that - oh to be young naïve to what their precious Healing Church would have he and his hunters do in their name...

As Gehrman is napping in the back garden, you choose to join in on the lackadaisical mood and plop yourself right beside him. Holding your knees to your chest you get a real good look at him.

His deepened tear troughs, the bunny lines on his nose, his crow's feet. And finally his closed eyes, though he's long drifted off you can still feel the warmth and kindness of them.

Spreading your legs out and leaning back against the grass and lillies.

Resting your cap over your face, you join him in a different type of Hunter's Dream

And then you get woken up by him moving his wheelchair - just kinda falling over and he’s like “You didn’t tamper with my chair like the last guy, right?” 😂

Imagine side-sitting in front of Gehrman’s wheelchair, your arms crossed in front of you on his thighs as you lay your head on top of them in his lap.

His hands hold the top of your head and cup your cheek, gebtly thumbing your cheek, effectively trapping you there.

That's all I got but like, i am soft (っ˘ω˘ς )

But like, how else are we supposed to be with the guy before he gets outta that thing and puts us out of it? Respectfully. 😂

Okay, imagine being The Hunter, and finding these wildflowers untouched by the blood and grime that covers the earth around them. You pick two, one for the doll and one for Gehrman in the dream (and also Gilbert because ❤)

You gift the flower to the doll and search for Gehrman, he's not in the workshop, so you check the backgarden, and there he is, sleeping per usual. Not wanting to disturb him you place the flower in his crossed hands, and he subconsciously clenches his fist around it. Safe and secure. You leave the dream, bidding farewell to the doll, and it's back to the hunt.

The next time you enter the dream, you find the doll has pinned the flower into her hair, and the other is thoughtfully placed on the memory altar, pressed into a book

And, if you choose to be loosed of the dream’s grasp, the book will be found next to your grave in the dream.

Well, I suppose the beans have been spilt by this point on the subject, so yes. But I won’t tell you in what regard that you’ll have to fight him - get through the game, and it will be worth it when the time comes to fight him.

Also congrats on pastorizing the father. And Gilbert is baby - also, go and talk to him now that you’ve defeated Gascoigne - he should give you some kind of weapon? I think that’s the proper line-up of events? Yeah. 😂

For me though, the most attractive parts of these two are their weapons - especially that scythe. You don’t know how much I nutted when Mr. The First Hunter pulled that hot piece outta his ass before his boss fight. 👌🥵

As is normal for a hunter of her advanced age, and is ironically fitting for her title’s sake, Eileen has crow’s feet creased beside her eyes.

If they are ever mentioned by anyone, however, they can expect to have their own set of crow’s feet carved into their face via her blades.
