Hello... apologies for no updates but anyway. Music points..

Hi folks sorry for a broken feed, Ive forgotten my password again. Hence why I couldn't link Tumblr to my IG. Anyway some points on music. On Taylor Swift's new song 'Look At What You Made Me Do' : Well we've been here with Tay addressing personal stuff and I love her for always making music that is honest. Everyone is already pretty much accepting that 'The old Taylor is dead' is simply Tay deciding that she's not going to be nice and roll over. It's a good song. And I wondered if TS6 is darker. Multiple connotations from 1989 are being reversed and follows on from where New Romantics left off. Likely to set the VMAs on fire. New Demi track (I do feel for the Lovatics as her single, promoting her new album got buried under the excitement of new Tay) follows on from Sorry Not Sorry so well and idk but this is probably some of the best vocals I've heard. I think Demi will do very well and that aspiration to do MMA might be on hold. Ariana Grande, DWT and AG4 Well as an Arianator it's pretty solid. Isn't likely to be at VMAs well she could as it's in Cali). She deserves Artist of the Year not just because I'd want to see my fave win but because of her incredibly heartfelt response to the attack at the MEN arena in Manchester. As a fandom we're still trying to make sense of this tragedy. She got emotional while performing in Manila and the terrorist attacks in Spain brought it back. We're excited for AG4 which will be a visual record and it's fab. Finally she performed in China with an altered setlist that included Honeymoon Avenue which made my eyes water. Ari has come so far. Finally. Paramore. After Laughter is the album they always wanted to make. Finally they have emulated their idols in the realms of synth pop and who cares what genre it falls into? It's Paramore. I listened to entire discography and still love them. They got me into everything including Tay and Ari. And yep 'My Heart' will always be timeless. Other notes: Still not an owner of Ed's Divide. Candlemass are a really good doom band but not so good if you fall asleep to it. Rupert Lowe is a fab vocalist tho. Shame he left in 2012. And yes British Pop has a new queen. Dua Lipa is setting the world on fire. Dua owned the Peel Stage and wonder if Sir John Peel himself smiled on his cloud ✌️️ Music thoughts 💛

One of my faves from an album that pretty much got me to love myself. Three years since it was released. Much has happened since I came into contact with this album in Summer 2015. Okay I've listened to everything (Pumpkins, Type O Negative and Paramore) but I'll never forget that day when I was heading to Wales and got stuck on the M25 and 'You Don't Know Me' came on my playlist. I had this habit of putting new music into my mixes and I thought 'hang on... there is something I'm not figuring out, I'm not thinking of myself, and maybe this is why maybe I'm never happy'. Soon after I stared wearing bandannas, finding the coolest socks and quickly released during fall that I needed to be living on my own rules. I've become me and I'm finally being the person I wanted to be. All I can honestly say is thank you to Ari for releasing this.
