Erica D. Collins, MD, FACOG, attended Hahnemann Medical College, now Drexel University College of Medicine, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and was awarded her medical degree in 1986. Her internship was served at Frankford Hospital, now Aria - Jefferson Health, Frankford Campus, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, followed by her obstetrics and gynecology residency conducted at Hahnemann University Hospital, a Drexel University College of Medicine teaching hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Collins received board certification in obstetrics and gynecology from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and remained at the forefront of her challenging specialty via memberships and affiliations with prestigious professional societies and associations. Moreover, she attained fellowship of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists having met the standards and guidelines required of the nation’s leading OB/GYN physicians.
