On a 3 mile walk with a newborn and 3 year old I found this lone flower. Looks like it was social distancing like the rest of us. Take some time and appreciate the outdoors, go on walks, be with family. Take this social distancing period to get away from the craziness of every day life. 

We will get back to normal in time. Don’t let the crazy of the world destroy your mental health. If you are struggling, chances are someone you know and love is struggling too. Take time and reach out to them and hopefully we can all get through this together.
