Anytime you return home and people around are reporting the BAD BEHAVIOUR or NEGATIVE ACTS of your child ..... 1. Don't believe them. 2. Believe them. Don't believe them because some persons might be trying to frame your child and make you descend on the child. Believe them because they might be telling the truth, some children act like Angels in your presence. If you want to know the truth, do this. A. Set up a Camera and allow it record enough evidence for you. B. You can ask trusted friends or family members to observe and report. If you believe people without verifying, you will harm your child unjustly. These set of people are GOD'S PEOPLE. House helps/Maids Cleaners Nannies Security Guards Chefs Mind how you relate with and MALTREAT them. Mind how you call them derogatory names - Goat, Fool, Idiots, Witch, Obstacle and more. I have seen these set of people gain favour with God and their story changed. They became CEOs and Wealthy people, in a position to retaliate but they refused to go that route. Treat these set of people with some level of LOVE and MERCY. Help them become great. Never think they will be your SLAVES for life. You ain't their GOD. You don't know God's PLANS for them. If you want to go far with people, decide EARLY to be a Principled Loyalist. 1. We are FRIENDS/BUSINESS PARTNERS. 2. We remain FRIENDS/BUSINESS PARTNERS. But despite our status, if you are caught in any ERROR, I will be the first to call you in and correct you nicely or harshly (anyone goes). Publicly, I will make people know, I am NOT in support of your negative act. All these DOESN'T mean, I won't be Loyal to our friendship. Loyalty doesn't mean .... 1. I should allow you mess up and I won't talk. 2. I should be defending you in public with more LIES. Nooooo! If your Loyalty to anyone takes away your ability to live your Principles before them. Leadership STYLES .... The discovery, development and deployment of your Leadership Style as a Leader, should be your Topmost priority. Sit down and assess YOURSELF. From the way, you are leading now and the way you have led, WHAT IS YOUR LEADERSHIP STYLE? Do a comparative study. Cross reference. Check out how others are leading. You will see that, there are marked or sharp DIFFERENCES. Once you know your Leadership Style, do the following: 1. Develop it more. Go for trainings and develop that style that aides your leadership. Jesus Christ used the Transformational Leadership Model. And it's one of the most sustainable and impactful. You can decide to use any model you admire, depending on your Temperament, Mindset, Orientation, Vision and Structure. 2. Deploy it more. Apply this style to how you lead people and build your operations. A. Let people know your Leadership Style. B. Train your team(s) to flow with you. If people don't know HOW you lead, they will have recurring issues with you. And it might lead to fall outs. C. Be CONSISTENT. Get to a point where you are predictable. People know this is how s/he leads. 🚨 Some people will like to COMPARE you to other leaders in the same Space, Sector or Role. But let them know, THIS IS YOUR LEADERSHIP STYLE. 100 CEOs can't lead the same way, despite they are all Chief Executive Officers. 1,000 Pastors can't Pastor the same way, despite all use the Bible as their operational guide. Let me add this in closing .... If your Leadership Style is not helping the system to grow, then consider working on it. Also, some styles are for Seasons and Situations. Once you exit that phase, change it. That's why GREAT Leaders use a Combo of styles. Have a great time as a Leader. I love and celebrate you. YOU WILL NEVER MAKE IT. Success in life has many ROUTES you will pass through, laced with tested and proven PRINCIPLES. But, you will never make it in life, if you fail to engage in PERSONAL transformation. Moving from your current status (that has limited you), to another dimension, needed to power your Success. And one of the transformation you need to engage in, is the transformation of your BELIEF system. Some people are tied down by what they believe about themselves and their future. Even if the whole world is saying you will make it, if you believe that you CAN'T make it, you won't make it.
