1. Foundational body awareness.
A) Mobility & Activation
B) Lower/upper/core basics
C) Intro to movement patterns & conditioning systems
Outlook: The first thing we are aiming to do is find unity with the brain and body at this moment in time. With that perspective we revisit basic fundamental movement that often gets lost in daily life & becomes the root to almost all nags and pains. This digestion of information phase is concluded with a clear outline of how simple strength & conditioning is.
2. Strength & conditioning program.
A) Full body strength training
B) Aerobic base building
Outlook: A successful strength & conditioning program is built on the foundation of body awareness. When this program begins there is a clear outline of commitment to progression. The brain begins to build a relationship with the body and your central nervous system begins to build chemistry with this commitment and the mental shift has happened. Momentum is now on your side. The impact that efficient physical movement has on mental health is the natural limitless pill.
3. Nutrition to fuel the life you want
A) Feeling our food
B) Reducing toxic substances
C) Gut health
Outlook: At this phase we are starting to build a relationship with our gut & intuition. So inevitably we start to seek food that is in union to the lifestyle we are living. Here we take on the understanding that food is medicine & ultimately we are simply trying to stay in balance of one macro scale. The body's PH balance of alkalyn & acidity. With that awareness and know-how, we are now in control of our health internally.
4. Habits ( VA = Value added) NVA = Non Value Added )
A) Awareness & understanding
B) Replacing NVA with VA
C) Making VA habits easy & rewarding
Outlook: The journey to the greatest version of one self must begin physically, because it is all we currently have to compare & measure success thus far. However the journey inevitably has to go inward once we accept the responsibility of our own experience of life. Only with good food and consistent movement in our lives can we truly see, vulvurably discuss & consciously change our habits that are controlling our lives.
5. Moving into 5D.
A) Striping down the 3D bullshit
B) Awareness to universal energy & laws
C) Creating the catalog
D) Using your skills & passion to help
Outlook: Moving into this deeper dimension of life can be both emotional while very rewarding. A lot of times we can experience the collapse of current belief structures which can be overwhelming. However, moving towards this deeper perspective of our time here brings an unmeasurable amount of gratitude & simplicity to our life. In this phase we throw away limiting beliefs & the world is now a catalog for you to pick what you would like with the awareness of your eternal job. Simply using your skills, resources & passions to help & connect with others.
Last Words:
The outcome from this hard work is the luxury of having built a sacred place to call home while in this physical body.
